I've been going here for a few years and the pizza is always amazing. We have dined in and the atmosphere is fun. Not great for big parties but it works for our family of 5. We order to go a lot and eat it at the Indian creek plaza. It works great because you get a text when your pizza is ready. Service is pretty quick. Usually 20-30 mins but lunch and dinner are busy times. I will pre order by the app or calling in. I have eaten the pizzas, salads, sandwiches and the Indian creek bread. Wow, this pizza place is like California Pizza Kitchen on crack...tons of awesome pizza flavors, fun sides and great service! Inside is homey and has a nice rustic, woodsy yet modern, edgy style. This isn't your average pizza joint...It's a special little nook of heaven. Ordered a medium cheese pizza with sausage, extremely twisted sticks, kickin' chicken (chicken marinated in a spicy ginger Thai sauce, peanuts, green onions, Swiss, Fontina, fresh cilantro, mozzarella, peanut sauce and shredded carrots) and a small baseline garden salad with ranch dressing. Baseline came out first and was a very generous size for a small. Every ingredient, the tomatoes, onions, lettuce, carrots and croutons were fresh and crafted to perfection. The ranch was a nice texture and flavor. Next came the Extreme Twisted Sticks, cheese sticks with marinara. Only downside is that the marinara was cold, but the twists were nicely baked with ooey-gooey cheese inside. Next came the pizzas. Each pizza had a nice thin-ish crust, crispy and nicely salted, with generous toppings on each slice. You can tell that the people who make these items care about what goes out to the customer. I've been to Idaho numerous times but never had pizza here. Come to find out, there are Extreme Pizza's in Cali which I never knew. Service was great just wished they would allow online ordering or phone orders. But service was great once I did end up pulling in for a to go order. I got 2 pies and a dessert. I was actually pretty impressed with the pizza! They did forget to bring us our fresh tomatoes in the side but happily brought them when we reminded. The lobby is not very big, about 7 tables and some stools at a bar height counter-- which is also cool in itself because the windows along that counter are actually a garage door, so the whole side opens up! Surfer/skater vibe with the decorations and music was playing but at a good level. Our only "complaint" is that they don't serve fountain drinks. Have to purchase a bottled drink if wanted. We finally found a pizza place that is amazing! Seriously, everything we got here was so good, so fresh and so flavorful. We ordered for pick up and it was ready quickly for a Friday night, which was awesome too. My son picked up and he said they were super friendly and the location was nice as well (at Indian Creek plaza). Since we picked up we really can't say too much about the vibe, but I'm sure it's great too. The price point was great, especially for the size and quality. We got the hot honey pepperoni, the BBQ chicken and another one with white sauce that we added pepperoni to. We can't wait to order again. Extreme Pizza has "by the slice" pizza, which is great if you're hanging out at Indian Creek plaza. We love the unique offerings and quick service. Not a huge amount of seating- mostly to-go here. You'll pay a little more than a fast chain style place, but the quality is definitely there! Worth trying them out if you're in the area. read more

It's nice to have a pizza place at lunch where you can just buy a slice, not a 'personal' pizza. Until today, I've only had the pepperoni, which has always been good. Their lunch special now includes a salad. It was a nice fresh salad that I didn't want to stop eating. They're also offering various specialty slices and I took advantage of that by ordering Hawaiian. I'm glad I did! The ham was better than your average ham on pizza. Stop in when you're in downtown Caldwell. It's worth a stop! read more

My man and I came to Indian creek plaza in Caldwell last night to see the Christmas lights and we decided to give extreme pizza a try for dinner since we could smell the pizza outside and it smelled great! There was a HUGE crowd of people so of course this little pizza establishment was packed so we got our pizza to go. Customer service here was a little funny, and by that I mean there was just young kids working here and the ones at the register were definitely odd... the guy who took our order was friendly but I ran into a slight issue as I have one of those rare payment cards that you can't tap or insert, it needs to be swiped so he excused himself to go to the back of the kitchen area to get a kid who looked at least a few years younger than to come up to the register and that guy proceeded to turn the register screen towards me and had me input my entire card number and info... not sure why he needed someone else to flip a screen to me and then have me do the majority of the work myself but okay. Then that second kid said "okay, we'll make that now and it will be ready in a few minutes" to which my fiancé replied "a few minutes? Like 5 min ?" Then he just awkwardly smiled and giggled "like 20"... okay then, so not a few minutes. Aside from that strange encounter though, the pizza was awesome ! We got the ghost wave and it was phenomenal! I really enjoyed the sweet and spicy flavors with the ghost pepper cheese and the honey, and I look forward to returning for it again. This will be our go to spot for food when in the area. All in all, I'd give it 4.5/5 stars just based on out first experience taking everything into consideration. read more

