Their food is the best. Pizza is absolutely superior to other pizza places (in my opinion). Customer service is good, however I do have one issue. About once a month I get an ad in the mail that shows their deals and coupon codes for the month. Generally the codes stay the same. Two times now I have called in on my way home from work and asked for a certain deal that was advertised, (nothing crazy; normally just the two for $20), and I will tell them I want to do the deal, and they have asked "what is the code" and I have explained to them that I don't have the code, and that I am planning to pick the pizza up on my way home from work, and they have bluntly told me that they can't give me the special unless I have the coupon code. I know this isn't true. It makes them look very cheap, and honestly insensitive to my situation as a customer trying to save myself the trouble of having to go all the way home and then back to their location simply because I need to get a coupon code that they have right in front of them, because they want to make a few more dollars off of me. Really left me with a sour taste. But none the less the pizza, once again, is AMAZING, and everyone is generally very nice. Not the cheapest, but worth it! read more

Tried to enter order with coupon code when it wouldn't give discount I tried to go back and start over and it spit out a confirmation that my order had been placed. Paid way more than I would have if the coupon code had worked. No offer to correct the problem, they were just trying to explain how to do it next time I order. Since I recently moved from Sacramento I have not been able to try out any Pizza Guys locations in Yuba City - until tonight. First things first I must say their customer service was awesome. The staff was friendly and attentive and offered cheese and peppers and even bagged them up for me. Now to the best part, after ordering my large all-meat pizza and breadsticks, both were presented to me in a better than T.V. manner. The freshness and preciseness of my order left me drooling at the counter. I really wish I could've taken pictures before devouring this heavenly meal, but I was too eager to waste anymore time. Everything was fresh and made to perfection, and since I picked up I was even offered a 2-liter soda or pint size ice cream (I went for the ice cream) will definitely be going back to this location. I was at my parents house and they decided to order pizza from pizza guys. Ordered online and had it delivered. That's where the issues began. The delivery person stated that the credit card wasn't charged and had to be processed again. Okay whatevs, I guess sometime that happens. Then we get the pizza and the delivery guy is on his way. The pizza was clearly burnt and hard as cardboard. I've attached a pic so you can see. We immediately called them back and they said they'd make us another pizza. We decided to go to the shop instead. The lady there (not sure if she was the manager or owner) made another pizza, said they'd refund the double charge on the credit card (because they did indeed charge us twice) and that was it. No future discount, refund of the full order or any sort of compensation for them ruining our pizza and wasting our time. Would definitely NOT recommend this place ever. read more

Yummy! is all I can say about this place. Whenever I get pizza it is this place or Round Table. Ordered a Supreme pizza and waited 15 minutes before I headed out to pick it up. They forgot the onions on the pizza so the cashier just told me to get two ice creams to make up for the lack of onions on the pie. She did offer to make me another one but I was hungry and decided not to wait another 10-15 minutes. I've even ordered at the counter and probably had a 15 minute wait as it was a Friday and they were pretty busy at the time.
