We started our order online via the App. When we went to submit our order, the App prompted us to select Pick Up in Store, or Zero Touch Curbside, where they bring it out to you. We chose Curbside Pickup as we were sick. I pull up to the store, call, and speak with the person who answered, and let them know that I was here. His response was "Okay, it's ready for you!". I said "Oh, okay, I can come in - we selected the Curbside Pickup - no big deal." He said "I mean I guess I can deliver it to you outside" - in those exact words. I said "Nope, I'll come in". First, I could care less - I don't care to come into the store and pick it up. It was just the fact that I selected Zero Touch Curbside one the App, and it showed on the Receipt that it was Curbside Pickup. All about expectations. So, I got in, get the Pizza, and make it about 5 Minutes down the road, until we realized that we were missing a Pizza. So - we turn around, go back, and get the pizza. Just frustrating. read more

I just threw $25 out the window. For my $25.00 I received two soggy pan pizzas and a chocolate chip pan cookie that was burnt and hard enough to chip a tooth on. I wasn't angry just disappointed so I called and spoke to the manager. Now I'm REALLY ANGRY!!!!! She acted as if I was bothering her. She had a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. She acted as if I'd called her person residence and was bothering her in the quiet of her off day. She said bring the food back and they would cook it again. IM NOT GOING OUT AGAIN TONIGHT!!!!! So basically she as like rude , unapologetic and testy. I told her I had already finished cooking pizzas in my own oven BUT how do I fix a burnt cookie??? I'm sooo mad about her rudeness. They just delivered our 2 pizzas and drinks. They did NOT deliver my $7 sandwich, so I'm FURIOUS !! So, I'm having 1 piece from both these pizzas, and they both taste like cardboard, like cardboard that's soaked in urine for a week. Terrible. I deleted the Pizza Hut app from my iPhone. This is the new location for Pizza Hut I do think when they first opened it was rocky however the last two times I've been it was fantastic. My order was completely right and was done and waiting for me when I arrived! The service was friendly! Definitely worth trying this location now! read more

pizza hut advertised 3 topping large for $10. i ordered a pie with 3 toppings, 10 bucks, no problem. my wife wanted extra cheese ONLY. twelve dollars ! $12 !!! i was told that cheese is not considered a topping and the extra charge was correct. i'm sure i have ordered extra cheese before as that is what my wife generally wants. never been upcharged before. when almost any other pizza place will sell me a large pie for the same $ OR LESS, that is where i will go from now on. if i could i would rate this particular hut NEGATIVE 5 stars. Orders always take 2x the delivery time they quote when ordering. Food is cold by the time it finally arrives. I've called the last two times I've ordered, and the staff is disrespectful and make absolutely no effort to keep the customer satisfied. We had the worst experience at Pizza Hut on Trotwood today! The manager was rude to my mom, put her on hold for over 10 minutes then refused to give their store number or her name, when mom asked for her info again & let her know we would be calling corporate...the lady SCREAMED at mom, You don't talk to me like that! Soo my sister (preachers wife /calm one in the family) called back to talk to the manager and it yet again was a HORRIBLE experience. The manager YELLED at My sister (who I'm sure never raised her voice) and was very ugly. We will NOT be going back there again. I don't ever write reviews like this but I believe everyone should be held accountable for their actions, especially a place of business. Could they have been short staffed/ busy....oh I'm sure, but there's NO excuse for anyone to yell at a customer or treat them bad, especially my sister who is not loud/expressive like me. A manager and his/her employees should have better patience /manners than that. Took 3-4 minutes to get service for a pick up in the empty store. When we were finally attended to, after hearing the employees cutting up and acknowledging us, the employee that gave us our food seemed to be under the influence of drugs (most likely marijuana.) My family's experience at this particular store is usually a very pleasant one, not sure what happened. read more

Terrible service every time we go. Tonight we arrived 40 minutes before they closed and were told that they close at 8:00. I guess they can't cook a pizza in 40 minutes!! Sorry won't be back. Wow. Can I please give zero stars? Hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in awhile and will never go back to this one again. Waitress had three tables to serve and couldn't remember which was which. We were actually the last to arrive, but got our food first. The old couple that had arrived first had their order forgotten, and finally left. Absolute worst experience!!! Placed order online last night for big dinner box + 12 piece wings. I received a call a few minutes after placing the order from "Polly" ( who I was later told is the manager) stating they are out of the rectangle pizza crusts and the website should have told me that when I ordered. I told her that the website did not indicate that they were out of anything. Her response was that she had called corporate before calling me and they assured her that it did show out of stock (so I must be lying?!?). I would assume it wouldn't let me place an order for an item that wasn't available, and even attempted to order the same thing after our call .... it still didn't give any indication that they were out of product. I told her it was fine to substitute it for a round pizza. She stated she couldn't do that because they are completely out of the rectangle pizza crusts, and if she substitutes everyone's order for the round pizza crust then they will run out of those as well. My response was ok, then what are you asking me to do? She said she would cancel my order, and I would need to place another order for a new pizza online, or with her over the phone?!?! Ok - so you can't substitute for the round pizza, but I can place a new order for the round pizza. That doesn't make any sense. When I told her that she said that if I didn't want to place a new order she couldn't help me and then HUNG UP ON ME!!! I called back, asked for the regional manager's name and number. Polly then informed me they don't give that information out over the phone and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! So I called the corporate pizza hut number, spoke to the nicest person in the call center. She was happy to give me the regional managers name/number and said that even on her end it didn't show them out of any products. For anyone else looking to file a complaint the regional manager's name is Tom Kelly and he can be reached @ 615-373-1730. I'm not one to complain about service, but this was completely uncalled for. I would say she was having a bad day, but after seeing that this store has 32 - 1 star reviews.. maybe restaurant management isn't the right job for Mrs. Polly! Today made the 3rd time we've ordered from this location and it's been over an hour since the order was placed before the food was ready. Online said 16 min from the time we placed the order but I showed but 30 min after placing because I knew how the previous times were. When I was greeted at the door, I was greeted with attitude and excuses. I get that hard working help is hard to find but there is no need for excuses. Apologize, ensure me you'll rush the order, and take care of me because of having to wait so long. The later of the 3 happened but never was apologetic or empathized with the issue. Next time my reps ask me pasta and wings, we will just settle for wings and pizza because this is the absolute WORST service out of any business I have ever encountered. The franchise owner really needs to asses his management team and their hiring abilities. read more

First off, I ordered online. When my order was delivered, we only received part of the order. I questioned the driver and his words were "you ordered online, so its not our problem". Ok. I called the store to place the rest of my order. The woman who answered was less than friendly to begin with, met me with the same answer, "not our problem". While we were speaking, she put me on hold without asking or anything- then after taking my order, she hung up without taking payment, so I had to call back again. This time, a man answered and seemed to already know who I was and why I was calling. I asked him to take my payment. How it came to be that my order was 25.00 for a 12pc wings and a 8 pc wings with nothing elss, no sides, no drinks, and still having another $3 charge for delivery for them to bring the food across the street (I can literally see their store from mine, and would go get the food if I was not the only manager on duty here) is beyong me. I was not happy with the service, or the manners of the employees either. Will not be orderimg again. I will stick with Dominos. read more
