The Manager & Customer Service was amazing! They were very fast in delivery, they gave me a discount & coupons to help aid with the cost. They made me feel like a VIP Member to their restaurant, they treated me with absolute utmost respect & so much favor welcoming attitude! The foods great (the one in haymarket has the pretzel crust ) ... unfortunately, that's the ONLY thing nice I can say. I don't normally get Little Caesar's as I find the pizza to be too greasy, but when I saw the Calzone Pizza, had to try it! It was delicious! Lots of flavor and cheesiness. Quite a bit of dough, but I don't mind that, although others might. It was still definitely greasy but worth it. read more

It's located in the Haymarket Village Center retail complex (a new retail center in Prince William County just off of Route 55, west of the Town of Haymarket). I've never had a Little Caesars Pizza before - and I was craving pizza for dinner. So I thought I'd try it out. I called in my order for pick up - an Ultimate Supreme Pizza - comes with pepperoni, Italian sausage, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions. I had them add banana peppers, black olives, and bacon. I picked up the order about 15 minutes after ordering. There is no eat-in area, so everything is pick up - I'm assuming they deliver... The pizza was $11.99 - it was an average pizza - nothing that made me say "Wow." It was filling and it was not bad. The staff working the store was very nice. read more

Back in the day I was a huge fan of Little Caesars Pizza, but for a long time they just disappeared. So when I saw they had opened one in Haymarket, I was thrilled! The best part is that it is what I remembered and even more. Quick, simple, cheap and tasty pizza! No, it's not some uber awesome, knock your socks off pizza, but it can get the job done in a pinch, which is what I need from time to time. This location has done a great job of representing the brand. I never have a problem with my orders and it always tastes right. I like to call ahead, but it is not absolutely necessary unless it's a Friday or Saturday night. Otherwise, you can walk right in and get a Hot N Ready pizza in a flash. The joint is always clean, probably because it's new, but it's not much to speak of so..... The staff is pleasant and I've always had positive encounters with them. Twenty years ago I got my first job at the Little Ceasars Pizza on Pickett Road in Fairfax, across from my high school. When my wife and I walked into this Little Caesars last night at 9, for a late dinner, the smells as we walked brought back a ton of memories. Who would have thought that after disappearing from the local market 15+ years ago and suddenly returning with a new marketing campaign of "hot n ready" that the same smells would permeate the restaurant from my youth. The layout was similar to my restaurant of old, just a take-out counter. No frills, just in and out. We went to specifically pick up one of the new deep dish pizzas. We found a super friendly and courteous staff who promptly took our order, of a deepdish cheese pizza and an order of crazy bread. The guy behind the counter told us it would be about 10 minutes, which was perfect because I also wanted to try the sandwich shop a few doors down. When we came back to pick up the order it was just out of the oven and ready to go. The crazy bread could probably have been done a little more but they were fresh and good. Also, it would be nice if the cups of sauce were larger. The pizza itself was good. In fact, it was really good for a take-out pizza joint. I have a feeling we'll be coming here more often. read more

The guy in the front who takes the order not only took order, but makes the pizza without washing his hands. After taking my order, he went to the back, took off the pepperoni with his fingers and threw them back in the pile. Put my pizza on the conveyor oven. I was disgusted, got my money back. He took other orders while I waited, saw him fumbling around with his face, his hair, assembled pizza box, put the pizza in the box, all that not once did I saw him washing his hands. Decent pizza fast. There's nothing that stands out about Little Caesars. We got two larges over the weekend, a mushroom & sausage and a supreme. They looked fine, the supreme was missing black olives, no biggie. Toppings, cheese, and sauce were all fine, but I found the crust to be extremely plain/bland. Will be returning when I need to feed a lot of people, but for pizza night I'll stick to my old reliable(s). read more

Far as Little Caesars go this is one of the best around. I have always like Little Caesars but the attention to detail in some locations is bad. That is not the case here, the pizza and breadsticks are always fresh the the staff is friendly. If you like Little Caesars this is the one to visit. read more

