Close to $15 for a medium very thin crust pizza with skimpy toppings. I ordered the one that you can put as many topping as you like. There were 2 employees topping the pizzas. The employee that prepared my friend's pizza was fairly generous. The employee that prepared mine was really tight on toppings. When I asked if he could add a bit more cheese he added about a quarter size pinch. I even mentioned how full my friend's pizza was compared to the one he was preparing for me. He ignored my comment, lol. Both young employees were very nice but one was much more intimidated by his training I think. I personally will not be back BUT for someone on their lunch break that doesn't mind very thin crust with sparse toppings it would be an ok place to go. read more

My first time at Mod Pizza (closest location to us at home is a few states away), and I wish we had one in our neighborhood. I liked that they had a lot of pizza options and that the pizzas and salads came in different sizes, so you could get exactly what you want. We split the Mod size of the Mad Dog (mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, and red sauce), and also the Mod size of the Greek salad, which balanced out the pizza nicely. I appreciated that they had detailed allergen and ingredient info on their website, and that they had no issues with our request for a clean pizza cutter for allergy reasons. Who forgets the cheese on a *cheese* pizza? I had more to write about this encounter, as I have ordered from this specific location twice for pick-up, and neither went as ordered. However, the second time was worse. This is a uniquely dumb error. They provided a refund (to their credit) for their toasted tomato sauce bread. They tried to defend themselves somehow (not sure how successful one can be doing that here), although their customer service skills were quite lacking in the process. It's not as if we had many toppings and they missed one out of many. Needless to say, won't be a return customer, and neither should you. read more

MOD Pizza falls into that category of restaurant where if you don't like what you get, it's probably your fault. Unless the ingredients are not fresh (they are), or your pizza is burnt (it wasn't), there's not much to complain about. I love being able to build my own pizza and have it come hot and fresh out of the oven in less than 5 minutes. HIT OR MISS! FOOD POISONING! I've visited this MOD Pizza location at least 3 times. It's always been alright, until today. Firstly, I waited at least 20 or 30 minutes extra time than the time they told me it would be ready. Then I parked at curb side pick up and called them many times to check in on my order. Each time they told me it wasn't ready yet and that when it was, it would be brought out to me. A long time went by and many cars came, collected their pizza, and left. I was still waiting. I called them again and they said my pizza was being remade. They must've mixed up the orders and one of the people who came by must've picked up my pizza. That or they burned it or something. Why would they need to remake it? They gave me a free lemonade to make up for my extra time. Pizza looked good when I opened it. Tasted good. Ate it with my husband. Not even half an hour after eating it, our stomachs were in terrible pain and we could not stop using the rest room. Good thing we have two of them. We were severely food poisoned. I have no idea what they put in our pizza. Or if they washed their hands. I think by the way we reacted to it, the staff weren't following basic hygiene and food safety practices. This is really, really bad. The staff were all young kids and lacked basic manners and communication. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza that said it would be ready in 15 minutes. After 1 hour it was not ready and the staff refused to check to see if it had even been started. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager was busy. I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait and was told they "didn't have time to do that". Later I called and asked for the manager and was told they "weren't there". Obviously that's not true so then I was told that store doesn't have a manager. Avoid this place unless you want the worst customer service experience ever from employees that lie and a store that can't ever have pizzas ready when promised. Oh and you'll need to waste time disputing the credit card charge later to get your refund since the employees can't be bothered to do that when they screw up. read more

Reasonable pizza and salad. Perhaps a touch spendy. I had the #7 which was a basic margarita pizza, mini size, 4 slices. I ordered it as per the menu with no modifications so that I could make a comparison to other of the same style. I also had the mini Caesar salad. The pizza was good, not fantastic, thin crust, and flavorful. The red sauce was a touch on the salty side for my tastes, and I do like my sodium. The Caesar salad was also ordered as on the menu with no modifications for the same reasoning, to compared to other Caesars. It was fresh, except for one small piece of greens that was browned. I enjoyed the salad, but tasted no garlic. If ordered again, I'd mod with garlic. The pizza was cooked very quickly and we waited only a few minutes. We also had a pitcher of Inversion IPA. Placed an order online giving them 45 minutes notice, arrived and waited and waited and still sitting here 35 minutes after It should've been ready. Haven't been able to get anybody's attention to even ask if mine is coming and have observed a steady stream of people bringing pizzas back because I got the wrong one it was made incorrect. Overwhelmed and chaotic is not a good look and makes social distancing during a time of Covid impossible.
