I ordered on the app at this location about 10 to 15 minutes before I arrived. The order was supposed to be ready 20 minutes from when I placed it. When I arrived the representative at the drive-through window said we haven't even started it and I said really... She said Yep. What she went on to tell me was if you order on the app, it makes it look better than it is. Well, that may be, however, where I live when I order on the app I actually get it when I am told it will be ready. I canceled the order and left. read more

This is the worst pizza establishment I have ever eaten at in my entire life. The wait time was incredibly unbearable. The customer service was shit. Especially the man the big one. His appearance lowers the quality of this establishment his dreads look like they haven't been re-twisted in years. Don't get me started on the small ass portion sizes. I will never come back here ever again. The fact that the ranch dressing was warm and $.95 is mind blowing to me do better. read more

I did an online order and picked it up. I showed up at the exact time it was supposed to be ready, and it was. I drove to my home which is just a short distance. Upon opening the box it had a layer of grease over the entire pizza and it was as cold as if it had been made yesterday. The crust was like chewing through rubber. The employee that handed me the pizza was friendly and got it to me pretty fast. But whoever cooked this pizza must have done it two days ago because that's what it tasted like. The prior reviews for this restaurant didn't inspire any confidence, and frankly, the talk around town doesn't either....many people say to go to Bernard Pizza in Ward, but it wasn't open today. However, a member of my family insisted we come here so against my better judgment and, we did. Upon arrival, there were no cars in the parking lot and no one in the restaurant, on a football Sunday. That made me nervous, but in the past and at other Pizza Huts, I have loved the boneless wings, so with that thought -combined with the vote of the family member-- we decided to take a chance. It also doesn't hurt that with a franchise like this, you can sort of expect a certain standard for how the food will come out. However, based on the reviews, I was skeptical whether they would keep that standard and wasn't expecting much. The other reviews mentioned the smell in the restaurant, cleanliness (or lack of it), the service and that the food wasn't fully cooked, so we paid special attention to all of that. Cleanliness There was a gentleman in the dining room wiping down tables and cleaning up from looked like a big party or rush in one section of the restaurant, otherwise all the tables were bussed. No clue about whether the kitchen was clean or not. It smelled good...smelled like pizza when we walked in. There was no problem with the service. Employees were friendly and the time from walking in walking in to walking out, took less than 20 minutes to order, pay for and receive 2 medium pizzas and two orders of wings. The food was hot and fresh and cooked to the standard of any other Pizza Huts. The only reason I can't give them another star was that it was so dang expensive!!!! For two medium pizzas and two orders of wings, (one with 8 wings, one with 12), it was almost $69.00! It made me upset with the family member who insisted we go there! The economy is awful right now and everything is more expensive, but that price is frankly, unsustainable. There are cheaper alternatives in town, some with better options with regard to ingredients, so we'll have to go there in the future. So overall it was a good experience and we can't wholeheartedly agree with the other critiques. The only detractor to this experience was the price of the food. They did a stellar job on making my pizza! The best quality experience I've ever had at a Pizza Hut. It was made to visual perfection, they didn't skimp on toppings, it was cut perfectly all the way through and equally portioned. I've probably been to 20 different pizza huts in my life across the country and this was my best experience. Cooked to perfection and taste was spot on. The last 2 times we've ordered from Cabot, AR Pizza Hut, it's been horrible experiences. 2/3/2019 - wrong order. Called and spoke with the Manager & was given a $15.00 credit to use on our next order. Today 3/24/2019 - when I called to place an order the credit wasn't found I their system. Manager honored it anyways. Told deliver would be made 50-60mins. After waiting way over an hour I called for status. Was told they didn't get our apt #, delivery guy tried calling I called in on but got error message. After giving apt#, checked my phone but there were no missed calls. I called back to the store this time spoke with a lady manager to verify # on file. Was Told it's the same # ur calling in on. Then she realized they'd typed the # in wrong... So the driver called a wrong #. Didn't offer anything - free desert or credit, nothing!! Very disappointed with the service I've received. read more

Stayed away for a long time to see if maybe service got better. The driver was very friendly. But all of our food was cold. And the pizza not even cooked al the way. So basically inedible. We have to heat everything in the microwave. When I called to say something no one answered the phone. All 3 times. The cheese hadn't even melted all the way. read more

I ordered online and after hitting process, I could tell the amount was incorrect. I immediately called the restaurant and was told that the order couldn't be changed because it was already made. I informed the manager that I had just placed the order 30 seconds earlier. Bottom line they said it would cost over $10.00 to make a 4.00 change. I told them to cancel the order. They charged my card the higher price anyway and still will not refund my money for food I didn't get. This is my 2nd and last bad experience at this poorly run restaurant. DON'T GO TO THIS ONE! Our last pizza was such a disappointment. Been a long time customer giving them MANY chances. Over Christmas we got two pizzas both simple not complicated at all three topping each. Mine pepperoni with mushrooms and jalapeños peppers. It had ZERO sauce it was like eating cheese on dried bread was THE WORST PIZZA I have ever had. My wife's was mushroom with chicken and spinach. She couldn't eat hers. It LOADED with sauce the crust was wrong and had VERY little toppings. I know what you are going to say why didn't you call them. Did that the last time they messed up our order by only putting one topping on our pizza. They didn't do any about that one but offer to make us a new pizza. Well if they can't get one order right why do I think they will get the second or third order right. Not to mention they wanted me to drive all the way back down there again. Wow. Ordered Pizza Hut order a pizza with no cheese and jalapeños, estimated wait 20-30 actual wait 50 Min. Pizza was cold and had chicken on it. Weird since I don't eat meat and said no cheese any indication there Pizza Hut? Also not the first time I've randomly had chicken thrown on a pizza from them. Husband was pissed took it up there for them to fix, they were like huh that's weird. No apology no effort to quickly replace no coupon offer NOTHING another 30 minutes later and I have my pizza without the crust topping I ordered. You know why I wanted pizza tonight? For convenience. Service was decent. Only one waitress for about 20 ppl there was.one.lady with pink and purple hair and was screaming at all the employees. Our waitress had a nose ring and was the only waitress. They gave us the wrong crust. The toilet in the women's bathroom is not secured to the floor and the bathroom floor had green and red m&ms all over the floor. I was supposed to have one last night with my brother before he left for college, so I ordered the pizza and the dude came. He forgot my drink then said he would bring it back. He never came back so I called the place. The manger answered and told me it was on the way. The guy never came back and I was left waiting in the rain for a drink that pizza hut failed to deliver.