Been here a few times and not impressed. I've never walked in and been able to grab a 'hot and ready' pizza. I'm not sure if was the time of day or what, but you'd think that after a few years in business they would know what times are busy and be prepared with a few extra pizzas. The price is good and the pizza tastes okay, but if I need to wait 20 min with several other customers, I would be better off spending a little extra on a better pizza elsewhere. read more

You can't beat "Hot n Ready". Except when you go and it isn't Hot n Ready. Even so, we got the deep dish for $8 and a cheese for the usual $5. The deep dish was really good. I called in an order to the store (6428 Trading Square Lane) at 7:08  P.M. I placed the order for one three meat treat pizza. After arriving at my store in Woodbridge, I noticed that I had ordered the pizza at the wrong store. I called the store in  Haymarket back to inform them of my mistake. The rep who answered the phone was very polite and understanding, but when she repeated that I was canceling the order another girl in the back screamed "are you f***ing kidding me." I was driving with my kids in the car when this unwarranted outburst occurred coming from my blue tooth speakers. I immediately asked the phone rep who said that and she said it was my co-worker. I asked what her co-workers name was and the phone representative said "I don't know her like that". I then asked if I could speak to their shift-leader, and she said "we don't have one here right now".  I was then put on a brief hold while the phone rep shuffled with paper and mumbled to the girl who cursed. She then came back to phone and said the girl's name who said that was Jackie then I heard laughing in the background. I asked to talk to a Manager then she said there was not one that worked there but she could give me a number to one. I was a Manager of a Little Caesars in Benton, Ar., and I would have been very disappointed in my employees if I found out they acted this was to customers. I highly disappointed in the way these girls behaved. The fact that they were willing to lie on another employee or lie to a customer is a horrible reflection of their character. read more

Little Caesars has pretty good pizza, not great wings, but totally delicious breadsticks! Sadly, this location in Haymarket has some really rude kids staffing the front counter. The poor guy in front of me was treated like he was an irritation instead of a customer and the girl acted like handing me the ONE hot 'n ready pizza out of the hotbox was going to kill her, lol! Yikes. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Decided to try their "hot & ready" pizza the other night. Ordered 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni, and was asked if I wanted the $5 pepperoni or the $6 pepperoni pizza. When I asked what the difference was, I was told one cost $5 and the other cost $6... Seriously...? After an uncomfortable silence of me staring at the person taking my order in disbelief of the response... I was then told the $6 version had more cheese and pepperoni - fine, I ordered that. After taking my money, I was told that "hot & ready" at this time (about 8 PM) would take 6 minutes (actual = 13 min). Got it home, and all I can ask is "what happened to Little Caesars pizza?" The dough was pale and limp, and tasted of unseasoned cardboard. The sauce tasted only of oregano and pepper, with no semblance of any tomato that might've gone into it. The cheese, while covering, was rubbery, was itself flavorless, and only served to mute any other taste that might be hanging on for dear life. We stopped here on the way home to grab some quick pizzas. I have eaten at the Manassas location on several occasions and have been satisfied so figured this would be the same. WRONG! My first impression was the male at the register taking a phone call. He took the order from the person on the phone and two or three times asked "ok is that all?" in a tone that translated to say "can I hang up now'? Once finished with the call he quickly stated he would be with me in a minute and then disappeared into the back for 5 minutes. While waiting I noticed the three large screen TVs hanging on the wall, that I assume were intended to be the menu boards, but were not on, so the only thing I could see that they had were the specials posted on the counter. The male returned from the back and his enthusiasm and attitude expressed that he would rather be anywhere but at this place. I was told my order would take about 10 minutes to be ready (so much for "hot and ready"). While waiting I observed a second male in the back taking the pizzas out of the oven, cutting and boxing them. As he was getting the pizza out of the pan it appeared they were sticking to the pan and had to be scrapped out. When my order was ready I took the pizzas home to serve to my family. Upon opening my order at home I first discovered that instead of getting one cheese and one pepperoni pizza as ordered, I received two pepperoni; much to the dissapointment of my younger children who prefer cheese only. Secondly I discovered my pizzas' were the ones that he was scraping out of the pan and many of the slices were ripped, making it impossible to hold and eat them. Upon eating, my wife and I both agreed that the taste was also lack luster. When we do understand this is fast food pizza, the taste of the pizza at the other location was much better.
