Simple but good. A thin crust Italian sausage pizza and a cold beer always hits the spot for me. No other pizza chain restaurant can duplicate the taste and the dining experience of the classic Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, no cold beer here. The pizza and service were great though. This Pizza Hut advertises an all you can eat buffet Monday through Friday. The interior seems to be decorated and laid out just like they were 40 years ago. A lot of beer, a lot of pizza, and a lot of great memories from Pizza Hut! I'm glad to see Pizza Hut bringing the buffet back. Very friendly staff here. read more

When you think back to your childhood, the pizza you think of is the old sit down Pizza Huts with the buffet and salad bar. If you still want that nostalgia, there are a few left. This one in Bixby, Oklahoma is just minutes from my house (though we are moving away soon). I wish I'd stopped in sooner. While the building has had some updates (no more of those hanging red lampshade lights and no red cups) it is still the thing you might remember. As I'm typing this, Hungry Eyes by Eric Carmen is blasting over the speakers. The checkerboard tables are still here. And don't forget the taste! The pizza is great and the salad bar items are fresh! I wish I'd come in before now. My friends with the 80's and 90's nostalgia will be jealous. read more

This place is horrible and I will never eat here. Hostess acted bizarre and asking me if I wanted to pay before I sat down for a buffet. Asked me if wanted to take my food to go. At a buffet? She then proceeded to tell other patrons who were already sitting "I never know how to ask these things." The owner manager "Mo" said it's ok to pay after you eat. As I I'm making a salad she says "you still need to pay after you eat". She never asked any of the other patrons. I hate to make a charge of discrimination but it's obvious. I told the manager I was leaving and felt uncomfortable and told him why. He apologized and I left. I will never eat here and I discourage all black and brown folks to do the same. This is twice this establishment has treated me differently and for rinky dink buffet pizza? Keep it. read more

This evening a pizza was ordered through the app and was received incorrect due to no fault of the store. The store had the correct pizza delivered promptly. The customer service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, positive, and quick to ensure a customer was happy. I would highly recommend this location based on that alone. Thank you!!! read more

Seems like every time I order food the order is wrong. When you call to make them aware of the situation they act like you don't know what you ordered. The food they do manage to bring is subpar for the price but that's what we expect from this franchise. The only reason I'm even leaving a 1 star instead of none is the delivery guys do seem to bring it rather quickly and are vey nice. Do not recommend. After several times of being burned still hoping someday pizza hut may pull itself together in officially throwing in the towel. 0/10 read more

Gave my entire family chemical food poisoning. Wife spent the night in the hospital. Pizza was unbelievably greasy. The grease was soaking through the box and dripping out the bottom. Turns out there was also some kind of degreaser or detergent contaminating in the pizza, which we then ate. Should've known something was fishy. read more

My wife and I stopped in for a quick bite on their buffet. Great friendly staff and good food But what amazed me was how they handled their buffet. When they brought out fresh food the took the old food off the bar! It didn't matter if the pasta was half full. The replaced instead of dumping the old on top. Same with cinnamon rolls. Even the pizza. The didn't leave the old pizza sitting. It was all fresh. We will be back for sure! read more

Pizza Hut is without a doubt the superior fast food pizza chain. Most of the time I get delivery and I haven't ever had a late order. The pizza is always hot when it get to my house and they are generous on cheese and pepper packets. The wings here are also amazing my favorite favors are the garlic parmesan and the mild sauce wings. The also have great breadsticks that come with marinara sauce and savory desert breadsticks which are glazed with cinnamon and have a frosting sauce. Last but not least there pastas here are really good. I haven't gone into the buffet in a while but I know it's always been good so try the buffet. All in all this is my personal favorite fast food pizza chain. read more

Today I ordered two pizzas, cinnamon sticks, and a 2 L. The delivery driver calls me about 15 minutes after it supposed to be delivered asking if I live around 81st and Memorial which I answered no I live around 161st and Memorial. He said oh Bixby I said yes ...he said OK I'll be there shortly 30! minutes! later .... no one has come .. so I call Pizza Hut twice. The first time the manager says let me try to get a hold of him and call you back and then the second time I call he says the same thing and I say actually why don't you remake the pizza and I will just drive up and come and get it and he says OK. As I'm pulling out of my driveway the pizza guy is behind me so I can't back out so I go ahead and accept the pizza and it's actually the wrong 2 L. I called again and the lady answers and I explain to her that the man just deliver the pizza but the 2 L is wrong and she says well the new pizzas in the oven if you want it and I say well something needs to happen like a refund or something or I'm never going to order from you guys again and she says that's OK you can just come and get this pizza and your 2 L and I'm like cool so I leave to go get it I get up to the Pizza Hut and they told me that they sent out the guy again to deliver the pizza!!!!! and I'm going you guys just told me both of you the manager & this young lady that I was going to come up and get it. I said there's some sort of communication difficulty here so the guy hands me a free coupon for a specialty pizza and it's expired 12/31/19!!!! I'm literally sitting in my garage it's been two hours since I ordered and I just passed the pizza guy thinking that he delivered the pizza and he actually turned around and just parked behind me again to deliver the extra pizza now let's go in and find out if it's both pizzas and a 2 L or what they've done this time. Great pies, clean dining area, nice peeps. I especially like thin crust jalapeño, mushroom and pepperoni pizza with extra cheese!

We we're in the restaurant for a little over an hour, The buffet wasn't very good. Pizza seemed old and dry. The kitchen seemed extremely unorganized. No more than three choices on the buffet table. The salad bar wasn't fresh at all. And to top it off fly's were everywhere. I give one star. I will not return, and will tell others about this experience. read more

When I called to ask for the pizza, they told me "too bad" and wouldn't bring the pizza I ordered and paid for. Also, gave me attitude. You just lost a regular customer permanently. Ordered delivery of a thick crust cheese pizza. It wasn't cooked. The inside of the crust was wet! The manager said she'd send another one and I asked her to over cook it, if anything. It was worse. Even the delivery guy said it wasn't cooked. I talked to the manager again. Told her I didn't want anything; I just thought she would want to know.
