Customer service review. Contacted customer service after placing an order thru them for pizza at this location. Been upset that there was no update on my cancelled order since there wasn't a specific ingredient. I tried to order off the website for the second time but had issues so it noted to contact customer service. Placed an order with them. Checked online to see why my first order didn't get cancelled. Called customer service at 1016pm. Rushed to tell me "we're closed"! And I asked who do I get updates from then? They said idk and hung up. I'm here googling this locations phone number and no luck. Hubby and I came by to pick up the order he made online. It was close to 8:45 pm when we arrived. There's a stall you can park and wait for your order. The order was ready in around 20 to 25 minutes. Not bad. As we pulled up hubby tried to call but the employee saw us parked in the stall right up front. Once we got our order, we took off and ate up our pizza. I was hungry and didn't take a picture of my pizza. It was a super supreme pizza but I hate olives so I pick them out. Olives are just way too salty for me. Lol Plenty of parking up front. Better to get your order when it's not hot and busy. They do have delivery but you pay more when they deliver your pizza. FYI: my daughter won a free slice of pizza here from her teacher last year. When the rival doesn't offer delivery, you pick the Hut! So glad I was able to snag some local deals online and have them delivered to my door within the same hour! Got a large specialty pizza (current special) plus their yummy alfredo pasta and breadsticks. I paid under 40.00 for all this delivered plus drivers tip (I opted for contactless delivery). Note that I would not buy anything full price, too expensive, so check out their deals and online coupon codes. I also recommend making an account with them to rack up additional rewards. All-in-all my order was cooked thoroughly and packaged well, I liked that they put utensils and sauces (additional charges) in the box so less contact ya know? Yesterday, I ordered pizza from my online app, which I usually do. Everything was paid for through my online app. When I pick up my order, I usually buy the same extra pizza sauce in person. The cashier lady rang up my bill and told me $6.11 for my 3 pizza sauces. I said excuse me, how much? She said $6.11. I then said, that's kinda expensive. She then said, the prices went up. I then told her that I come here a lot and it's usually $3-$4 for my sauces. She panicked, then pressed the canceled button on my credit card pad. She said oh, I accidentally added the wrong amount and rang me up again. The final cost was $3.11. It doesn't tell you on the credit card pad what she charges me. After I paid the $3.11 amount, she gave me my receipt for my initial paid pizza and asked if I could sign the receipt, even though I fully paid for it online. This never happened to me in the past. She didn't ask me to sign my $3.11 receipt, which I thought was weird. I think she was trying to get additional tip but I caught it. I think most people would have just paid with their credit card. This location gave me food poisoning. It's unorganized inside the store and the employees don't wear gloves when they're making customers food. Most of the team looked like teenagers and just about everyone in the kitchen had on a fanny pack/pouch on while making the food which was inappropriate. We ordered boneless wings and two melts. The wings weren't as sauced as they could've been and I had to watch in horror as the employee sauced and boxed them with his bare hands. It's been several years since I ordered from Pizza Hut and I was really looking forward to my order. The website wasn't bad and straightforward, but couldn't delay my order before 6:30pm. The service was outstanding! I was parked 15 mins after ordering and my order was placed in the backseat. It only took me less than 10 mins to get home and open my thin and crispy pizza. If there was a choice to put 0 stars, I would. We ordered a pizza plus TWO dinner boxes that were going to be given to TWO separate people. When we received my order, we gave one dinner box to one person, and looking for the other dinner box, we couldnt find it. So we called the store asking about the second dinner box and the person who was assisting me on the phone said "theres two pizza in the box" and asked what do you mean? " the guy huffs and says just what I said, theyre both in the box. So of course we asked for the manager, and the manager, Robert (believe thats his name is), repeated the same thing as the other person. He had the worse customer service ever! He bickered back at saying that he put the two dinner boxes together, we told him that they were going to be given to two different people, and he responds with an excuse of "well I didnt know". Do you really need to know what we do with our order? I've ordered dinner boxes before, multiple amount in one order, and I've never received it like this. So the manager said he'll send a driver to drop off the dinner box. Instead, brings two EMPTY dinner boxes for us to separate it ourselves. We're in the pandemic right now, and expecting for us to separate the two dinner boxes to give it to two different families? Do you really think that would be a great, sanitary idea for us to touch it and be giving these to two separate families? So we called back, and this girl Tina picked up and has the audacity to hang up on us as we were talking!!!!!! What the f*** is going on with this