Patty melt was good; it came with a sauce kinda similar to Big Mac sauce. I didn't care for the Dr Enuf but my husband liked it. It kinda has a vitamin flavor to it? Like flintstone vitamins in liquid form lol. Milkshakes were alright; great value for the amount they give. I needed to be on my way to an appointment and wanted to eat before I left. When I asked for a better option the manager in the white truck, heavy-set dark-haired man, started being extremely rude. It didn't end well, and I have NEVER been back because even after contacting the owners I was not given a resolution. The problem in the Bristol TN/VA area is that these local people who own these chain stores pretty much don't care about the customers OR their employees. This seems to be systemic here.
