Being in American Canyon there's not too many places we can order from. So I researched and found this place, given the reviews I determined it was worth a shot. I called hoping they delivered to American Canyon and much to my surprise they did. Well the pizza arrived 5 minutes early, they told me it would take 45 to 60 minutes to deliver and we received it in 40 minutes, much to my surprise as I often receive deliveries on the latter part of expectations. Ordered two of their gluten free pizzas for some visitors and they were really enjoyed. Lots of gluten free options and you can build any pizza you like, not always the case when ordering gluten free from other places. Only 12" available in gluten free which is why I ordered two. They use rice flour which is perfect for my guests. Delivery was ahead of the 45 minute window and the delivery guy was very nice and careful with our pizzas. I'd diff order from them again when someone has special dietary needs. The online ordering process was really easy and allows you to add or remove any toppings. Tonight we ordered online. I Iove munchies with my pizza but we got a phone call after the order was placed the card charged that they were out of munchies. They asked if we wanted to substitute so we asked for jalapeño cheesy bread. The girl told us that because it was a dollar more they could only give us regular garlic bread, not the jalapeño bread. We asked to speak to the manager on duty and got Celeste who was obviously aware of the situation as she immediately reiterated before she even introduced herself. We explained the order was placed online, our card was charged, it was not our fault that the online inventory doesn't reflect correctly and we don't want regular bread. She then asked if my husband was a ma'am or sir, and proceeded to tell us that normally they don't do it but they will this time and that next time we need to understand that they can't. 1)Your margins on pizza are huge, a dollar isn't gong to break you. 2)Your website took my money under no circumstances should you be holding it hostage over a dollar difference in product, that's basic customer service. 3)Don't tell me you're going to mistreat me in the future if your website malfunctions on me, it makes me very hesitant to order in the future with you period. 4)Please learn how to react appropriately to situations like this because what I experienced tonight was not right. read more

So we were visiting a friend, whose vegetarian wife was out of town and we ordered a very meaty pizza for us guys. We gave them a call and since we hadn't ordered there before, we had questions before ordering. I think it was Heidi I was speaking to and she was very patient, answered all the questions and the delivery was 10 minutes ahead of schedule. I had a great experience with these guys! Usually I order from Nujos, but I figured I'd give these guys a shot. I ordered a medium 3-topping pizza for delivery, which they said would be about 50 minutes. They ended up being 20 minutes early (which is always awesome, especially when waiting for pizza) and it was loaded with toppings! The delivery guy was nice and the pizza was delicious. It was a little pricey, but what do you expect when ordering delivery and adding a tip? Overall, a great experience. Excellent pizza. I ordered the vegetarian and the artichoke fiesta, and they do NOT skimp on toppings. I chose to pick up the order and the lady behind the counter was very nice. Even offered a free 2-liter with the deal. If you can get one of their flyers, they have some good deals. Otherwise they can be rather pricey, so forewarned is forearmed. Ordering pizza online is really cool. I picked out a salad, a large pizza with custom toppings, and paid all online. A short while later we were enjoying delicious salad and pizza. The Mediterranean salad was fresh, and came with plentiful packets of Ken's dressing, and Ken's croutons. The pizza was really great, hot and plenty of cheese and sauce, and lots of toppings. During checkout, there's even a tip calculator, so you can put the tip on your credit card too.