location?! so we finally had a chance to preorder a pizza online with our local Pizza Hut barbecue chicken everything like normal I scheduled it to be baked at 4 o'clock but I had ordered it earlier in the day. I live in Aiea and the Pizza Hut website directs me to this location when I order online. Ordering pizzas on my IPad has been a joy since it started. I order for delivery about 95% of the time now since I'm getting lazy. I really like that I can choose different topping for each half of a pizza so that my kids don't fight over toppings. There are online coupons on their website also, and i usually get the two medium or two large special. Online delivery is awesome! When you order, it tells you what the estimated delivery time is, and they usually get here earlier which I like. You can also put in for delivery at a later time if you want. Lately, the drivers have been calling me when they are on the way so that I know my pizza is almost here. The orders have all been correct so far and the drivers have been so pleasant. We ordered 4 boxes of pizza, 8 boneless chicken wings, 16 bone in chicken wings, double order of breadsticks and 2 liter pepsi. Our bill came out to $73 and we tipped the driver $10.00 for a 3 minute drive from their store to my house. My son bit into one of the boneless chicken wings and entire chicken was raw. We cut into the remaining 7 boneless wings and all 7 the same, raw. I asked to speak with the Manager of customer call center and requested my money back and to be compensated for my son biting into the raw chicken. The manager apologizes on behalf of the Aiea Pizza Hut about serving my family raw chicken and offers me a $10.00 credit. I asked the manager you're offering me $10.00 credit and what is the price of the chicken. The manager said the 8 piece chicken is $7.99. So basically, Pizza hut is only compensating me for $2.00 for serving my family raw chicken and possibly making my son sick. I told the manager keep your money!! This review is for the Waimalu Pizza Hut location only and does not reflect my experience with other locations. Been to this location twice recently for takeout. Both times ordered generally the same thing, a Garden Fresh pizza and my fiancee ordered a build-your-own option. First recent order was a the regular (pan) crust. Both pizzas were fine, though the Garden Fresh wasn't even cut and the topping was bunched up and stuck to the box. Our second order from this location, same pizzas, but this time on hand toss crust. Not sure if it makes a difference, but this time our pizzas had almost no sauce and had way too much cheese, to the point that it was nearly inedible. Toppings on the Garden Fresh were also very sparse. So how was service? Both times I went in to pick up, service was BAD. Same girl working at the counter each time, same rude service. On the most recent visit, she told me to wait so that she could talk story. She also kept her cellphone on the counter right in front of her, next to the register. My last couple of experiences here are unfortunate. I don't know why the turn to the worst recently, as previous experiences here were good, both the pizzas and the service. MUCH better than the location in town we usually get pizza from. Ordered online (easy enough) and took advantage of some online only specials. 2 large specialty pizzas for $27. Crusts and topping substitutions were correct. Delivery guy called me 3 minutes before arriving at the house to say he'd be there soon, which he was. I was craving wings one night and just thought to come to this place because everywhere else was closed. Walked in there about 20 mins before closing and the workers were very nice about our late arrival. We decided to order the 20 wings with honey bbq sauce and an individual size pasta. Took about 10 minutes for them to prepare our food, and everything was awesome. The wings were covered in sauce and made perfectly. The same thing went for the pasta. Super hot when we opened the package and they gave us extra bread sticks, maybe because they were close to closing, but we were not going to complain. It was free food. The only downside to this location, is the literal location of the pizza hut. It is a hole in the wall, with little doors and barely enough room for 5 people to stand inside. Definitely a take out place only, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good place to rely on to call ahead and have your order ready for pick up. Only heads up would be to be careful of the cross traffic in the area, depends what time of the day it is, might make it difficult to turn in and out of the parking lot. read more

Service has declined! A great place to get Pizza and wings since it is convenient with a lot of parking. However, the past two times that I went to this Pizza Hut, the cashier was terrible. I went on a Friday evening and there were no customers. However, the cashier ignored me and I had to ask if she worked there. She seemed irritated that I bothered her. The second time I went to order pizza, the same cashier forgot to place my order - I waited for over 25 minutes and she didn't acknowledge that she had made a mistake. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked her about my order and she told me it would be done in "1 minute". After waiting 5 more minutes, I asked her again about my order and told her that I had to leave. No apologies or refunds - What a waste of my time and money. After over 15 years of getting pizza from this pizza hut, poor customer service once again prevailed.
