My experience with BoomBozz could not have been any better. It started with an email with Alex to discuss having a party there which was answered quite quickly. We went back and forth some getting information over to me. I then went in to talk to Alex to finalize things however he was on vacation, so Ryan helped me out. He was very informative and helpful in planning how much food I would need for the amount of people we had. He offered several different options and even made the changes that I wanted with no hesitation. He showed me the room and let me know how we could decorate. He even offered for me to drop the cupcakes off the day before hand and store them in the cooler for us. Then the day of the event comes & let me tell you Ryan & Latrice both were top notch! They both were there to help with everything we wanted including keeping a cold glass of ice water in my hand almost the whole time. They plated the cupcakes for us which was not expected but very much appreciated. The food was hot, delicious & they kept it maintained the whole time. I even had made a mistake as I forgot that one of our team members is gluten free so Ryan made sure to get him something he could eat without hesitation. This was my first encounter with this restaurant as I am newer to the area but I want to give them all the kudos they deserve. Being in customer service myself I expect great customer service, which is very hard to come by anymore, but this whole team exceeded my level of expectations!! This place has gone downhill! Used to have the best lunch combos for the best prices. I would always suggest to my friends that we go here, not anymore! The portion sizes and quality of food is poor, in comparison to what it used to be. I don't know if it's different management, or if they're using the excuse some other places do about inflation. Inflation, bah humbug! So, charge me extra. Just don't decrease the quality of your food and minimize the portion sizes!! I'ld rather go to high-end places that charge a small fortune, because they don't let the economy alter the quality of their establishments. No matter what, they continue to demonstrate they care about customer satisfaction. Get it together Boombozz! I've had lots of Cuban sandwiches, and yours was not good compared to the other ones I've had. The Ceasar salad was yucky also, in comparison to others. The dressing was crappy tasting, and it had Parmesan out of a can (not fresh grated like most restaurants serve with Ceasar salads.) I may give you one more chance, but if you disappoint me again, I will not come back. Too many other places to choose from, so I won't settle on a place that is not up to (past) standards. read more

Friday night. 6pm. Only about a dozen customers in the restaurant. Service was incredibly slow--17 minutes just to take the drink order--soft drinks, tea and water. Additional 13 minutes to get the drinks. 38 minutes to take the food order. Then, it took forever to get the food. Service was inattentive, at best. Pizza was better than average, salads were worse than average and the wings were as tough as shoe leather and tasteless. Restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. For pizza, you have a lot of other restaurants to choose from. For wings, anyplace would be a step up. I would not recommend this establishment and would not take my family again. read more

We came in the perfect night for trying this place for the first time! On Mondays they have Medium Mondays - with the purchase of one medium pizza, you get the second one half off. On top of that you are able to split the medium pizzas and have one flavor on 1/2 with another flavor on the other 1/2. So essentially we got four different pizzas and we tried a bunch of their special recipes. The Don with spicy honey and pepperoni was our FAVORITE but all were delicious!! Pretty good pizza. I ordered the ny style with mushroom and a ny style with prosciutto. I thought it was awesome they even had that option! Coming from New York it wasn't quite like home, but it was pretty good nonetheless. I thought it was interesting how the price on the order online was more than when I ordered over the phone. Went three years ago. Had a coupon for BOGO. Our server said great and they get these all the time, we ordered when I came time to settle the bill they then told us the coupon was invalid. Wouldn't do anything to help or make it right just wanted the money and sent us on our way. Haven't been back since, likely never will again. Pizzas good though. read more

