A little greasy. The biscuits are served without butter? That makes no sense. I was there 20 to 30 minutes and only two people came in and one through the drive through. They must be too busy back there to come clean the dining room or even check on it? After finishing my meal I got up and pealed myself off of the chair. It was sticky! YUCK! We were a table of 7- 4 adults and 3 kids. One of the kids meals was the one forgotten. In my experience the kids should be served first. The manager came over and gave us $9 off our bill of $80 which I think is pathetic for now having to eat our food at home cold and reheated.

I liked everything, but the hummus was the star of the show. It was really tasty to dip the French fries into. The beef was tender and the fries were hot. Concern came with check, where two of us had refills and were charged for refills, without being told (six drink charges for us at $3/each). So, our bill for a pizza and four soft drinks, was $48.69. Not wanting to stiff the waitress, we left ten bucks for her. When we questioned the soft drink refills, we were told, that's how i was trained, to ring up refills the same. We paid almost sixty bucks for a pizza and four soft drinks. We don't mind paying for good food and good service, but this was a little disappointing. A coke costs, what, a nickel or dime of syrup? We paid $18 for our drinks (a coke), and $30 for a pizza. Ouch. Based on that cost, we may make a different choice of venue next time.

Seriously, it's faster and cheaper than fast food and you get more, because I can always finish a value meal from BK or McD's, but I can't ever finish a medium $5 pepperoni pizza in one sitting. Also, in my opinion, Little Caesar's supreme, which is only $8.99, is extraordinarily good. Sometimes they have them ready, which is a nice surprise when I go in and expect to get a $5 pepperoni, but if you want one of those, you have to call ahead or stand there and wait for 10 minutes. Another thing that's well worth the extra $2 is when they have one of their specialty pepperoni pizzas, like a Pepperoni Lover's, with double pepperoni. Anyway, Little Caesar's is get way under-rated, especially on this Yelp review for Coldwater. It's like the only people who've bothered are the four people who had bad experiences, but I go to Little Caesar's all the time, and I've never gotten a bad pizza there, not once. My two criticisms: one, Crazy Bread, it sucks and isn't worth the money; two, charging 75¢ (and that's if you buy 2, because for 1 it's like 89¢ or something) for a small tub of garlic butter or ranch seems like a huge rip off, so I never buy it--I mean, those are condiments so they should be free.

I will say that the options on the buffet line can be hit or miss sometimes on options you'd eat but for the most part, there's a good variety for everyone! The service here is also super friendly, never had a bad experience with the staff here. They also keep the food on the buffet line nice and fresh! The restaurant itself is always very clean as well and has a very cozy vibe to it. I can't wait to be back!!!
