OK, so this review is one I'm doing as a community service. . . I really love people and respect their hard earned $$$ Normally, I prefer to rave about my food experiences, but this one was abysmal. Of course you're thinking - Really?!? it's just some wings. How can you mess up wings or why should you raise the bar so high when you're just getting off the road, checking into your hotel and not wanting to go to bed hungry. Put it this way we should've gone to bed hungry. We ordered 20 bone-in wings online with Parmesan garlic, lemon pepper, and honey barbecue plus seasoned fries. Wings had no flavor past the first bite, as if each one had just been sprinkled with seasoning before being put in our bag. Such a shame too because those of us who know how to cook wings know that they really don't require a lot . Even a lite hit of salt and pepper before they hit the oil means the world. I would've expected this of a large chain restaurant to know that because it's part of "Wings 101" I probably should stop, but I had to share this too. I stopped eating because I realized I had put enough in my stomach so it wouldn't be growling overnight and that no matter how much I chewed my mouth and tongue had nothing to enjoy. But the interesting thing is my husband is almost a wing addict but he ended up throwing away quite a few wings. I told him "well they weren't horrible right?" He said "no they were just nasty" So on this visit, Wingstop should be called Wing Go or Wing Go somewhere else Booooooooo!!!!' read more

We placed an order to go - wing combo meal, chicken sandwich, and an additional 10 wings. When we got home, the chicken sandwich was not in the bag. Since we leave 40 miles out, we couldn't go back to the store immediately. Called today and explained the situation to the manager. Her response " sorry, can't help you with your shortage!" Nasty old burnt hard fries to eat. Tried to eat it since I paid good money for them. Too nasty and burnt to eat.

Placed my order 3 hours ahead of time online and of course when I get there at the scheduled time, they haven't even started it. They tell me 15-20 minutes. read more

This place is the best Wingstop I have ever encountered. I have had Wingstops all over Texas. The store is nice, clean, and not chaotic in the kitchen like most Wingstops are. The employees are nice, polite, well groomed and clean looking, and the kitchen is well organized. They seem to be working very well together back there. The front employees gave me excellent customer service. The employees are constantly busy cleaning and doing something, even when they don't have customers right in front of them. I highly recommend this place, and I will be back and back and back again! I love Wingstop. read more

Again, another place in town that has so many orders from call ins, walk ins or online and the wait is horrendous as well as the greasy and burnt food and hard rolls. Do an online order, they tell you when it's ready, you go to pick it up at the time they tell you it will be ready and you sit there waiting, then you see your ticket sitting up with 25 other online order tickets that haven't even been cooked yet. I mean I know it's not their fault they have so many orders but that's the bad thing about Amarillo. Too many damn people! It's not worth eating out anywhere anymore. read more

First off, the customer service here is incredible! All members of the team are working together and the manager does a fantastic job of keeping everything together. From ordering, paying, to pickup, it was a breeze. We LOVE Wingstop and this is our favorite locaiton, by far. They even have that awesome machine that dispenses all the different types of coke products you can imagine. We will be back here, again and again. read more

The store is really nice and clean. But I ordered online and still waited another 13 minutes for my order. They did not apologize to me for it being late. I got home ready to eat and the order was wrong. I call back and talk to the manager on duty. She stated she could do nothing. I told her to tell her boss or owner. She stated she would, but nothing will be done, it's a corporate thing. I ask her for the corporate number, she gave it to me mockingly, I ask for her name she stated she could not. I stated she already did at the beginning, she proceeded to mock me more by spelling her name. I will never eat or order here again, even though the wings were the best around. read more

They are friendly here and have a great attitude. The wings are good but when you say well done they are not always well done and sometimes the boneless wings have more breading then chicken. The cheese fries and voodoo fries are great and their ranch dressing is amazing. read more

Clean restaurant, great wing quality. Wishing mango habanero was much hotter but the Louisiana dry rub flavor is superb. Love the app.
