I ordered pizza and wings for a family with a 530pm delivery. I asked the women to repeat the order, delivery adress and time Perfect! I got a text at 615 from the family saying no delivery. I called Zorro's and asked where the delivery was. they told me they were there and nobody answered. They went to my place of business not to the requested family adress. I called the woman at Zorros told her I was unhappy and now the family will be having cold pizza and wings. I asked what kind of compensation could she offer me and she hung up on me. They have come a really long way in just a year. The pizza rivals any pizza place on the island that calls themselves the best. The cheese steaks are also a must try here. Hello I ordered a pizza this evening 4-6-2026 I asked to have the pizza crispy with a little extra sauce. I informed the owner that the last few times the pizza was excellent and had a little extra sauce the pizza tonight wasn't even edible the cheese was sliding off pepperoni was dripping with grease and had extra cheese raw in the center. The owner venesha did nothing but yell telling me that's what happens when you order extra sauce I said just a little extra sauce and crispy. miss venesha should have picked up the pizza and brought another one instead she chose to hang up the phone. The people where i live we're having a party and we're going to order 10 pizzas once they saw mine they ordered elsewhere. Miss Venesha was rude obnoxious and then other people started saying how they have had poor experience with her. Best pizza in AC, Ventnor, and Margate! Coming from Hoboken and NYC, respective havens for good pizza, my husband and I both agree that Zorro's is absolutely the BEST. Get the "Supreme Square" pie and the cookies. It will feed 4-6 people easily. The ingredients are super fresh, sauce is perfect, and the crust is the thin. The cookies are delightful surprise - dense, buttery, and filled. We've bought their pizza for parties, gifted pies to contractors, and even bought them as a thank you to utility workers fixing the street. Every single person was impressed and wanted to know where the heck the pizza came from. They just added new items - filled croissants, flatbreads w mortadella, and brioche buns. Those ovens are busy! Velicia and her gang at Zorro's are also some of the nicest people you'll meet. This place gets super busy in the peak season so enjoy them more often from Oct-May without the crowds. Absolutely crave worthy! read more

We see a lot of FB posts about Zorro's, so we decided to try it. The only seating option was tables outside. They're on the sunny side of the street, though, and at 5pm, it was pretty hot out. There was an awning above the tables, but it didn't cover any part of the table. Placed a lunch order for pickup of one sandwich and one salad. Scheduled the online order for pick up 30 minutes after I entered it. Got there 10 minutes ahead of schedule. There was one guy making food and nobody else assisting him. There were seven unattended customers waiting for service. My order came out a half hour behind schedule. I waited in the restaurant for 40 minutes. Food was great. Service was almost nonexistent. Will probably give Zorros one more chance just based on the quality of the food. read more

So sad that the owner not only added -Pistachio pesto, nutella croissants, mortadella (almond deli meat), macadamia cookies and peanut butter cookies - but she stated there is not contact with the pizza dough. She believes her kitchen is safe for those with allergies- I am so afraid that she will tell someone it's safe for nut allergies - Nuts are heated /airborne - also handled and cross contact occurs in shared facility and on equipment- now nothing is safe if you have a treenut or peanut allergy. This place is amazing. We had a dinner party and didn't get enough food. Went there twice to order a pizza and it was ready in no time. The service is so quick. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and WOW totally worth the money (even though it's not expensive at all) There is no dinning inside but a beautiful outside to enjoy a casual dinner with friends/family. The worst service I've ever experienced. The manager/owner is rude and so is the person who takes orders. They made my order wrong and then tried to say that's the way I ordered it. They refused to make it right. I'm not surprised to read that other people have had a similar experience. Any other place would have remade the pizza and acted cordial. Instead the she refused to refund or remake the pizza and pushed the pizza back into my hands and walked off. They know nothing about customer experience. On a Saturday an order was place for 3 large size pies. This was to be delivered to a retail establishment for employees lunch. Ordered placed and not received 1 1/2 hrs. We called they said it will be shortly. 1 1/2 hrs (total 3 hrs) later it arrived and we refused the order. Driver said take it anyway and it will be no charge. Total of $60.00. Here 12 days later after notifying management and employees of our concern for a refund not one person has returned our call. Today I called and got the owner to answer the call. Trying to explain why I'm calling she was to busy for me to continue my conversation instead take my text and explain circumstances and when I'm not to busy I'll look at it. I argued at this point it was futile and demanded my refund. Stay away from this store a very good friendly front by owner but a very bad customer service. A decent Italian pizza takeout restaurant. The food is good not great, but the portions are large and the price is fair. Two weeks ago I went in to get a pasta dinner to go. I am 80 years old and my shoe was untied. ALong the wall of the restaurant was an empty shelf. I am not able to reach the floor to tie my shoe so I put my toe of my shoe on the , bottom shelf to assist me at which time themanager looked up and she said what's the matter with you get your foot off that shelf. I have been a long time customer of Zorros. I am a year round resident as well. I ordered often and so does my family. We use them for parties too. All year long! Today I ordered pizza for pick up. When I was leaving the heavy door hit me in my arm and the pizza flew out of my hands and it landed upside down on the ground! I was told by the owner that once they give the pizza to the customer they are not responsible. Well I understand that. I did not ask for anything from them. But I was hurt by the way I I did not was spoken to. No empathy. I don't know if I will go back. There are MANY pizza shops and restaurants in our area otherwise.
