Went in for the extravaganza pizza and the chicken fettuccine. I only went because I had complained about my previous pizza and Dominoes sent me a coupon for a free large pizza and up to an $11.99 side. So the food was nice and hot. I was surprised that the pizza was a little more greasier than normal. I ate a pieces of pizza and thought it was ok. I was curious about the chicken fettuccine and I was surprised that it was actually pretty decent too. Overall is was not a bad experience for me. They do a good job there and they always have a help wanted sign there so I can imagine good workers are hard to come by these days. Food is so-so. Never really been a fan of Domino's. I wish I could say their pizzas were better. Their stuffed crust was kind of weird and has something like parmesan on it which is super messy. It doesn't seem to contribute to the food. My friends had ordered for us and got some garlic bread bites, which I disliked (as a garlic bread lover). The box they were served in says "Please tip your driver. Any delivery charge is not a tip paid to your driver. Drivers carry less than $20." It sucks to hear, because that means they do not pay their workers a living wage and must rely on tips. Shame on Domino's. At least their basic cheese pizza is satisfying enough. read more

This is the worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life! It's just awful and either they have hired totally incompetent people that are working the back and have no idea what they're doing or the owner has trained these workers to give you 1/4 cup of cheese for your entire pizza. It happens every time I go!!! not enough cheese! even if you order double cheese, you will not get enough cheese even if you order triple cheese, you will not get enough cheese even if you order 10 times the amount of cheese you will not get enough cheese. Once we ordered a sausage pizza and we got six crumbles of sausage on the entire pizza. I am not kidding. This is the worst Domino's Pizza I've ever been too!!! awful. So I ordered two types of tots. They were a half an hour late and when I called, they said they only had one driver and that the tots were fine as they were underneath a heat lamp. They were fantastic even though it was super busy. The girl at the counter was way past her shift and dealing with a lot of rude people. I wish I had gotten her name she was so sweet and I hope she sees this. People need to understand that food businesses are extremely busy! There were a few people standing complaining about it taking so long when they had been standing there for 5-10 minutes. "Well the screen says it's ready. Maybe they should pay for our delivery." No. A computer can't always be right, when you start having dependency on a computer there is a problem. I'd been standing there for a total of about 45+ minutes. Guess what I didn't care I understand that it takes time to make food and sometimes you get behind. Point is next time you are angry at a customer service person you should think about it. Did they personally harm me? Will I be upset about this tomorrow? Is this worth being angry over? Are they personally making my pizza 10 minutes late? No probably not. So stick another good vibe in that karma bank and get over it and be nice to the poor girl/boy behind the counter and give them a smile instead. I told him I paid with PayPal and he said oh, then I have no idea how to do that.. but that one pizza is only like $6.49 sooo... as though that matters. My wife placed an order online for pickup but meant to make it delivery. She had to call the store to make the correction. The employee on the phone said, "ok, I fixed it". I looked at my bank account to find out that they had charged me twice totaling about $100. I went in to the store to bring it to their attention. The two employees I spoke to were very nice, but said I would need to speak to their manager, who was on break, so I left a copy of my bank statement and my receipt. I received a couple of phone calls from different managers. They said that the refund would be in my account within 3 business days. About an hour later, the employee that originally made the correction on the order called, and said that I wasn't charged twice, and that the two charges combined were the price of the pizza. We place this same order often, and it is NEVER $100! After speaking with my wife, I am returning to the store today. I feel as though the employee who took the order knew he made a mistake, was told by his manager that it would come out of his check, so he called and lied to me. We ordered two medium pizzas, one hand-tossed and one thin-crust, and chicken wings. When our order was delivered, both pizzas were thin-crust and we discovered the chicken wings were raw after we started eating them. When we called to complain, the employee did not seem to care and refused to refund our money, instead offering a coupon. Food wise, it's decent. Cheap pizza but does exactly what it needs to. My issue was the