Every once in a while, I get a hankering for some old school, Pizza hut pan pizza. This location did not satisfy any craving. Though made fast, customer service was standard. We ordered the Tavern Pizza with pesto drizzle, Pepperoni and bacon. We also ordered a Med Supreme Pan pizza. It was ready on time and it was hot. The Tavern pizza was not sliced as advertised, instead it was cut in really small annoying squares that could easily have been mistaken for a hors d'oeuvres in a 80's movie. The sizes were inconsistent ranging from 1/2 inch to 2 inches in diameter. We loved the pesto drizzle, it gave it a lot of flavor. The crust was nothing special, if anything it tasted like an overcooked thick tortilla. Bacon dry. Pepperoni was decent, but thin. There was a single slice of pepperoni for each slice, with the exception of a couple slices that had two per slice. As for the supreme, the pepperoni and pork was missing which we immediately noticed after we ate our first slice, as it was missing something. The dough was flat. It did have the greasy bottom(that I enjoy), but the outer crust was so flat, at first we thought they got the crust wrong. We spent about $25 for everything with a coupon, would have been more. Last time we ate at this location they got the toppings wrong, I am just done wasting energy on businesses that cannot get it together. The employee were ruin said they did not have multiple ideas then we paid with a $50 and she was not happy about . While we telling then are order we could not hear her bc all the fans they have blowing right over the register and on top that the boy came and sat down and did not start are food . This is our third time ordering from this location, and we have been disappointed each time. While we understand that finding workers right now is hard, it's insane to me that they take orders and cannot get them delivered for 2 hours. Not only did the order take 2 hours, Pizza Hut would not pick up the phone. We called our door dash deliver and she was very nice when explaining that Pizza Hut didn't even have our order right. The pizza was delivered cold and thin and wings had watery sauce. I would not recommend. read more

They recently updated this location and it is much nicer. Wife and I went in to dine in and were happy with the decor and cleanliness (seriously, it's like night and day compared to what it used to be like). They could still use some help, which I'll list: It's hard to tell if it is short order or dine-in. I seems like you're supposed to walk to the counter, but the counter has no menu. That's because it's actually dine-in, but no one seats you, haha. They do not serve beer. What kind of pizza joint doesn't offer beer? Pizza and beer is an american staple! Servers/cashiers (seems like they are the same thing) are nice and helpful, but seem a tad unknowledgeable and maybe a little aloof. If these things were remedied, it'd be a 4 star experience (for a mega pizza chain anyways). It's at least worth trying again if you hadn't been in a while; it's much nicer now. read more

Ate here for lunch after visiting the Longhorn Caverns. We dined in and everything was great. Service was quick and friendly! Food was fresh, hot, and what we expected. Restaurant us very nicely updated, clean and comfortable.. would eat here for lunch many times a week except for one problem.. NO BUFFET ANYMORE! and the only eat in lunch option is a tiny pan pizza, drink and option of a salad... apparently it's not very popular as I've been here twice for it and niether time did the cashier even know how to ring it up. I'd spend 6,8 maybe even $10 on a buffet, salad and drink but it's a real shame such an otherwise inviting lunch location is missing the main ingredient.. a lunch menu or buffet. And yes you can still order a full price pizza , side salad and and eat in but that's just not practical for 1 person and would run the cost of lunch up to about $20 and the wait for the pizza would take most of my lunch break... please bring back the lunch buffet. read more

First off small unappealing buffet table, and dark dining area greet you immediately as you walk in. It felt like eternity waiting to get my pathetic excuse of a pizza. Most if not all of the toppings fell off before making it to my mouth. At one point I had to request service for a refill, while being the only two customers in the restaurant...The waitress never came to our table unless to deliver our first drink and pizza, which at that time I ask for a refill and ranch. Walked into a dark gloomy eating area. The windows looked like they have never been cleaned. We also had a hard time finding a clean booth or table as they were all filthy. The entire floor was was extremely dirty. All the employees were just hanging out in the kitchen area, seems like one of them could be cleaning the place. By the way, me and my wife were the only two people dining in. NEVER AGAIN, we're driving to Marble Falls next time we decide to eat pizza. It will be worth the short trip. read more

I ordered pizza over an hour before I needed it and asked for it at 2:15. Was not ready (go figure). Ladies said they forgot to make the cookie I ordered. I asked if I could write a check she said yes, I wrote the check out and go figure no checks. The lady did not know what garlic dip was. I asked what I needed to do do next time to get my order on time her response" I dont know what to tell you" okay.