My family wanted to try something new in Spring Hill. Some place that is kind of off the radar. We found just the place. And to be honest, wish we hadn't. We visited on a Wednesday night around 5pm and were seated immediately. Our server was very attentive and polite. She took our order, and we settled in to wait. During that time, we noticed two, possibly three separate families with unruly kids. They were roaming the floor, yelling, and I even saw one little boy who couldn't be more than 4 years old, push his way out the restaurant front door, and cruise into the parking lot. I think an employee retrieved the happy wanderer. No parent was in sight. Now, I'm not a Karen, mainly cause I'm a guy. I don't know what the male equivalent is, but if I were one, I'd have ripped the responsible parties a new one. The uncontrolled element didn't make for an upbeat ambiance. I know it's not the restaurants fault that there are some unruly parents not tending to their responsibility. But the fact that the aforementioned know that Bombazz will put up with their ilmannered prodigy and at the peril of their mindful customers is quite unsettling. My daughter loved her gluten-free pizza and gave it a 5 out of 5. The kids were a bit less impressed with their pizzas but still considered them worthy of a 4. I had the meatball sandwich. Not exceptional. Not even close. A blah encounter. With all their hype of award winning, I expected more. Instead, I found it to be of the chain restaurant ilk. Give it a try if you want. I think that I'll stay away. Quick Tip: It's quite pricey. My daughter made comment that she wouldn't "race" back to dine. When she said that, it gave me an idea for dessert. Ordered and spent over $65 plus tip in advance for takeout for the first time here tonight and spent an hour driving there and back total and additionally the gas wasted to correct an order where a meatball sub came without any red sauce. Just mayo and cheese.... Was handed a small container of marinara by the manager and sent on our way with the same now cold soggy food and now a 9pm dinner for everyone. We came here yesterday for an early Mother's Day celebration. One of the reasons we stopped in was the playground. That was a really cool amenity that many restaurants don't have. We got in at opening, so it wasn't too busy. We ordered the Tater Kegs. They had good flavor and were filling. We also got the Smokehouse Brisket and a cheese pizza. It's ok. We've been there 3 times so I think it's fair to leave a 'mid' review. It's just not that hard to make pizza but they kind of try to re-invent the wheel with every pie. Weird combos, overthought ingredients and very expensive for what it is. I've heard that the pizza at Red Robin is better and that just should not be a conversation. I've lived in Spring Hill for nearly 2 years and just visited this restaurant last night. Until a friend told me about how good their pizza was, I had thought previously that it was a kids place. Idk why, but I'm glad I finally stepped away from my norm and checked them out. Their pizzas are delicious, they have a great beer selection and our server, Chris was awesome! I ordered Tony's Supremo Pizza, that comes with: Classic Red Sauce, Thick Cut Pepperoni, Smoked Ham, Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Peppers, Black Olives & Fresh Tomatoes. It tantalized my taste buds and filled me up! Their crust and ranch dressing is yummy too. There was also this one parking spot that was surprisingly open, and was a perfect fit for SEANZ. Stopped in on a Friday evening around 5:15. Immediately seated and waited on soon after. Ordered Margherita and carni Libre pizzas and a Cubana sandwich. The break on the sandwich was thick and crispy. It was just ok. The Margherita pizza was good. Crust just right and we got 1/2 pepperoni. The carni Libre was something unique. It comes with a green chili pepper sauce and a side of sour cream. Not much meat on it. The sour cream gives the sweetness to offset the chili sauce. The Boombozz #1 was a little brown on the lettuce, unfortunately a fairly common problem with pizza places, but it wasn't bad, just a bit past fresh. Enjoyed the New York style pizza. The crust is pillowy and chewy, and the toppings nestled in a pool in the middle. The pepperoni is sort of hidden under other toppings, but the flavor peaked through. Ordering pepperoni wiht an added veg or two seemed like a good way to go. Would definitely order again, and completely enjoyed reheated the next day for lunch. The wife really liked the thin crust bbq chicken. She complemented the flavor, and she's all about the thin crust. I found it ok, but not a personal preference. I've been to Boombozz twice- both times pizzas were great, but service varied between servers. First time was several months ago, the server was very attentive and efficient. I had chicken avocado bacon pizza which was so tasty. This place has so many screens so it's one of the best places in town to watch games. Great spot to watch Super Bowl too! This very well may be some of the best pizza I've ever had! Definitely in the top 5! I've has pizza pretty much everywhere. From a 300 year old place in Rome, to what's arguably the birthplace of pizza, Lombardi's in NYC, and everything and everywhere in between. Boombozz's has multiple, well deserved awards for their unique and delicious pies. How they manage to pack so many toppings on a pizza and not have it come out soggy or unbalanced is truly impressive! Every pizza of tried was bagged with flavor and in brilliant, original combinations. They wings are pretty terrific as well! Try this place out, if you haven't already. I am usually a big fan of BoomBozz. Love their pizza, sandwiches, salads, etc. I have been to multiple locations including the one here in Spring Hill several times. Maybe it's me but when I go in to a restaurant and sit at the bar, I expect to see a bartender/ server fairly soon. Tonight I sat there for 10 minutes, never saw anyone so I just left. It's not like it was a busy night either but if I'm expected to pay for service, then I expect a minimal level of service. A very good mix of casual + sports-bar + family-friendly. Large menu with tons of adult food & drinks as well as a good kids menu. Server was new but good and attentive. Manager even made his way a few times through the crowd to visit with patrons and keep things running smooth. Not a huge overwhelming place -- just the right size. Dining room is divided up between the bar area and traditional seating area -- although the large TV screens that seem to be everywhere are visible throughout. A bonus for restless kids -- an outdoor playground with climbing sections and a corkscrew slide. Parking is free but not overly abundant. Venue sits tucked in between a chain steakhouse and popular hotel -- just two "doors" down from the local 12 screen cinema. As a New Yorker, I knew the pizza would not be up to par to my expectations but I decided to give it a shot regardless. The pizza itself was so so, not bad but nothing in comparison. The part that made this meal an immediate disappointment was the pricing. My table got 2, 12 inch pizzas, 1 soda, and 6 wings THE CHECK WAS 78 DOLLARS BEFORE TIP. We love the food and drinks at Boombozz! After our first visit, we couldn't believe it had taken us so long to eat there. I know it's a pizza joint, but our favorites are on the appetizer menu. We love the potato chips nachos especially. We do also love the unusual Carnitas Libre pizza. It's so yummy and comes with 2 sauces. This restaurant is in a county that has not had as strict COVID mandates. So the staff was not always wearing masks when we visited and no social distancing in seating the last time we dined there. So we moved to the bar to distance ourselves. We have also gotten take out. A good place to hang in the bar and watch sports for sure! Service has always been good there for us as well. read more

Coke here for the specials. There are daily specials on beer and appetizers are 3$ off during happy hour. We have come a few times hoping we could find the right pizza but so far, no luck. All the pizzas are always just alright. They use a lot of different cheeses, so make sure to know the kinds you like melted on a pizza. Appetizers are usually pretty good! Pretzel and cheese dip is delicious. Pretzels always come out fresh and perfect texture, cheese has some spice in it and goes perfectly with the pretzels. Service is always alright.
