Wings were meaty, both flats and drums. Love the flats!!!! Had onion rings as my side, Very crispy and good flavor. Washed it done with a tall Cider on tap. Wife had the taco salad and she liked the seasoning on the beef and the lettuce was very crisp and none wilty. So many thing to choose from, we will be back. I want to try the baked oysters. And quite a few of their other appetizers. This will become a go to place for my family!!!

When I arrived, the hostess was polite and helpful. I grabbed a menu and was directed to the bar to place my takeout order. I was the only person at the bar at the time. The bartender came over and asked what I was drinking. I don't drink alcohol, so I mentioned I was just there to place a to-go order. Without a word, she walked away. After I had decided what I wanted, I placed the menu down -- a pretty clear sign I was ready to order. Another customer walked in, sat at the bar, and was immediately helped by the bartender, who took his order and served his drink. Then she left the bar entirely, walking past two servers who were just standing at the end of it. What surprised me most was that the hostess noticed I was still sitting there. She kindly asked if I had been helped. I told her no. She approached the two servers and asked if one of them could take my order, and instead of helping, they actually argued with her about who should do it. She eventually walked away, and I was left sitting there -- completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable. It's frustrating to see restaurants hike up their prices in the name of "paying staff a living wage" when the staff can't even be bothered to do the bare minimum -- like take an order from a waiting customer. Needless to say, I won't be back. And as for DoorDash -- while our first order was edible, it arrived cold, which has been a rare issue in my experience with the platform.

Stopped by yesterday while driving around the middle TN area. Our server was the manager, which was…read moreimpressive for me that the manager would step in with a sudden influx of people. The place has indoor and outdoor seating. Overall, it feels more like a pizza joint, but since pizza is one of the big draws that is as expected. There is a small bar area, as well, and they have happy hour during the week. All is well here. Also have pac man and donky kong consoles near a private room on the patio side. Not sure that makes a difference, but it sure feels like pizza places in the 80s to me (showing my age?). I tried the "most popular pizza", the Pizza Maker's special. The pizza is very good. The crust is thin and made on premises. They use corn meal on the bottom which helps both with the crispiness and adding some texture (and a bit of flavor). And don't be afraid to try this even if you are unsure of some of the toppings (like "I don't like olives on pizza") as my friend, who is not a huge olive fan, tried it and was impressed. The flavors meld together and blend well and the cheese and crust add a great flavor base. If I had one complaint it would be the pizza is too rich (first world problems?). This means I could not eat it every day. NOTE: It was a great "cold pizza" breakfast item on the way to work church services at 6 AM. Pricing is not bad and I went ahead and paid $2 to go from 14" to 16" (because why not? Or it was breakfast?) The beer selection is okay (read my other reviews and you will see a trend?). There are some local beers, but if I owned the place I would work a different mix of brews than what is on at the moment. Lagers work well with pizza, especially one that is a bit sweeter; that is where I would go. Okay, nobody asked my opinion anyway and, even being a warm spring day, enjoyed the porter. Service was great and even saw the server with other tables was on top of things. They still have grits on the menu, ala Trueloves, but my understanding is the food has improved since those days. I give this a thumbs up for those wanting pizza in Columbia, Tennessee.

I was just visiting in this town for a couple of days. I was leaving Planet Fitness and I looked up…read morein the parking lot and there was a Krystal and a Burger Bros' within 400 ft of each other. So I decided after my workout to put some really fattening high calorie greasy food in my body. I am literally doing a side by side taste test. So this will be the same info on Krystals. The Krystal's cheeseburgers and Fry took about 5 minutes to come out in the Drive-Thru. I didn't go inside because I was on my way home. I ordered two cheeseburgers and a fry. I walked over to Burger Bros and ordered their specialty cheeseburger with onion rings. Now if you know anything about me I love freshly battered onion rings never Frozen! They said they have hand beer battered onion rings! I also have two different choices for packets of ketchup. Krystal's uses Heinz and Burger Bros uses some generic name called 'Red Gold Ketchup'and in small print, 'with a cause.' if we start with Krystal's ketchup tomato flavor good stuff. Burger Bros ketchup was overly smooth and look like it was supposed to be ketchup but didn't taste like ketchup. Bummer. Crystal's burgers were how you say chicken or the egg? Who came first Krystals or White Castles? I was born and raised in Detroit and White Castle burgers are the thing to have after a club night. I think Krystals bread on their burger is trying to hard to be special. I like the fact that they leave some skin on their French fries. But it didn't help the flavor much. Burger Bros regular cheeseburger comes with some special sauce, tomato and lettuce. I didn't want to add a subtract anything so I got it just the way they want to give it to me. Even though Burger Bros took longer to cook I wasted my time. The highlight was talking to the young man behind the counter it was very helpful and pleasant. He said he was the son of the owner. More power to people of color owning businesses. But I digress, I enjoyed the onion rings with Krystal's Heinz ketchup. Good thing I had some leftover Texas Roadhouse dipping sauce from the night before. Everything tastes good with that stuff! I went inside Burger Bros because they had no drive-thru nobody was there very small seating area. Oh yeah remember this is all around 8:00 p.m. tonight. Yeah I know I just worked out for nothing. So same review on Burger Bros . The only thing that was harmed in the making of this review was my colon.

My family and I were all beyond satisfied with what we experienced during this visit to Southern Tré. Here'a what stood out during our dining experience: * Our shared Shrimp appetizer was super tasty. * My 6oz sirloin was cooked to a medium, mouthwatering perfection and tenderness. * My father and I both enjoyed the blackBerry mixed beverage. (The name escapes me now but I recommend asking about it) * The southern decor and lighting made for an enjoyable and relaxing ambience. * Our waitress was pleasant, on top of things, and treated our toddler well. * The pricing was surprisingly fair for the quality of meal we received. * Our family mentioned several times (during and after) how great the seasonings and flavors were and how much our expectations were exceeded. In short: If you're near downtown and would like a nice sit down meal or a solid spot for a special occasion; instead of driving to Spring Hill for one of the chain steakhouses, I highly recommend you instead give Southern Tré a shot.