service. I went to pick up an order at 5:15pm. When I get there, there's a ton of people waiting for their order. The lady at the counter tells me "it'll just be 5 minutes!" Well uh, no. I didn't get most of my order until a good 30 minutes later. And they missed part of it. I was impatient at that point and told them to just give me what they had and give me a refund for the missing part but they refused. What was worse, there was another customer ahead of me who just ordered cinnamon sticks. That's it. And it took her 30 minutes to get her order. She went to the front and wanted her order to be cancelled and to get a refund but the Dominos employee decided to check for her order again and it magically was there! Who knows how long it had been sitting there. The entire thing was a disorganized mess. Orders were piling up but the staff were not reliably calling out the names of the ones that were ready, only as an aside. Very disappointed. I highly recommend avoiding this Dominos unless you're okay with waiting an extra 30 minutes (or more) for your food. read more

We all love so many of their pizzas and Dominos in Battle Ground is quick, clean, and offten has discounts for what you order. I offten hear "We can get you a better deal then online." Ordered 2 pizzas via internet. After long wait, checked 'pizza tracker' which said was cooked and out for delivery. More wait, pizza tracker said pizza was delivered and 'hope you are enjoying your pizza', but no pizza arrived. Called dominos they said delivery person just leaving. Asked why pizza tracker said already delivered some time ago, but no good explanation. They said pizza would still be hot. Eventually pizza delivered, delivery person said no worries, pizzas are kept hot. Finally ate pizza, barely warm. This dominos is not being honest, and probably is fudging their delivery time stats by saying pizzas are already delivered when they haven't even left the store. The good thing about my order taking 50 minutes to deliver is the wings were cool enough to truly enjoy. The bad thing was, those warming pouches are good but not miraculous. The pizza was still warm but it did not have that great little crunch when it's fresh. The test of a good pizza is that it's good when it's cold. It was good...just next time I'd rather be told you got slammed and it would take an hour to make not that it would be made quickly and sit in the warming pouch for an hour. so my sister was in town and we order cheese bread, gluten free Hawaiian, and meat lover so the next day after we order it as everyone would they have left over pizza for lunch well my 4year old daughter has a slice of the Hawaiian and everything is all good and keep in mind i most deff make sure to not heat the whole pizza i only heat the one slice you eat and so for dinner see really wanted pizza again so she has the meat loves and she take the sausage off and then she has her bath and she said was wasn't feeling good so she gets out and not even with in 10mins she runs to me and said to me mommy i need to trow up so now here we are she has been trowing up all night so i know nothing else made her sick she only had water with dinner and all she had was the pizza from earlier and she was find so i call Dominos and i said your pizza got my kid sick and i know for a fact it was from that so they said OK let me get my boss on the phone i sit on hold for 6mins and i tell him what happen and let him know i made sure the pizza was put away and what not so it must be the way they store the meat of veggies and he had the nerve to say um this just seams very random and i do checks like every two day to make sure the tempers are right so with that i feel that there was any basic compassion and customer service so i made sure to let him know that um no don't even oh almost forget when he first came on the phone he made sure to say very clearly to say so you got sick from some pizza YOU HAD JUST HANGING AROUND YOUR HOUSE so to say the least I'm not happy very upset my little girl is every 20mins dry heaving it makes me sick that he was almost about to blame me and try telling me he checks the temps but i know it is almost a fact and if you have work in any food that allot of employee's at one point in time really didn't log the temps they put the ones from the other day and also you DOMINOS SHOULD BE CHECKING MORE THEN EVERY OTHER DAY YOU SHOULD CHECK At least 3 TIMES A DAY so to end this i hope people read this as well as the other review there is a because there is very much so a f-cking problem so please now i have to run my kid is trowing up and i don't want her to wake up her little brother cause two kids up this late and ones of them is sick it is not the best thing again i wouldn't be to upset but the fact that he wanted to almost from the start tried to blame it on me when he should have tried his best to let me know they will do there best to fix it and its like really you most likely got a 4 year sick please be a little more caring read more
