Pizzaleah came highly recommended by a friend so i had to stop on my way home from Clearlake. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, Sarah was fantastic. I ordered their Margarita pizza which was cooked perfectly. The sauce was very tasty and complemented the thin style crust which was crispy with a little char. I ordered the their Roo pizza to take home. If you like mushrooms, this hits that craving. They also offer some different brewey choices you might not find at mainstream pizzerias. It turns out that Leah works Sundays so i got to watch her in action. Her passion and attention to detail is exactly what i was looking for in a pizzeria. It was a pleasure for the Legend General to meet her and converse about her great pizza. It was a very nice atmosphere and good experience. I've eaten a lot of pizza in my life. I've been to New York and tried a bunch of the famous spots, and they were really good. But I'm honestly not joking when I say I prefer Pizza Leah to anything I had there. I don't understand how they get the crust like this. It's perfectly chewy and just cooked exactly right. Usually I like the crust but don't love it. Here, I actually do love it. I've been here at least 15 times and I've tried pretty much everything on the menu. My two favorites are the Roo's and the Po-Tay-To. I love how the place is laid out. You can see into the kitchen, and the eating area is exactly what I think a pizza place should look like. It just feels comfortable. One time on my birthday, my wife picked up the pizza and didn't realize that they gave her the wrong one until she got home. She called and went back to get the right one, and when she got there they had forgotten to remake it, so she had to wait. She was honestly pretty mad at that point after making two trips, which I don't blame her for at all. But they were so apologetic that they ended up giving us the pizza for free, and that honestly made up for everything and turned it into a really nice surprise. She got over it pretty quickly after that. Funny enough, it worked out as two trips for two pizzas, and my birthday is 2/2. Now whenever I eat pizza anywhere else, I end up comparing it to Pizza Leah. Other places have good pizza, but this one just checks every single box for me. I came here based on a recommendation from a local brewery. We ordered a 16" Triple Threat pizza, a salad, and garlic knots, which came out to around $60. The garlic knots were good, and the pizza and salad were just okay. The pizza had jalapeños on it, but it wasn't spicy at all. We ordered take from Pizzaleah. We first went to the website and it said it would take 2 hours for our ordered. We ended up calling and they said 20 minutes so keep that mind if you the website gives you a long wait time. When I arrived the place was packed. Every table was taken and they were pumping out take orders which explains why the website said 2 hours they needed a break. It took an extra 5-10 minutes from when they said to actually get my pizza which makes sense because they were busy. Now for the pizza we got an Old Grey Beard it was fine. The topping were unique and the crust had a good amount of flavor. We LOVE PizzaLeah and owner Leah rocks! This is some of the best pizza in Sonoma County! It's been awhile and we needed our fix. We were stoked to find them last night on DoorDash, so order we did: Roo's (12" signature pizza): olive oil, fontina, mozzarella, mushroom medley, fresh thyme, roasted fennel, shaved parmesan & fresh Italian parsley We added bacon and loved that flavor enhancement. With or without the bacon, Roo's is a symphony of delicious flavors, and we highly recommend it, especially if you're looking for a white pie (no tomato sauce). The crust is relatively thin, and well structured. Sharing a 12" pie was an act of self-restraint. Normally we order more, and eat more. But this was the perfect amount for two of us trying to be good - we paired it with a salad we had at home and enjoyed every bite. Straight off the bat - great pizza. I had ordered an old gray beard pie and a mush-a-roni pie, both as the 16" pie option. For both pizzas, the crust was crispy and airy with good chew. The crust had a good subtle flavor as well. The undercarriage was well cooked, leaving a crispy bottom. The sauce tasted great and had a good cheese to sauce ratio. The toppings for both pizzas were well placed - not overwhelming the other flavors, and they complimented one another. I would recommend the old gray beard if you like a little spiciness in your pie, and the mush-a-roni is a solid choice too if you want a little more "safer" flavors. My family and I were in town; it had been some time since our last meal here, so we were really excited to return. