I ordered a pizza at 7:50 with my rewards and at 9:20 they called me and said it wasn't going to be delivered because the delivery vehicle broke down and they would refund my money but not the free pizza. I had to go get it. I can't drive because of a train wreck and the employee hung up on me and said he wasn't going to honor the free pizza. I'll never order from them again!!! My wife and I dined here. All was going well until my wife requested drink refills. She did not request refills as we were leaving, we we still at the table dining. She was denied refills of coke or pepsi as the person behind the counter said we were leaving. I was still at the table eating, our beverages had run out and we needed refills to finish our food. My wife presented the plastic cups you get at pizza hut, not wax covered paper cups, yet we were refused refills. I will never dine at a pizza hut again, I hope they disappear forever. Would give 0 stars if it was available. Placed an order online for pickup at 910pm. Hours listed are until 10pm. I get a call from a rude @$$hole telling me he's closed and cancelling my order. When I questioned him about the hours he then tells me he's closing because he has no staff and then tells me to "get the fuck outta here" before he hangs up on me! Confronted with this, the manager said she disagreed as there was nothing on the floor. On a family trip,l we all were hungry and not many locations to pick we all decided on Pizza Hut. The food was good, and the waiter was always checking on us. Never went without a drink or anything we asked for. You won't be sorry as the pizza was HOT and FRESH, so were the wings. My family has had some bad experiences here. Most notably.. one time the delivery was late so we called the restaurant. They said they delivered it somewhere along the rural highway, nowhere near my house as we live in town. We hoped they would realize their mistake and have a pizza delivered to the correct address. Place order for 6:30PM online and paid for the order. I arrived at 6:25. They didn't have my order but had charged me for the order. Worst pizza hut experience I've ever had. Tried to call and order in advance, but no one answered. Walked in with my family to dine in and did not even get seated nor did we get greeted. Ordered two large pizzas and waited over an hour. Both of our pizzas were burnt which apparently was the cause of the delay. The pizza from here is the worst from any Pizza Hut I've ever had. The hand tossed is as thin as most places thin crust. I asked the manager about it and she said it's because the pizza is stretched by hand. While I understand this if you manage a Pizza Hut you should know that a hand tossed should still be thicker than a thin crust. On top of this the inside of the Pizza Hut is very poorly maintained and It's dirty. They don't have same pricing as online and up charge for everything ! I ordered online and system says they are not accepting online orders at this time and I call and they give you attitude. I called in the same order and was double what my total was online. Very poor customer service. read more

We've driven by this Pizza Hut several times since we moved to Texas, from the outside it doesn't look like the pizza would be good or at least decent. Bad is an understatement. Service was slower than slow. Table and restaurant in general were dirty. No silverware for dining in. Parmesan cheese overwhelmed the pizza. The bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in quite some time & there was trash on the majority of the dining room floor. Terrible management. The restaurant is always filthy. Horrible customer service except from the older Hispanic waitress. She's always friendly and attentive. Most other workers are rude and appear annoyed when anybody walks in. To reiterate what many others reviews confirmed, this place is the WORST managed restaurant I have ever encountered!!! The "business" is listed as being open until 10:00 pm. We arrived at 9:25, and waited for about 3-4 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. When the young lady at the register did finally acknowledge us, we were told that they stop taking orders at 9:30 on Mondays... It wasn't even 9:30 yet, but they told us they weren't taking anymore orders. My biggest surprise, after experiencing what others did at this very dirty restaurant, is how are they still in business, and why would the Pizza Hut corporation not acknowledge the poor perception this facility is allowed to perpetuate.?? read more

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Sound simple, right? They brought the wrong pizza. I called back. They said there were sending another one. I called back an hour later and they were closed. Last night I ordered a few pizzas and breadsticks via their online ordering system. My order was accepted at 9:21. Earlier that day I called in to be sure the website had the hours of operation correct and was assured that the establishment closed at 10pm. I had family driving in and wanted to have something ready when they got in, hence the dinner order after 9pm . A few minutes after I placed my order I got a phone call notifying me that the restaurant was closed. When I asked why she had told me that they were open until 10pm, the woman stated that they normally were but their RGM (I am assuming Regional Manager) had just arrived and told them to shut everything down for end of year sales. It is ridiculous to shut down a restaurant early to close out the end of the year on December 22. After talking to two different people, it became clear to me that the restaurant is under horrible upper management. The local staff is nice, but without a better example in place by the RGM, this location has no hope. Get it together, Alpine Pizza Hut. read more

I was quite hesitant after reading the other reviews. I'm glad I tried it anyway. I called my order in and picked it up. They were understandably busy at 6:30pm and I had to go on hold for a couple minutes. The young lady that took my order was very polite and even used a coupon she had which was great. Not only did the driver call us to find pur address (we live right next door) but he said he would be here in a couple of minutes. Well, 40 minutes later he arrives (after we called and asked where our pizza was) and the pizza was cold. I called to complain and was told by the manager that it's a busy night and to basically f off. Shortly after my husband called to let them know how bad they messed up. I asked if we could sit in one of the booths as the other side was full besides a big table with 2 lonely chairs. She said "this side's closed..you will have to sit over there". one table's party left and the other waitress said they just left. we stood for 4 minutes thinking the waitress was going to come back and clean the table, so we finally left. do the owners know what's really going on? obviously the restaurant owners in alpine don't give a dang whether they lose business or not. as the previous review stated, the place was filthy and there was no excuse for the beyond pitiful service. if they don't want people to eat here, make it an order out only pizza place. read more
