Worst Pizza ordering experience ever! What the hell has happened to Pizza Hut? The female taking the phone in order had the personality and customer service of an empty box! Not only did she not collect payment during the call, she was unable to correct the mistake with grace. I ordered on line but the order didn't show 1 of my items , so I called the store and spoke to ( a guy who said he was the manager). When I called I was with 3 other people as I explained to the manager what happened, he then hung up on me. Wow wow wow!!! This is the worst pizza hut experience ever!!! I ordered pizza for the kids who are really picky eaters so I placed an order for Two cheese pizzas and a large meat lovers pizza. Got there and they didn't even put the meat lovers pizza in. Dude gave me two pizzas claiming it was the cheese pizzas and when we got home it was two different pizzas. I wasn't gonna drive back to Battleground from Portland to return these pizzas so I had to pick random toppings from the pizzas to give to the kids. I picked up two combination pan pizzas from here yesterday. I was very disappointed on the crust not being done and the lack of toppings on it. I had the same pizza in Ponderay Idaho on a business trip the day before and it was loaded with fresh toppings. I decided to try our local one out, when I got back and take it home to my wife. Note: My Yelp map shows correct address but wrong location. It's located approx 1 mile to the west in the Albertsons shopping center. Ordered a large 2 item last night and thought their product and service were excellent. Same quality of pizza that I recall from the past. I ordered online and requested it be cooked "well done" which was cooked to my liking. Pizza was ready just as I walked into the door to pick it up. Was treated very kindly by their staff as I entered the establishment. Only negatives I can speak of is their sausage now looks somewhat industrial. It has a consistent roundness to it that I first thought was whole Pecans. Flavor was good though. The business is very basic, I was hoping to purchase a salad but they do not sell them. I was very disappointed in my recent experience at this location. I decided to try the new (they always have something) Garlic knots pizza! Let me first say" whatever dough their using is horrible if not executed correctly you have a very bad product ". My toppings were old and dried out. It also was over cooked so that just made everything worse. I have always been a fan of the panned crust and it was very special to me. But I have noticed in the last maybe 4 to 5 years something has changed drastically and I don't like it. I like the old butter, crunchy and amazing dough I grew up with. well where do i start the first time i placed a order online for delivery after about an hour and a half still no pizza called them and they had never even filled my order and it took another 25 min to get it delivered mind u i live maybe 1 mile down the road in old town battle ground. Then just on 8-3-13 i called and the phone rang like 10 times then it sent me to a call center then someone finally picked up the phone i gave the lady my phone number and she acted like i never ordered a pizza before i thought this was a little strange but placed my order at 6:00 she told me someone would call to verify my address they told me 30-45 min finally i got a call at 7:00 it was the driver looking for my house u would not guess where he was calling from it was colorado the call center had sent me to a store down there how retarded the customer service was absoluty horrible i dont recommend this location to anybody u would be better off going to papa murphys picking it up and cook it and be done eating in less time than ordering from pizza hut you will notice i gave them one star and they dont even deserve that read more