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and the Boomin' Granny. The pepperoni was a fantastic classic, and the Boomin' Granny certainly turned heads, as a few people stopped to ask us what was the name of the pizza. The food was delicious, and our 17-month-old loves pizza and it is safe to say Pizzaleah is her absolute favorite pizza place. My husband and I finished our meals, and our little one just couldn't stop, I think she managed to eat maybe 2 slices of the pepperoni and even snagged a slice of the Boomin' Granny from my husband's plate. We were in Windsor for a day trip, and decided to come for dinner. Despite the town being relatively quiet, I was surprised to find the Pizzaleah was full and we had to sit outside. There was a line just to order at the counter, and then they bring out the pizzas to you. I tried their award winning "Old Grey Beard" and "Lola" pizzas. I could see why the the award winning pizza was so popular--it wasn't too spicy, and had a slight sweetness and tanginess to it from the honey and zest. The Lola was also good as I really enjoyed caramelized onions: just wished they put more on it! Founder Leah Scurto is a bonafide pizza champion (5 times!), competing in competitions in Italy and across the U.S. When we dined here for lunch in June on a Sunday afternoon, the place was not that busy. There is ample seating inside and out and the staff was very welcoming. We ordered the FG Special with red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, ricotta, and hot honey--wow, that was delicious! I've visited Pizzaleah the last couple of times driving up to the Russian River and I can't think of a single thing that's wrong with this place. The workers are so welcoming the moment you walk in. There's outside/inside eating. While there's some normal pizza options, there's some pretty gnarly ones that I never thought I'd eat on a pizza slice. Wowza! Talk about an incredible pizza! This place has made it to my #1 pizza spot, ever. I listened to my fellow yelpers and asked them to cook ours lightly and it was absolute perfection. We ordered the 16" thin crust, half Old Grey Beard and half Sicilian. The crust elevates this pizza to the next level. It's light and airy but holds all the ingredients in place. The flavors all meld perfectly together. It's not your typical pizza where stringy mozzarella cheese comes oozing out. Ingredients are tastefully added to give you that oh my, this is heaven in a bite. The people working at the counter are all very kind and accommodating. I asked them to wipe off a table for us and they were happy to do so. They have two TVs going on opposite corners and they have seating indoors and out. First time being back in the area after FOUR YEARS and I knew I had to stop in at Pizzaleah. We used to eat here a few times a month and have missed it since moving away. 4 years of searching and we still haven't found a place that rivals Pizzaleah. I'm not sure if The Boogie is a newer addition or if I'd just missed it before but this pizza was EXCEPTIONAL! The onions and zucchini were sliced to the perfect width to have good flavor and just enough tooth so that they didn't feel mushy. The flavors all mixed together perfectly with the garlic to taste like "MORE"! This pizza is almost as delicious cold as it is hot, too. Definitely not always the case with pizza. And dipping it in ranch? Absolutely, yes. 100% do reccomend! And the staff was so nice! Definitely a place to stop for a delicious pizza. Saw this little restaurant advertised on Yelp and decided to judge for myself. I love pizza so I had to try it out, we ordered this traditional pizza that was the bum. I also but 3 chocolate chip cookies that were delicious. This place I highly recommend to go with the family or on a hot summer day and sit out side or even grab a pizza and walk to the town green that is in proximity. Came here with a couple of my dogs and my mom, while my mom got us a table outside with the dogs, I went in to order, it's a very clean and open space inside, it has an open layout so you can see into the kitchen as well. The employees who helped me were super friendly and were understanding about my gluten restrictions since I have celiacs, My mom and I got the gluten free mush-a-roni, I will say the gluten free version was a little expensive for the size it was but hey what can you do when you're gluten free, aside from the personal pizza size, the consistency of the dough was amazing, you couldn't even tell it's gf, and the toppings I'm sure would be good on any type of dough gluten free or not, the flavors all combined were definitely a hit. Everything from the customer service over the phone to the interaction in the restaurant and can't forget about the FOOD, was stellar! I just moved to Windsor about 4 months ago and seen this place so many times and never had a chance to come in. I thought it would just be like any other pizza places that taste the same. A couple of my friends told me that I needed to try this place because it's so good. So I decided to order a takeout and omg the portion is huge and it's so good!! We ordered a 16 inch half and half with Roo's and Lola. I like Lola a lot more than Roo's. I didn't know potatoes on pizza would be so good! Roo's is so good too and I am a big fan of mushroom and they gave a lot of mushrooms! This place actually gives you a lot of toppings! Unlike those pizza chains that barely give you anything. The price is high but I totally understand why. I rather spend more money at this place than other pizza chains anyways! The service was great and they finished the pizza super fast.
