Food is great, just like I remember it. the real stars were the staff, tho. These folks are working hard and doin it with a smile. Especially Justice, she helped with my order through the online promotion. Really wish the company let you sit and dine in though. The lady was nice , but she was by herself this is insane for any place that sells food. The wait was not bad , went in to pick it up had to wait she was in back. The bad part was we got home a Hawaiian pizza had no flavor , couldn't taste pineapple, ham , sauce or cheese , crust taste like nothing . I should have got a box for lunch. This was not pizza, it was trash. I ordered 10 of these things and I apologized to the party and offered the box to eat instead. When we first called to place an order the lady (loose terminology) hung up the phone. I should have taken that as a hint. Its the manager Alexis fault as I called 6 times, she should have said upfront on my first call there will be a delay ( short staff extremely busy) I am a very understanding person! This used to be an awesome joint but has declined a lot through the years. I would be surprised if it does not close within a year. On our most recent (and last) visit, we waited a long time for a pizza which tasted like cardboard. The service was very slow and the sole waiter seemed overworked and sweated a lot, which made me my lose my appetite. The restaurant was dirty and it got noisy once more people started coming in. You wouldn't know this was a Pizza Hut from the outside unless if you had been here before. I say that in the literal sense because we didn't see any signage. If you're just looking for fast food style pizza, go to the Domino's in AC instead and you'll be grateful. read more

I usually order dominos but decided to give Pizza Hut a try. We ordered half ham and half cheese large pie, since my boyfriend likes ham. the ham side was pretty good but the cheese side was horrible, dry and my cheese was burnt. Ordered a pizza . It came with a huge dent in top of the box. All the cheese was on the roof of the box. If I could do no stars I would. Every time I order something from them I get it well over an hour when it says 30 mins. Then they are constantly missing food and NEVER reimburse me. We have been here a few times. The food is definitely good. We got pizza, garlic knots and wings.. Quality, quantity, and taste is on the money.. the staff I have had was friendly. The only negative thing I can say about this place is it's not the cleanliness of the place. The plates and trays and baskets are clean but the tables and all around cleaning of the dining area needs to be looked at. Being in the food service industry for 22 years of my life leaves me thinking that this issue is because of staffing levels.. servers are too busy doing serving and bussing of the tables that they do not have time to clean properly.. overall my experiences here have been very good. read more

I went for the lunch buffet. They only had the thin crust pies available while I was there, and everyone knows that if you go to pizza hut, you expect to have their trademark deep dish available. They also didn't have any dessert pies or cinnamon sticks available on my visit. Where do I start... 1st off, we weren't really warmly welcome, we walked in and employee sees us and rudely asked us if we were dining in, which we were, and she told us we could sit anywhere. After sitting for 5 minutes, same employee comes and asked us if we're ready to order, damn, we didn't even get menus, she brings over menus and says she would be back in 5 minutes to take our order, at that point I asked if we could order our beverages, "Megan" our server/hostess/cashier takes our beverage order and never returned.... After sitting for another 5 minutes we decided NOT to dine at this establishment. What poor customer service, no wonder why during dinner time there were only two other tables...if this is any reflection on how they treat their customers, I really don't see how they stay open. The staff was too enthralled in their own conversations to worry about their customers. One star is being too generous. We haven't dined at this Pizza Hut for quite awhile, possibly for the same reasons, since our last visit they did do some renovations to the dining room, but what they really need to do is some customer service training for the staff. Sorry for your loss pizza hut, you lost us as customers for good, would have been sale of at least $100, I know you aren't feeling the sting, but if people read this you will probably loss much more. My roommate and I decided to order a pizza tonight. I placed the order for delivery via phone call at 7:18 pm. They said i would have my order within 30-45 minutes. After an hour passed by I called to see where my pizza was. All they could tell me was that it was on its way. Another hour passes by and I call again. They claimed they were outside for an hour and called twice. This could not be the case because I had my phone in my hand the ENTIRE time. After discussing with the manager, who had an attitude, it was found that the person taking my order had written the number down incorrectly. They then claimed that I had given a wrong address. WHY WOULD I DO THAT? That makes no sense to me. This was the worst experience either of us have ever had with food delivery. We will no longer be ordering from here and we will be spreading the word around campus. read more

Do not waste your time, energy or money! Ordered at 3:21 it is now 5:01 and still no delivery. Called 4x to follow up and was placed on hold, asked to speak to a manager to no avail! Finally after calling from a non local number I spoke to a manager named Dennis after being on hold for 10 minutes. This person claimed to cancel my order (didn't happen). In addition to this I was not compensated in any way, shape or form and I was finally informed that my order had NOT gone out. However my card was charged and I am still waiting for a refund...Unsure how this place is in business as their customer service sucks. The lack of honesty can only lead me to question the integrity of this business. Ordered 2 pizzas on special. One sausage one pepperoni. I called the order in for pickup, I Got there 15 mins, the place was dead, no one greated me, everyone was in the kitchen goofing off, after waiting 10 min I called the restaurant to get someone to come to the front. By that time there where 5 people that came in after me. 2 just walked out, finally some girl came out of the kitchen. She couldn't find my order, wnt back in the kitchen for another 8 mins then grabbed 2 pizzas that have been sitting on a rack near the cash register since I got there, she seemed anoid to have to wait on me and gave no apology. Pizzas where both burned and looked the same when I got home. I would rather eat the boxes. Threw them out and ate something else. I called to report it to a manager but no one ever called back. Called the next day and was scolded for not bringing the pizza back last night and was told there was nothing that could be done now.
