I wanted pizza but didn't want it delivered so we drove up to our nearby Pizza Hut because I noted it had a dining area the last time we drove by. The restaurant was clean and our server was so friendly and helpful. I noticed their menus were a bit outdated because in the app there were lots of other offerings available. We were able to order items we found in the app that weren't on the paper menus they had for dining in. The pizzas were delicious - you can't beat the taste of pizza fresh out the oven! There's a small buffet table inside that is available for lunch only. If they would put in a second table and offer the buffet for dinner, too, we think they could make a killing. We'll be back to enjoy another relaxing, laid back, fresh out of the oven pizza experience again. read more

This place is a hit or miss. Your food may be hot one visit and the next be luke warm/cold on the next visit. Also the wait times they provide isn't accurate. Add an extra 30-45 mins. I contacted corporate over a week ago and no one contacted me to follow up. That told me all I needed to know. I will not be going back. read more

We placed an order tonight for 2 pizzas, one of which I ordered without the crust, just the toppings in a bowl as we have several members of our family with a gluten allergy. I have ordered this multiple times from this location. It's not like it's a radical concept, Marco's even offers it on their menu. Well tonight when my husband went to pick up our order he was informed that they would not make the pizza the way we ordered it (with less ingredients for the same price mind you) and even spoke to the manager who refused to honor our order or issue a refund for the pizza we wanted crustless. So we are stuck with an extra pizza that half my family can't eat and no other options. Terrible job serving your customers with food allergies Pizza Hut! You had an opportunity to make a bigger profit on us and serve the food allergy community in a simple way but instead chose to be closed minded, rude and greedy by not even refunding my money for an incorrect order. I moved to Aubrey 4 months ago. Have lived in Little Elm/Frisco/McKinney since 2004 and became annoyed by the big franchisee that owns all of the Pizza Huts in those areas. They are the poorest of trainers and tolerate horrendous customer service, which is evidenced by all of their closures and horrible ratings. THIS location, that is brand new, and is a DINE IN (which excited me), is NOT owned by that franchisee and, thankfully, the service and food quality shows. I've been to this new location 5 times already and it's been perfect every time. I sure hope they stick around. I'll certainly do my part. read more

Being a vegetarian, I ordered a cheese pizza with jalapeño peppers, onions, and mushrooms. When my pizza was delivered, the pizza delivery guy wasn't the friendliest person. He didn't even speak and just handed my pizza to me, hardly said a word, and walked the hell off. He must really love his delivery job, right? WRONG. My pizza wasn't a vegetarian pizza. My pizza had pepperoni and sausage, along with the veggie toppings that I initially ordered. It was a huge pain in the rear picking off the meat toppings. Brought my kids here today during the lunch buffet time. Everyone working there was so sweet, kind, helpful... The pizza was good and there was plenty available, fresh and hot even though we arrived at the very end of Buffett time. It was clean and kept clean while we were there. The employees all kept busy, cleaning, bringing out fresh pizza and being sweet and helpful to us. My girlfriend and I came in for the buffet and though it's advertised as $7, we spent $20 after drinks. There were about 3 pizzas out in the bar and they all appeared to have been sitting out there all day, as well as the crusted over pastas.