We love their pizza! It's very good and has artisan options. Owners are awesome. However, don't go on a Friday unless you have time to wait. I got my small pizza after 45 minutes and my husbands well after 60 minutes so we didn't get to really enjoy them. His is sitting in our car because didn't have time to eat it. So the visit was a bit of a bust and we wasted time and money. My husband left while I waited for his. Since we already paid, they didn't offer us any compensation and we couldn't leave. Absolutely love extreme pizza! I have never visited and had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, and any time they make a mistake, they would quickly remedy the problem. Great pies, nice firm crust on the bottom and tasty dough. I got a slice of the Everest Pizza and a drink for 8 buck. The slice was about the size of a personal pizza and had tons of meat on it. It was hard to finish, actually, but I couldn't help but do it. I also got a side Caesar salad which was great. Not real big inside, but I heard the owner say he is adding two more tables. Speaking of the owner, he came out and checked to see how we liked the food. We don't make it out to Caldwell that often, but will definitely be back. read more

This was our first time trying this place, my wife's friend had recommended it. Looking at the menu I was a bit skeptical, but though why not. I've lived here a long time and this was my first TRUE experience in Caldwell. I literally never go there. That should change because the areas I saw, I really loved. I know Caldwell can be iffy, but I loved what I saw and the downtown are was super nice. We did a Pound Fitness event in the town square? Is that what they call it? Haha! Anyway, that's where we were. Many stores offered free this and free that to promote their businesses to everyone who was at the Pound event. Extreme Pizza gave us all a free slice...well, the first 30 who arrived at the event. Sorry, just remembered that part lol. I was excited to try it because so many people rave about this place. As many of you might recall, I'm a pizza snob hahaha! So I can be super judgey when it comes to pizza. This place was very good. Was it the best? Nah. Would I go back and recommend it, absolutely. Often times, single slices have a different taste to them for some reason vs getting a whole pie. Either way, it was super tasty and hit the spot because I was starving. The staff was super friendly, hardworking people who get your food to you fast and their nice about it. So hard to find friendly people in retail/restaurants anymore lol. These guys and girls were great. One plus, the pizza wasn't overly salty. So many times they are. That's one other reason why people should check it out. The restaurant itself was cute af too. The menu at Extreme Pizza is fantastic. When my sister and I stumbled upon the establishment, we stopped in for some pies. I asked the cashier for some recommendations. As a vegan, she said she could pick just about any pie on the menu, take away the meat, and have a great meal. I ordered the Mr Pestasto Head. While it was unusual to order a pizza with potato pieces on it, I wasn't disappointed. The flavors and textures of this pie melded together for an amazing meal. Hands down worst pizza I have had in the Valley. The sauce was bland, the crust was thin and flavorless and wasn't crispy. It reminded me of pillsbury pizza dough you bake yourself, but not as good. I am impressed! And, so happy to see this place in Caldwell. We need more variety. I ordered through door dash. My food arrived quickly, hot, crusty crusts on the pizzas and slightly charred cheese. The ingredients all looked fresh. The flavors are really good. The hummus platter has a wonderful variety of accompaniments like artichoke hearts, kalamata olives and much more. The Hanoi Fever pizza is SO good. It reminded me a bit of a pork banh mi. I also love that they have vegan options. And the price doesn't break the bank. Try them! You won't be disappointed. Great, welcome little new Pizza place in the area. The Pizzas here have good, crispy, Detroit style crusts (but not Detroit style pizza, strangely) and a unique variety of toppings. These pizzas are a tad spicier than your average Idaho pizza place, which is a welcome change since many of the Pizza places around here are largely interchangeable. They have a number of Vegan and Gluten free options as well if that's your jam. I have to knock them down a star for disorganization. We ordered curbside pickup, gave them ample time, and the food still wasn't ready by the time we got there, taking an extra fifteen minutes. When we got the food, they had confused us with an Uber Eats driver, which means if we weren't honest folks we could have driven away with someone else's order for free. How frustrating would that have been for the poor victim? The eventual order was missing a salad, which they took care of quickly, plus one other item we'd ordered but didn't make it onto the actual order, so we cut our losses and decided we didn't need it. Overall, a welcome addition to the local pizza landscape, I just hope they can work the kinks out, because they seem to have a few. read more

Such a vast improvement from my original review. Two weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon I went in with my 7 year old granddaughter to for some lunch. The service as top notch and friendly. The restaurant was very clean and sanitary. The pizza was extremely good with good quality toppings.
