I pulled up to the drive thru to pick up an online order, and as soon as I pulled up they said I'm sorry we are out of dark chicken. I said well I'm here to pick up my online order. I pulled up to get my 3 pc chicken strip meal and they were cold, hard as a rock like they had been sitting out all day. it went straight in the trash, I'm not eating chicken that has sat out by all day under heat lamp! Had a taste for KFC, stopped by store on Markham in Little Rock Ar and was told the wait was at least 30mins no chicken ready. I decided to try again today when they opened so I could take it for lunch, the website said open at 10 but the sign at the store says 10:30 the lady at the drive thru said after 11. Been there 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Each and every time, my drive-thru order was short. Overall, I figured that I have been shorted almost $30 in food that I didn't get. When you have 5 people at home waiting for supper, you don't have time to go back and pick up what was lost. So, dad just gives his portion away and goes without. Did I call the manager? Yes. My husband and I stopped about 5:15 pm on a Saturday and ordered an 8 pc meal with drums and thighs. The chicken was torched. The legs were tiny and with them being over cooked, there was no meat at all that was eatable. This has happened the last few times I have ordered chicken from KFC in different cities. I came here just the other day, and when I pulled up to the window a young man came over the speaker and told us to pull forward. We asked if we could keep looking at the menu, and he said to pull forward. he then came out of the store near our car and explained how everyone inside was sick and how they weren't shutting down the store and told us we should leave. he said, and I quote, "This place is gross, you should not eat here. Me and another employee are sick and they will not shut down the store" This is GROSS!!!! Also heard of another employee quitting bc she saw a girl spit in a drink and give it to the customer out the window. read more

Don't know what heck the people giving the bad reviews recently experienced, but last night I was here with family. The floor could have used a bit of a mopping, and it did admittedly take a little while longer than was comfortable to be served, but staff were friendly, the food was hot and fresh, the rest of the restaurant was quite clean, and our order was spot on. As things were slow, they even brought the food to our table for us. This is a location that has the rare KFC buffet and when we asked about it, we were told they'd be reopening it Monday, July 31, 2023. I'd totally eat here again. read more

This is the 3rd time we have had our order made wrong. when my wife got there the line was very long. she waited. when she got to order she found out that there was a man who was holding up everything because he was furious that they had screwed up his order. NO STARS! So disappointed. We planned on a simple KFC lunch for Sunday. Since we generally order wings, we always call ahead to give them the 20 minutes needed to cook them. I called and called and called. For 45 minutes the phone was busy? Just because it's your lunch rush doesn't mean you can take the phone off the hook. The most recent reviews are all bad. What has happened to KFC? We're having pizza instead. They picked up on the second ring. I've worked in food service. I know it can be hard work but it isn't rocket science. Plan ahead people. Speaker is so bad you have to repeat several times. But my main issue is that even though I spent nearly $45 they would not accept my $50 bill I got from ATM nearby. It would have only been $5 and change since I had large order but they didn't care. If they are worried about counterfeit Money they should spend a couple of dollars on a pen to check it instead of run honest customers off who are old school and like to use cash. Usually I go to KFC in BeeBee because they have the best chicken I have ever eaten coming from a KFC. Unfortunately I went to KFC in Cabot on Sat. 6/18 and the chicken was overly crunchy where it was hard in spots. The chicken was over fried. The biscuits had just come up so they were nice and soft, before they were hard as a rock. I could have thrown the biscuit and it would have broken a window, no lie. I have come to the conclusion that if you want a good meal or good fast foods it's best to go outside of Cabot. For the best KFC go to BeBee you will be happy you did. When a person has eaten at excellent restaurant and fast foods in other states and then purchase food from some of the fast food and restaurants in Cabot. It's a big difference. The food in Cabot is terrible. The best thing for me to do is just cook my own foods, this way I won't be disgusted eating food in Cabot. read more

Good price for the buffet and they will bring out food if you ask or when they notice it's out. The restaurant is DIRTY though. Just nasty. The tables were sticky and the floors were nasty. They need to shut down for a day and just clean the inside. My shoes stuck to the floor. read more

We have been here twice. We live locally and both times we've gotten home and found out some items we ordered were missing. Tonight we went and asked what sauces they had and the woman rolled her eyes at us. Food is good and services are pretty good if they are not busy. The luch buffet is my favorite part of coming to kfc cause there is always a great selection of foods that are always fresh. Cleaning needs a bit more work in the bathroom and table but overall a great experience. read more

We stopped by last night to have some dinner . The food was ok. But the place is dirty . The floors were very slick in some areas from apparently washing the dining room area with greasy mop water. That's dangerous . The door to the bathroom and kitchen area were nasty dirty too. The place needs a really good deep cleaning. We will probably not go back.
