This was the first time we came here. The remodel looks great. Modern but kept the old classic Pizza Hut buffet. Our family of 5 came for the lunch buffet. They had a variety of pizzas, cheese bread, garlic bread, cinnamon sticks, and Alfredo. The salad bar was good and well stocked. Remodeled and its sterile and feels nothing like it used to in the past. The buffet is a joke, dry food sitting out. I mean how is this place even open? I ordered a drink, wife can't drink with meals. Server said I couldn't get a refill because my wife touched my cup. Pizza Hut used to be the place to go for families to go and enjoy. This place is the worst. Holy crap. Stay away. I don't know about the food, never got that far, asked for a refund. When I showed up for a pickup they told me it would be 20+ mins. I ordered over 30 minutes ago. While there, I watch door dash drivers get visibly upset trying to pick up their orders, nobody could find them, they were just told, "I don't know". This was the 4th pizza place we came to. It was the closest for a dine in. The rest were just carry outs. We came here, not a lot of people. Literally just another family. It was dirty inside & really cold. They have a tv inside. We ordered breadsticks which is our favorite & cheese breadsticks. We also got wings but they fry these ones we liked the baked ones better. Not a fan of these wings and won't buy them again. We got a super supreme pizza, sausage pizza & a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. They charged us for ranch I don't know why cause it's suppose to come with the wings. They also have a salad bar. read more

Food was great but I would have to give them 2 stars. I came with my husband and we ordered our drinks and food. Our food was brought out before our drinks so we asked the waiter for our drinks. We were halfway done with our food and still no drinks. My husband got up and was going to ask for our drinks and waited around 5 minutes before anyone came to help him. Luckily one of the delivery drivers came in and asked if he had been helped. Our waiter said he would get our drinks and eventually brought them out to us after he heard someone else was helping us. I just ordered a big dinner box with 3 pepperoni pizzas. They seem to have been cooked well so my kids and I all grabbed 2+ pieces each. When this place gets a pizza right, it's fairly decent, but that's not a 100% as I've had some arguments with the manager before when they made the wrong thing and tried to send me home with it for takeout. That shouldn't happen with an online order. The dining room is not always what it could be and often seems neglected to service takeout customers. I used to be a regular here just because the kids liked it, but the kids moved out and inappropriate social-distancing and lack of mask-wearing from staff concerns me. Management does not seem to care care. If you have health concerns, in my opinion, one should seek alternatives. There's better Pizza options with a wider delivery area in Caldwell. read more

My family and I came in today to have dinner we placed our order in. The lady took it and we had our salad. All the other customers were getting their food before us! Poor service I'll say. Never again. We literally waited for our food for about 45 minutes to an hour! How ridiculous is that! You need more working custome service people! Worst place to ever get pizza from!!! We ordered pizza from here for the last time. Not only did it take an hour to get to my place but it was also not cooked all the way and was super doughy and tastes horrible... on top of that they didn't deliver the 2L soda I ordered and all they had to say was I can come get it or they can give my money back or it will be an hour wait for it. This was not a great experience ! The girl behind the counter was crying ! The kitchen was unorganized ! I told the young waitress after I ordered our pizza for take out that people you wait in get frustrated and not nice at times and she needs to Suck it up butter cup ! She smiled then ! The guy asst manager in the back kitchen was throwing an attitude which did not make for a good environment either ! When we got home with our pizza over half the toppings were all cooked onto one side ! So obviously the cook slammed the pizza into the oven hard or the topping were missed on half ! We ordered mushrooms we got like Nada ! I will not order from here again And we love Pizza Hut ! The food is standard Pizza Hut; Cheesy, greasy, cheap, and weirdly, you kinda love it. This locations service... that's where it's getting two stars. I called and asked current delivery times to caldwell (I'm 5mins from store but we were lazy) and they say 30-40mins. Ok... order online cause of the deals. Then we wait. I called at the hour mark, and was snipped at my a feminine voice that I believe to be male (no name) and was curtly told "it's cooking". Before I could ask about the ETA for delivery, he/she hung up. Hour and a half rolls by... no delivery. Seriously?! I call again, same voice, "it went out for delivery a while ago" click. F*%cking seriously? Now mind you, I'm not mad or mean to the guys; it happens. It's pizza delivery, and I guess tuesdays are busy. But cmon, I just wanna know if I'm gonna eat tonight. Hour and forty five mins rolls past... I'm supposed to be in bed for work in 15mins,l (it's 9:45pm at this point) and I oh guessed it, no pizza. Is there even a point to calling? Le sigh. When you go, expect to wait about 10 minutes on top of the time it says your pizza will be ready. They are always super short staffed and at times I've stood at the counter saying "hello?" Over and over, just waiting for someone to show up. They messed up big time on a pizza but offered a free one to fix it. I ordered the free one 2 days later and they still messed up, but not as bad so I was happy! I think if they had enough staff, they'd be able to handle thing better. When I was there tonight, I waited the extra 10 min, no one was at the counter and I watched 2 families leave saying they'd been seated in the dining area 10 min before but no one had come back since. If a manager happens to see this I was there at about 10:45 to 10:50 in the morning on December 3, 2021. So, this particular Pizza Hut location seems to have some decent waitstaff. There are some issues where staff can be a little too conversational. Under the right circumstances, that can be ok. Like, for example, there is only one customer in the dining area. I have, at one point, experienced a situation where one waitress would spend too much time chatting it up with another customer and neglecting other customers. I personally witnessed this situation prompting a rather sizable group of potential customers to leave. You cant please everyone, but usually the opportunity exists to first present a full experience before the customer can decide whether or not the experience warrants dissatisfaction. My other issue is the product. I have been, in the past, a HUGE fan of Pizza Hut. I, a long time ago, used to work for this Pizza Hut location and I have worked at an additional location in the past. The quality of the pizza used to be exceptional, for a fast food chain. I have recently noticed that the quality has gone down considerably. In essence, quality has been sacrificed in favor of expediency. I think Pizza Hut will ultimately discover that this move will hurt them. You can always tell the difference between pizza dough that has been made fresh, daily (as I used to do when I previously worked for pizza hut) and the previously frozen dough disks that you can tell that they now use (yuck). If I wanted a frozen pizza, I would just go to Albertson's and buy one. I'm sorry, but these factors make me completely unwilling to return to this Pizza Hut location, let alone ANY Pizza Hut location. I'll go spend a little more and get a pizza from Idaho Pizza Company (not only that, but support an Idaho company) or save a bunch of money by getting a great quality, fresh pizza from Papa Murphys. read more

