3/1/24 Ordered a 14" Meat Lovers pizza, a dessert & a soda via DoorDash and charged $57.30 . Received a Supreme instead. Called Pizza Hut, was kept on hold for 14 min before giving up and calling again. I was hung up on, twice, then the 4th call I spoke to maybe a manager who apologized and promised to have the correct pizza re-delivered. As of this review, it's been 1 hour and 40 minutes and still no pizza. They are approximately 1 1/2 miles away. read more

This store didn't even earn the one star! The manager messed up our order. When called to correct argued with me how he didn't make a mistake but would remake missing food as well as wrong order. But refused to deliver it. When asked what I would get for my expensive gas to drive to store a second time offered some free condiments. When I said I would just take my $ back and shop elsewhere, he asked I bring the food back. When I arrived back at the store continued to argue about my order not refunding what was not received and telling me to take the wrong item and go. To dispute charge with my bank. I've never had a problem with this location. Friendly employees, great pizza...it's my go to restaurant.

The food is super good, the service is phenomenal, they are nice. The ambiance is great too.

I love Pizza Hut. I visit for the atmosphere. The people are as greasy as the cheese. No matter, the environment adds to the taste. I often enjoy a large pepperoni with stuffed crust. It makes me think of Despicable Me, when the minions say "OOOOO, stuffed crust". I love that movie. The Pizza Hut at home is adjacent to an alcohol store. I remember when I was in elementary school I saw a guy drive away from the store in a drunken fit. I think he only had to go down the street to his trailer in the park. That was a surprisingly good memory for me. It's funny how we remember events based on our perception of the world at the time of the event. Pizza Hut is always a good memory for me because it reminds me of my eighth grade swimming meets. Those were probably some of the most enjoyable events I've had. read more

EXCELLENT customer service, both the lady and young man who helped me at the counter were super polite and genuinely nice. The restaurant is clean & my order was ready pretty fast (I called ahead & ordered carry-out). All of the food was awesome - I prefer this location over Warrenton or Culpeper hands down! read more

One star is one star too many. Every time I order a pan pizza the crust is FLAT. That is because the dough is stale when they make the pizza. You call to complain, they say they will credit your account. Next time you call to use your credit, there is no record of any such credit. I will never return to this store again. Pizza Hut franchise should shut this dump down. It is hurting the Pizza Hut reputation. read more

Simply disappointed. I've had two unpleasant situations with this location. I should have thrown in the towel on the first round when my order simply never came. After a few calls to the store I was told a driver quit during his shift and that my Order could not be sent. I was told this more than a hour after placing the order. Fast forward several months to the now and I have a whole new disappointing experience that was just as bad as the first. I've spoken with neighborhoods that tell me they quit ordering from this location because their order never showed up with no call saying the order wasn't coming. Think about that. My order is always wrong!! So when I actually called them to fix it for a change I was met with nothing but a rude attitude and they wanted me to wait two hours to correct it! Now I never call and complain but this evening I'd had enough. Which I should havekknown better cause the management told me they would in no way give me my money back even though I didn't touch the pizza!!! I felt almost robbed by someone. After I spoke to the manager the next day who apparently could give me my money back after returning the pizza she continues to yell and scream about it!! Wow! ! Her name was Amanda and she clearly had no business being a manager or dealing in customer service! !
