After noticing that two customers had placed their order and left with them while I was still waiting, I went up to the counter and checked on my order. His reply was "what pizza? I have a lot of pizzas here!" To wait 38 minutes for subpar pizza and crappy service is unacceptable! Beware!

We waited 20 minutes for iced tea which was delivered without a word and placed heavily on the table (perhaps it was my fault because 2 minutes before that I commented that our waitress must have gone home). 40 minutes later our burgers and fries were delivered. Burgers were perfect - fries were cold. Only then did the waitress say that the delay was due to a party of 14 seated right before us. Not once did the waitress stop to ask if we needed our drinks refilled or explain why our food was delayed until she actually brought the food. She did ask if we wanted to speak to a manager. Cam came over and spoke with us for several minutes. He worked hard to make it right. He is a respectful young man who saw things from both sides. It will be a while before we go back. We want to give them a chance to get their staffing needs filled.
