We were in town for a graduation at The Wells Fargo Center and it ran long!! Didn't get out of there until after 10 pm! We were STARVING! I saw an ad from our timeshare for this place. Called them up as we were leaving the parking lot (one way in and out = long wait to actually get out). We order a special that was called One for them One for us. Which was 2 large pizzas, one with 2 toppings and one with 1 topping. Plus a salad. The price came out to $27! NOT Frickin' Bad Pizza guys! by the time we got out of the parking lot and to our timeshare we had about a 15 min wait for the food. And it was pretty good. Thin pizzas with pelnty of toppings. Could of used more cheese but I like it cheesy! The pizza's were a good size. We had plenty left over for breakfast and after swimming lunch! There were 4 adults and 2 kids. So for the convenience, price and prompt delivery when nothing else was open at the time I am a Fan! read more

I love this pizza place! Great quality pizza... FINALLY! It's just a quick take out place but they pack their pizza with all the toppings. It's making my mouth water just thinking about it. This is definitely the new pizza take out place to go. My family and I used to always order from Roundtable but I like this place better. It's cheaper and it tastes better (in my opinion). Last time we got half meat lovers and half this artichoke pizza. It was sooo good!! I've also tried their Hawaiian and that was also delish :). I am planning on getting take out here next time we're in Windsor (most likely this weekend) and I will be sure to make a stop there for a delicious, convenient, dinner while visiting the Parentals. read more

Update: turns out the pizza place only had been on grubhub for a week so they weren't familiar with it. They nicely called me the next day and offered a free lunch if I was still in town. 4 stars for customers service up from 1 star for frustration. I would try them again. Original: Ordered via grubhub, the order was confirmed but then they never showed up. Called, no answer. Grubhub called. No answer. Then they were closed. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting we gave up and grubhub cancelled the order. Frustrating. read more

Haven't had this bad of an experience ever with any restaurant. First off I ordered online for delivery. Then I get a text saying, it's ready for pickup. I wasn't close so I got there after about 35 minutes only to be told they gave my pizza away and was questioned if I was myself as if I was trying to steal an order... Not only was the situation not fixed, there was no manager on duty and I was told to wait... I did just that for about 15 minutes. After that I was questioned more.. again.. about my order, even after the first employee told me they gave it to a different customer.. the manager then called the owner.... So from the time I ordered to the time I was told I'd get 50% off my original order(which was only 25% from the original price paid) it had been over 2 hours... I have never felt so duped and played by a restaurant when clearly they were at fault only to be told one thing and offered another. Horrible way to conduct business. Anyone looking for good customer service and to be treated fairly, look elsewhere. We need to support the local business owners that treat there customers fair. When I buy food there are two things I am looking for....1) that the taste is excellent and 2) the service matches the restaurant....both of these are found at Pizza Guys - Windsor!! The most pleasant phone order, where after I ordered my large "all meat" pie, he asked if 20 minutes would be ok with me....really?? most places are relatively rude and just tell you, not ask, when the food will be ready....love that element of service!! ok, so i fought my way thru traffic at 5pm and got there....several smiling employees greeted me (and were hecka sincere!!).....i told them i phoned in and quickly then found my "pie"....asked me if i needed cheese, peppers, plates n napkins....frickin' excellent service w smile-age!!...i love millenials!! ...ok, home i went with the car filling w the lovely aroma of Pizza!!!....glasses of pinot, 2014, sonoma coast...paired perfectly with heavenly slices....the crust was perfect, not too thick and not too thin...nice crunch on the edges, plenty of oozing cheese and sauce...ach du liebe, das ist gute!!....pizza guys n gals you rock!!....i'll need to return and try other special pies....molto buono!!.... read more

