So, I love me a good sandwich and Pickleman's deliver but this time not so much. We order a pizza. A veggie pizza add banana peppers and onions. Yeah! No! They put sausage and jalapeños on it. Stopped by Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe and tried the thin-crust pepperoni pizza. The crust was fresh, perfectly crisp, and cooked just right. The pepperoni had great flavor, and every bite was delicious. The service was excellent as well and the young lady who took my order over the phone was friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service. YUM!! You know it's good when you get lunch two days in a row from the same place. So happy to have a Pickleman's location in Prosper/Celina in a developing retail/restaurant corner. Great menu with lots of options to fit different taste buds and dietary needs. I got the #10 Cuban sandwich one day and the #7 Hodge Podge sandwich the next. We've visited this location three times, and unfortunately each experience has been disappointing. The drive-thru staff (young ladies) has consistently come across as rude, and after our most recent visit, we don't plan to return due to the poor customer service. The food itself is average and not enough to make up for the experience. This location is new, so it's understandable that some staff may be learning, but that's exactly why management should be more involved in setting clear expectations and providing proper customer service training. Realize this might be first job opportunities and that is completely fine but management needs to hold their staff accountable so they are set up for success long term. Simple things like maintaining a professional tone, avoiding rushed interactions, and being mindful of comments made during ordering would go a long way. Guests should feel welcomed and respected, especially at a new location where many customers are visiting for the first time. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the overall experience. read more

I absolutely love Pickleman's! This is my first time going, I had placed an online order so me and my boyfriend went inside but I had noticed they also have a drive through which is convenient! My boyfriend ordered the turkey bacon club and I got the Mac and cheese with broccoli cheddar soup. We absolutely loved our food and the employees were very friendly! Ok so I went through the drive through and there was this teenager girl who was taking my order she so rude and moody you could tell she did not want to be there she was so mean to me and my family.she wasn't even paying attention to my order she didn't even remember my order when I told her 3 times. No, not just give you the option to tip, but the 15% is the default unless you click otherwise. And that screen to modify the automatically added gratuity comes up AFTER the screen says thank you and customer has likely walked away (like in our case).
