This place was recommended to us by the locals who work at Wilson's Pizza (go there too, it is amazing). We were told to get wings, so we did and they did not disappoint! We also got three different sandwiches, the Rueben, the Turkey Rueben, and the French Dip as well as a steak. Everything was delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat on the patio overlooking the mountains, had super cold beer, and friendly, attentive waitstaff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was great last dinner in Jackson.

We ate here after hitting Astoria Hot Springs down the road! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Their patio dining has a great view of the valley and it had just rained so the view was amazing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was delicious! My wife got a burger, my daughter got lemon pepper wings and I got the Turkey Reuben. I didn't even think turkey on a Reuben would be good but The Bird delivered!! Their house sauce is amazing too. I slathered my sandwich in it. Also great ranch too!! Our food came out quickly. Wait staff wasn't super chatty but we got fed and felt tended to!

We're back after a 5 year hiatus. The Bird was the recommended spot in Jackson to watch the Alabama (4) vs Georgia (2) football game. The high temperatures here have me feeling I'm back home in Georgia and not in Wyoming. Flat screens dot the walls and college football is the highlight of this Autumn Saturday evening. The ice cold Athletic Brewing Lite beer, a very good non-alcoholic beer, hit the spot, as well as hubs ice cold Coors. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was packed this evening with the Bulldog Club of Jackson, Wyoming faithful all rooting on the Georgia Bulldogs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Hence, service was slow - very slow! You might want to take note to stay away on evenings like these - unless you're a fan of the teams on their flatscreens! My husband enjoyed his burger and my chips were crisp and the cheese dip hot! We will return!

This was recommended to us by a friend who had visited Jackson Hole. Take a look at the menu before you stop in- they have pretty specific rules for eating here- which I honestly don't mind! You also have to seat yourself which was a little challenging and requires you to wait a little longer, as a party of 3 will seat themselves at a table for 8. But be mindful that your food won't come all at the same time, so eat as soon as your meal comes. I honestly didn't mind that, and I love a snarky menu that encourages me to chill out and stay awhile- however I didn't feel the service was great and it felt a little overpriced for what we got.

Both food and staff were amazing. It was a fun stop along the way and I was so glad we stopped to try the food! Wings were top tier.

The pub isn't on the Jackson town center, so that mitigates some traffic. Nonetheless the brewery was decently crowded. Fully menu service at the bar, upstairs or downstairs. Seating is first come, first served. Nice mix of tourists and regulars assembled for football, brews and lively socializing. Fun music playlist could still be heard despite the large TV screen. The space feels both contemporary yet a Jackson Hole institution. While the menu features pub food, I shortlisted a number of gourmet contenders. Ultimately the "slash and burn trout" was irresistible. You'll love this dish if you like a variety of colors, flavors and textures. I meant to 86 the fried leeks, but they added crispy fun to the tender fish, decadent pork belly, sweet corn & roasted tomatoes & fresh radish sprouts. This plate qualifies for culinary genius.

Be prepared for it, especially during peak times. We waited about an hour just to be seated, and once we ordered, the food also took quite a while to come out. The brewery itself has a lively atmosphere with plenty of seating and a fun energy without feeling overly touristy. It's a great place to unwind after a day exploring the area. The beer selection offers something for just about everyone, and the food was good overall. Nothing completely wowed me, but everything was decently prepared. The bison burger was pretty dry and you can't pick how you wanted it cooked so that was a miss. The service was friendly throughout despite how busy they were.

I almost never write reviews, but Matt and the Chef deserve some recognition!…read more It was honestly hard finding good food in Jackson Hole as we are picky eaters, but this place was so good we came back twice. The fried chicken pasta was delicious - the chicken was sooo juicy. The truffle pasta was also really good. Matt works at the bar, and he made the whole experience even better. There wasn't a hostess when we walked in, but he noticed us and got us seated. We also ate at the bar another night and noticed how much he genuinely goes out of his way for everyone. Even if he's not your server, he makes sure you're taken care of. He handles negative situations really well too, even when things like food delays aren't his fault. Super friendly, great attitude, and just naturally good at what he does. Honestly, service at some other places in Jackson Hole has been pretty disappointing, so Matt really stood out and left a great impression on us.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening and dinner…read more Possibly the best ribeye I've had in the past 10 years, but the other "foam and powder"aspects of the dish were just silly. The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

Street parking only, but it was relatively easy to find Food- 5 stars Food was pretty good and well done. We ordered the rabbit rillettes, Dutch Crunch Bread, asparagus soup, and SRG Steak Tartare Pizza for our appetizers. Everything was good but the pizza was a bit on the saltier side. Their breads were delicious though For the entrees, we ordered the prime new York steak, morel mushroom tagliatelle, duck breast, roasted carrots, and braised greens.
