A mistake is fine, but when I called back, as we like KFC's honey sauce, the person who took my order pretty much "told me" in a very rude and dismissive way that I didn't ask for the honey, and therefore, it was not included. Wouldn't that be something they would offer? He completely "blew me" off as a customer. One "I am sorry" would have meant the world to me.
