I ordered one medium pizza and as a vegan I unchecked the cheese box, so none were marked. Altogether the total of my order was $176, 4 pizzas and two breads. I got the pizza home and I saw that there was cheese on the vegan one. When I called, they said that the cheese box wasn't marked but they put it on anyway because I didn't also write it in the comments. The lady on the phone was nice, but she called the owner and the owner said that they would not fix their mistake and if I wanted another pizza I'd pay full price. $176 order and they mess up a $20 pizza but won't provide a new one for free. Here in support of the local business in my town during this tough times. I like to stay as local as I possibly can when it comes to dining out or take out and I decided to give this place a try aside from my usual place Round Table Pizza. Well let me tell you Two large pizzas for $37.00 can't beat that and also got some chicken wings that were $12.00 a tray, maybe I could of done better there but they were delicious. The Pepperoni Pizza was delicious nice and crispy just like I like it and the jalapeño pizza has just the right kick to it. I honestly did not know about Pizza Guys in the Shiloh Shopping Center even though I visit this spot quite a bit and I am ashamed! Pizza Guys is tucked away hidden from its big brother competition nearby (Mountain Mikes). First and foremost, the service was outstanding here! I am not one to boast about service at pizza joints to often, but the staff was very kind and was willing to explain everything about the pizza I was ordering. I was told 20 minutes before my pizza was ready, showed up 10 minutes early and it was good to go, perfectly cooked! While some may shy away due to prices, but the pizzas are made with care here, which is rare it feels like nowadays. As for the pizza I ordered, it was very delicious easily more delectable than some of its rivals. Nothing was burnt, not too heavy on the garlic and they did not skimp on artichoke hearts or chicken. I guess I should let you know I went for the chicken spinach garlic pizza, which is new for Pizza Guys, but has me hooked quite honestly. They also offer others good as well, but I was there to demolish some pizza goodness! Am I sold? Well yes I am, cannot wait to revisit and further explore some more of their pizzas. read more

First time here. Good solid showing for pizza. What we loved was the pizza base. It was lighter than many for a regular crust. For me I would have like just a little more flavor but overall we all liked it a lot. We had the Bacon, chicken supreme. Service was fast and courteous. Horrible service!! Ordered delivery thru DoorDash. I can see my order, and it clearly shows I did not make any adjustments to the Hawaiian Luau stuffed crust, except to cancel the whole order if out. I also ordered wings with 2 sauces (which I did receive) and Garlic rolls with 2 sauces (did not receive); total of 3 items, which all came in individual boxes. Not one of the boxes had a name on it, which would make it very easy to see who the order belongs to!! I don't want a driver opening my boxes to see if the correct pizza is delivered!! How stupid can a restaurant be, not to do something so simple, especially when they have signed up with a delivery app! This is such a convenient spot. The sauce has just the right amount of seasonings. We ordered a pepperoni mushroom and olives. The mushrooms were fresh when they were put on the pizza and I love that. There are four different crusts to choose from, Even a gluten-free crust. I called in for a pick up order and the person who answered the phone was so friendly, polite and had awesome suggestions; I had ordered a half and half of the chicken garlic and pizza boy's combo. When we arrived to pick up our pizza we ordered wings, so we went with a six piece of mango habanero and we also added a two liter cherry Pepsi. They have a small dining area of two tables. They're are benches out front of the restaurant. My son and I decided to sit inside. The restaurant is very clean and orderly. The employees are very friendly and thoughtful. So nice, accommodating. The last couple times we were there weren't so good. Staff was rude, argumentative. The pizza wasn't very good. Over cooked. Ordered around 8:55pm or so, They said come pick up in 25mins, So we did & we were later than 25, Anyways. We get home & open the food..
