I've lived in over 20 states, and have never had the phone child who answers blow off customers on hold for over 45 minutes. Then when I say no I wont hold any longer, he hangs up on me. It took twenty minutes from sitting down to receiving our drinks and another fourty minutes until we recieved our food. Our pizza was incorrect, we ordered stuffed crust and got bacon stuffed crust and ultimately paid $50 for horrible service and horrible food. Pizza was honestly no better than a nice frozen pizza from the grocery store. I got stuck eating here because it is honestly one of only about three places open in Artesia on a Sunday night (La Fonda and the Chinese place). I could barely hear our waitress, and I am not convinced she wasn't high. Pizza came out in a reasonable amount of time, but I can not get over the poor quality. They had a deal going for an 8 dollar large pizza, I went to pick it up, the worst service I've had anywhere in awhile, took forever for the cashier to even acknowledge me standing right him front of him, after I got my pizza I looked at it and it was missing the bread flavoring and the sauce I had asked for on top, but I didn't want to wait longer and they already had my money, after I get home and get a slice out, it was the most bland pizza I have ever eaten, the crust had no flavor just kinda hard bread, no sauce and atleast half a bag of cheese with maybe 1 to 2 pepperonies on each slice. This place has the worst sevice. They don't understand what very little sauce and extra cheese means. Its not rocket science. Staff is very slow and unprofessional. They walk back and forth for no reason and sing very loudly throughout the restaurant which is very annoying when you're trying to eat. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolutely the worst service ever. I actually placed a smartphone order to go while waiting in the restaurant and it was ready 42 minutes before my food was served. Took over an hour and a half to be served as fine in and then the pasta was burned and pizza under cooked. When checking out we asked if they were understaffed or had problems and was told "no....this is a normal night". So sad. read more

While we were waiting, one group left w/o theirs because they were tired of waiting; another individual got her pizza free because they had not even started baking it and had been waiting for 45min. read more

Called in a carryout order and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up at the drive thru in 15 minutes and there were 3 cars in front of me. After waiting for 10 minutes and the drive thru line not moving, I went inside to get the order. Got the order home, opened the box and the breadsticks and pizza crust were dark brown and hard. Took it back and they said they would have a new one ready in 15 minutes with a free order of cinnamon sticks. Returned in 15 minutes and the pizza was almost done and had to wait another 10 minutes on the cinnamon sticks. Got home and the breadsticks were overcooked and the cinnamon sticks were not made right. The cinnamon fell off of the breadsticks in big chunks.Will not return to this place. read more
