We are on our way to Montana from San Antonio and stopped for a quick bite. Got to have the lunch buffet. It was fantastic. The food was hot and fresh and the service was very fast and kind. Big shout out to Pizza Hut on Georgia! Haven't ordered from there in a long time. The food was here in about 20 minutes, earlier than their ETA. Everything was fresh, delicious and piping hot! I've been to this Pizza Hut but a few times. The last 3 times, my orders have been wrong. The first 2 weren't that big of deal but this last one. Seriously? It was 2 medium pizzas. That was it. How can y'all mess up on two medium pizzas? Three strikes and you're out. The employee was very nice but she should've check my ticket and my order before just giving me my food. This is the third time I didn't get my pizza I ordered. When I called she said there wasn't an order. When I told the manager I have an email confirming it shetold me to hold on. She asked me 4 times what my address was then said the pizza was delivered but no one answered the door. I have two big dogs that trust me if you knock I'll hear ya. They never budged. So what was it? You didn't find my order or it was delivered but no one answered? I think I'll find another pizza place. read more

It is definitely 50/50 at this Pizza Hut. I've had tons of mistakes come from ordering here but they are the closest one to our house. For Valentine's Day we ordered the heart pizza, pepperoni with jalapeños, and we received all cheese pizzas and meatballs. We didn't complain this time since we had tons of people over the house and they were hungry. They sometimes also forget to bring some of your food... we ordered lastnight and asked for a Large pepperoni and mushroom pizza, with 8 hot wings. Our pizza was destroyed and our wings were garlic not what we ordered. I could care less about the pizza being destroyed because I was going to later. I noted the order right when the delivery man left so I called up there to let them know, whoever picked up was not happy I was calling to tell them my wings were wrong, not only that it took them an hour in a half for EIGHT boneless wings. i was treated very badly by most of the workers at this pizza hut. my card was declined when i tried to split my total between cash and card, even though i know i for sure had money. the worker was very rude and refused to give me any other options other than my card was no good. i asked him if the orders were voided and he slammed the window shut, so i had to call the store to make sure. most places would like to work with the customer, but it seems as though Pizza Hut could care less about finding solutions, and would rather act hostile. read more

I have to say, I've really tried to work with these people as this was the location the web site chose as my preferred store for delivery. Over the past year, I've probably ordered at least two to three times every couple of weeks, averaging out to be four to six times per month. In general, my husband and I enjoy Pizza Hut's food. Their average for getting orders correct is about 50% (taking into consideration they get maybe one entire order in about 10 totally correct and get anywhere from 20 to 100% of the order wrong the rest of the time). I'm totally confused. When placing an order online, the instructions are very specific. The only job these people have is to prepare the food per the order and deliver it in a timely manner. Aside from a few pizzas having the wrong toppings, the major area of screw up is the pasta and breadsticks. Don't know how many times I've ordered the Meaty Marinara (which is the only kind both my husband and I like) and had the Chicken Alfredo delivered. Or how many times I've ordered and paid for the upgrade from plain breadsticks to cheesy breadsticks and been delivered the plain ones. I will say if I call and speak to the manager I have gotten a credit several times and the proper food redelivered; however, their ratio of incorrect orders to correct ones is way out of proportion. I'm known in their ranks as a dissatisfied customer, and several of the delivery people have been exceptionally nice. I will admit I've messed up and not checked the order before the delivery person has left, but, then again, I don't feel I should have to do this. Unfortunately, needing to check an order's correctness has become a standard with any fast food restaurant these days. Seems like customer service isn't a high priority with the volume of business most of these places have. I sent an email to the customer service office via the main web site asking to be reassigned to another store for preparation and delivery, in hopes of getting more competent service. Guess what? I haven't even received an acknowledgement of receipt of my email, let alone an answer. Having been a food service manager back in the day when customer service was very high priority, I will say this place needs some restructuring and education in performing the business. I decided with the messed up order I received last night to take my business elsewhere. I'll miss the nice deals online, but I won't waste as much money in gas as I have in tips just simply going and picking up food myself. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever had. Got delivery at about 10:30pm on Thursday night - wouldn't give me the better price that was offered online since the website wasn't working so we paid $16.00 for one large pizza. When the order go to us, the delivery guy had two pizzas claiming they messed the first one up. Opened the boxes - both were wrong! Despite all the negative reviews earlier, I gave this place a try and ordered a delivery of the Cherry Pepper Bombshell. This is my first time trying this flavor and I am not disappointed. The pizza was really good, super quick delivery and the lady who delivered it was super nice and I even got 2 bottles of Mountain Dee for free and didn't even know why. Went there before 5 pm I usually like this Pizza Hut but this particular afternoon was awful. The service was terrible. This guy acted like it was a bother to service me. He stood to the side of me with no eye contact at all. He was more concerned about being in the bar area and hanging with people there. When he brought my salad if you want to call it a salad had to ask for dressing it took him about 10 minutes to bring and he just sit it there with no interaction at all. I felt so uncomfortable about the whole thing. Never ask me for a refill just brought it but it was wrong a root beer , I couldn't wait to get out of there, the worst service I have ever received.