I do hate to do this... I came in and was immediately greeted by a nice girl with blue hair. She was getting together drinks so it took her a few to seat me which I understand. I asked to be seated in a quiet spot which was a task on a Saturday night. She was friendly and took my order quickly. While she was gone a Hispanic waitress came in the room and spoke to me from across the room loudly "are you with this party?".... even louder she said "Hello, are you with this party?" I didn't know she was even talking to me at first because she wasn't standing anywhere near me. I had stated that I wasn't. She then said this is reserved. She was snotty and acted like I had seated myself. The party (full of very nice people) took a pole and decided I could stay. It was awkward so when my blue haired waitress came back I asked to move. She began clearing a table that had been soiled for over 20min so that I could move. My food came. No plate, No silverware, No ranch (which at this point I had asked for three times). The Hispanic girl mumbles under her breath "ugh, what is she doing?!?" I told her that she was cleaning that table for me... She marched over and confronted her... This is the same girl who wanted me out of the reserved room and lead the pole on wether I should be allowed to stay!!!! She then informed the blue haired gal that she was not going to put me there... They save those booths for larger groups. She then came back and said "you can just stay her, right?!" I said yes... And asked for ranch. And a plate and silverware AGAIN. The blue haired gal brought me a plate and silverware and apologized for the Hispanic girl's attitude... I then asked her for ranch. I did finally receive my plate and silverware. And the ticket. No ranch. I noticed the ticket was wrong... $10+ wrong and I was charged for the ranch that I never received. The blue hair girl had been ushered to the other side of the restaurant so I now had the snotty Hispanic girl (yay ). She never offered me a refill. I asked for a box... She left to get a box and didn't return. Luckily the blue haired girl saw me done and no box and no money for my ticket. When she approached I mentioned the ticket and she left to fix it as well as bring me the box. She no sooner walked away when snotty came back with my ticket and extra attitude... "So, what is the problem?!?" I said the ticket is wrong. I never received the ranch (she scanned the table for the ranch because I would like about not receiving my $.60 cup of ranch) and the ticket is about $10 too much. She marched away. No refill. No box. The blue haired gal brought back my correct ticket and offered me ranch which I declined. I asked for a box again Then the snotty girl brought a box and the processed ticket for me to sign... She didn't just leave the signature copy like EVERYWHERE else does she gave me detailed, snotty instructions and hovered while I signed. I am not young, I am not old... I am 35. I am quite smart and eat out 3-5 times a week where I sign for my meals. This "child-barely an adult" talked to me as if I was 110 years old and never used a credit card before... The service was very slow. It was curbside pickup. It took 34 minutes to get 2 personal pan pizzas and an order of breadsticks. While talking to the person taking my order she ended each sentence by calling me love or sweety. She said the order would take 15 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting I called to check on our food. Immediately the girl who took our order brought our food to us. She said the delay was because she had been on the phone for 15 minutes taking orders and couldn't get away to bring our order. Customer service is always number 1 for me. If you have crappy customer service I get aggitated really quickly. With that being said...my family went in about a week ago to get a pizza because my mom called in and said they did have the 10 dollar any pizza for dine in. Well it turns out it was for carry out only, after they realized their mistake they gave it to us anyways. They also let me get tomatos and croutons for my daughter even though I only had a one trip salad bar. Our sever was great as well. :) read more

I ordered a pizza with bbq instead of marinara, and they put so little bbq that the pizza was dry, I called and asked them about it and they said they only put 3 rings and offered no solutions. I would love to put a negative star amount on this one. We called and placed an order for a $20 box to be delievered. We were told it would be about 15 minutes. An hour later we called and we're told that because they didn't have any drivers it would be another hour before we got our order. We told them we would just come pick it up and expected a discount for the inconvenience. We were assured that would happen. When we picked up the order we did not receive any discount and the delivery charge was still on the receipt. When we asked for the manager we were told he was too busy. After we got our food home I spent an hour on the phone with the corporate call center and got most of the issue resolved. I say most of the issues because the manager is the issue at this place. While we were in there a man got up and left because he had been waiting almost 2 hours for his pizza. A family of three left because they were told there would be a long wait because they didn't have any clean plates. Very poor experience. We will not be going back. read more