We ordered our favorite - medium pepperoni, bell pepper, black olive and chopped garlic. We had planned on driving home but couldn't stop ourselves from eating half of it in the car!! I just called in my order. It was an Ex-Large Pepperoni pizza. She said 20 minutes, so I left at 20 minutes and got there 5 minutes after the said time it would be done. There was only ONE person working which became apparently obvious as she was dealing with a frustrated customer on the phone and no one else came to help. She acknowledged me a few minutes after walking in. The phone kept ringing and once she finally got done putting those calls on hold and off the phone with the other customer she helped me... 30 minutes later. The pizza is warm... Where do I start. I ordered over the phone come to pick it up and the girl tells me she does not have my order so she calls the santa rosa one and they don't have it. Then they manage to find the order but the order is all wrong we ordered x-large they had made a large on both pizzas. On top of that the second pizza was supposed to be a half and half and they did an entire pizza in pepperoni. We ordered half and half because one is vegetarian. They remake a pizza and give us the screwed up one as well. They Indicated they were going to give us a free pizza, but in reality we were still charged for both pizzas and were given no discount what so ever. If they thought giving us the screwed up pizza was a discount, they were mistaken, for we did not order 3 we only ordered 2 in the first place. Excellent pizza and service times! I normally order for our office on occasion, but I think I can say that the Chipotle Chicken is the top favorite. Such heat, but great flavor (which I love. I ordered 2 small pizzas for delivery and they came super fast! Great right! I mean a solid 15mins after I placed the order but that's not cause for worry right? Wrong. 1st delivery was raw, the toppings were sliding off and the inside was cold but the outside was piping hot. I called in to see if they could at least get me pizzas that weren't under done and the young lady on the phone was rude and gave me attudide. After taking me off hold that lasted forever, she told me the next driver would be here in 30mins to collect the under done ones and bring us new, done ones. The 2nd ones were under done as well! Not Edible to the slightest! For the fear of getting a third uncooked pizza we decided to finish cooking them ourselves. I work close by to pizza guys with quite a few others that go there for lunch and we will not be returning. I would recommend not going even if it's the last place in a 100 mile radius! read more

1st time ordering from them - they are more affordable than the other pizza places we've gone to for work lunch and they deliver without waiting forever since we are in a weird location. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza w/ ranch & cin-a-twists (churros). They delivered super fast, my churros were still warm and they were delicious! I ended up eating half the churros before even getting to the pizza. Pizza made me worry - next time I'll do thick crust - but it was delicious. Went in for a pizza and they screwed the order up. It just so happened they screwed up the order with a friend of ours so we were in the store together trying to fix the error. The staff was rude. The owner came out and was rude about it but fixed the issue. Went to get a 2 liter and was told you have to spend $15 to get a free one. My total was $14.65. My buddy said "come on, you screwed the order up the least you can do is let him have the soda." The owner picked up the 2 liter and threw it at my buddy. He then physically removed him and then assulted him outside. We called the sheriff and before they got there the owner left in his car. DON'T EVER GO INTO THIS PLACE. The product at the other locations I've tried was just so-so, but I was genuinely impressed with the fast service and above-average pizza we found at the brand new Pizza Guys in Windsor. I order from this location often. We had a mishap where someone used my husbands debit card number and drained our account. We found out while trying to pay for our pizza. We canceled the order and when we tried to ask about how the void worked (after discovering the money was pending in our account for the pizzas we cancelled) the man who said he was the owner literally said "if you're such a loser you can't afford pizza, I can't waist my time talking to you!" Finally a pizza place in Windsor!!! This pizza is the bomb! I have tried all the pizza places in the area and NOTHING compares. The service is friendly, portions are generous and all the ingredients are fresh! I happened to go on a very busy evening (heat was 104 and nobody wanted to cook at home) and although I had to wait after calling it in, the owner was apologetic but kept me updated on when my pizza would be ready. They got totally slammed that night , the phone was ringing off the hook. The pizza was well worth the wait and this will be the place I buy pizza from now on. Can't eat it there, it is takeout only. Oh, and if you go online you can print out coupons which make the pizza super affordable,.... unlike Round Table and Mary's which are soooo over priced!
