I know thin pizza wouldn't exactly be as crispy as I wanted so I can't complain too much, but it was kind of falling apart when I was eating it. It was also dripping in oil. I only had two slices and I was already full. One thing I would caution staff is if someone asks for a "vegetarian pizza" that there shouldn't be any meat on there. If you look at the margherita slice, there's a piece of chicken on it. Even though, my experience here was decent, I'll probably still give it another try at a different location since I enjoy thin crust pizza.

Instead of professionally addressing the concern, the manager later chose to publicly argue with customers on Facebook, making dismissive comments such as "go off boo," saying the store was "doing just fine," and telling people they were "getting their panties in a bunch over any little thing." That behavior was far more concerning than the original mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, but professionalism and customer service matter. I hope the owner addresses how customer complaints are handled in the future.
