Went inside a few minutes before noon on a Saturday. A few people were in front of me in line. No complaints about the speed it took to place my order. Within 5 minutes. I ordered a whopper Jr. meal with cheese, fries and a coke, plus a side of the 4 piece Jalapeno bites. I was given a cup to fill at the fountain station. I chose a coke. No issues. I probably waited 5 minutes to get my food . I kept hearing drop more fries. Drop more fries... My name was called and I approached the counter to receive my bag. I accepted it and started walking for the door only to hear my name called from the person who gave me the bag. I turned around and was told they may have given me chicken fries instead of the jalapeno poppers. It's an honest mistake. I came back to the counter and gave her the bag. She reached in and removed the chicken fries, then placed the poppers inside. EVERY OTHER PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO DOESN'T TAKE FOOD BACK ONCE IT HAS BEEN GIVEN TO YOU, EVEN IF IT IS WRONG. THAT IS DISGUSTING AND A HEALTH ISSUE. I appreciate getting what I order but I feel bad for whoever they served the chicken fries to. As for my Whopper Jr.? They couldn't even make that like they would want to eat it. The patty was sticking out the side with half the sandwhich being a bun. Pathetic. The fries were hot. No complaints about those. I've tried for 2 months to get a frozen cherry coke. Every time it's in the "defrost" mode Update: their sign says "under new management" - so after the last bad experience I thought I would give it a try. Got my order wrong, made me wait for way too long, onion rings and sandwich like warm at best and they didn't whether or not I could get a senior drink ( I was offered one by the last management team)....the future if this burger place is probably going to be a dismal failure again with the same ole same ole mentality from the old management. On a positive note the personnel were decent and were friendly. I really don't know how this place makes it because it was once decent many many years ago. A remodeling of the restaurant inside made it enjoyable to visit. Cold food ain't going to help the new management. read more

They are open till 12am and I ordered my food at 10:30 on DoorDash in which by the time he got there it was 11:40 and they had closed up knowing they have an order! I called and they said we are closed at 12 and it was only 11:50! then she proceeded to hang up! read more

Worst BURGER KING ever!! The managers are extremely rude, EVERY time! I go there for doordashing and personal orders. I always end up with the old food that's not edible. Today i was told to take my stuff and leave. Didn't even say hello, nothing. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. This saddens me because BURGER King was a favorite growing up. read more

30-40 min drive thru line. A pretty unreal experience! Absolutely understand covid has thrown the world for a loop but these waits while inconsistently allowing people inside and then locking the door only adds to the frustration. Hope they resolve whatever issues are causing inexcusable waits. read more

I guess Angola isn't that big of a fan of Burger King but the three times I have been through the drive thru I didn't have a long wait when compared to the McDonalds, Arby's, and Taco Bell in their area. As stated I have never went inside but their parking lot was clean and well lit. With all of my experience here being from the comfortable seat of my car, I can say I was greeted instantly each time when pulling up to the drive thru speaker. I don't always fit in at the fast food chains because I do a lot of special orders but all three times my food was made correctly the first time and that means something to me. I honestly don't understand how hard it is to read the screen inside and wonder how people constantly mess things up. Each time I came through, my fries and onion rings have been fairly fresh and eaten without a thought of complaint. My only critical issue with the food, you come here for fast food not five star dining, is that I will swear two out of three times my burgers went in the microwave. As someone who eats out 80% of the time and has eaten at 25-30 Burger Kings you can tell the difference between a juicy flame broiled burger on a toasted bun and a chewy, warm bun with a topping of grease from a dried out, microwaved burger. I will say that I came in at off times so maybe they weren't the made to order you get there during lunch or dinner rush. I can't speak for their dine in experience but will recommend their drive thru service as they will get you through quickly, make your order right, and give you food that is edible. read more

My family stopped by Burger King today. not impressed at all! when the lady was handing us our bags, she told us to check and make sure everything was in there. As my husband was checking the first bag, the manager pushed his way to the window and said it was all there. Taking his word for it, we left. Over halfway home we open up the bags. Our French fries were not in the bags. (all 3 missing) 3/3 sandwiches were wrong. 1 was not even the correct sandwich. We didn't get any sauce for the 4 chicken nugget meals we got, our pops were HALF FULL AND FLAT. Never going back again. read more

Laurie the cashier was very rude. We were there for breakfast. The tater tots were very hot! The croissant sandwiches were cold and missing cheese. The tables and floor were dirty. When we asked for sugar for coffee, Laurie was very disgruntled to have to help. The sandwiches looked as if they were just thrown together and they were extremely sloppy. We overheard Laurie to another customer that they were very busy and unable to accommodate a simple request for ice. There were only 2 customers inside. That is including my family. Also only 2 cars in the drive thru. We were very disappointed by the whole experience. I expect better! read more

This place is disgusting, trash in the dinning room overflowing onto the floor. Two tables were being used but we could still only find one clean table. No paper towels in the bathroom to dry my hands. Are the employees washing their hands? My wife heard the cooks say that they didn't have cheese for her chicken sandwich.
