I ordered the baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta and cheesy breadsticks, and it was pretty decent! I wish the cheese sticks came with a dipping sauce, but overall it was inexpensive and ready for pickup in less than 20 minutes. Placed a large order with this location for an office holiday lunch social. Paid in advance for pizza and delivery at a certain time. Day of delivery, they used door dash, who made a stop after picking up all our pizzas before delivering them to us. Pizza's were cold upon arrival... AND the order was not correct. I specifically ordered pan crust for all pizzas.... They gave us hand tossed crust which is not good crust. Disappointment by many who had to eat the hand tossed crust pizza. I've had mixed experiences in the past with this Pizza Hut but in the last six months they have been great. Prompt, accurate, and polite. They have also incorporated a rewards program through Belly. This location is absolutely atrocious. Every time Ive ordered delivery its late, staff is rude, and multiple times I have been put on hold for upwards of 15 minutes. Once was left on hold for 20 minutes while on the way home from work, i thought i could order and by time i was close it shouldve been done! Yeah right! Years ago, we used to love this Pizza Hut, and ordered from them weekly. It slowly went downhill though over the course of about 6 months culminating with one incident that had us not order from them again for no joke, 3 years. We ordered from Pizza Hut, and received our pepperoni pizza an hour and half later (we were cool with this b/c we realize they get busy) but upon opening it discovered it was pepperoni and anchovies. This wouldn't have been a huge issue as we don't complain usually, but I am highly allergic to anchovies so this could have killed me had we not noticed the anchovies under the cheese. (Thankfully we did!) We called to let them know and they told us to just eat it and they can send another pizza out in 2 to 2 and a half hours because they were "busy." We were very nice and explained we'd already waited an hour and a half, and that we can't just "eat" it due to severe food allergies to it. The guy was rude and disconnected us. We assumed, naturally, that this was an "accident" but upon calling back the man seemed irritated we'd called back. Once again we requested a new pizza, what we'd ordered to begin with, and he then tried to re-charge us. We explained we should not be charged, as we'd already been charged (and offered to return the pizza we could not eat) but he got rather belligerent insisting we should be charged. We asked for the manager, who was nice and said he'd send a new one out right away and that he'd put a $20.00 credit on our account for the inconvenience. All fixed right? Wrong. The pizza got to us almost an hour after that, and then the girl insisted on trying to charge us for it! We explained that this was a comp pizza due to the previous one being something I was allergic to and we couldn't eat it, and she was pretty confused and then got rude (we were being sickeningly nice, anyone who knows me knows I"m pretty incapable of yelling at anyone and hate confrontations so there was no reason for rudeness from anyone). FInally I called Pizza Hut back, asked for the manager again, and they tried to charge me! I had to explain the whole situation yet again, and he then "remembered" and asked me to hand my cell phone to the girl (who is a stranger!) and I told him no, please speak with her b/c I am not giving my cell phone to a complete stranger (this may have been rather cautious on my part but at this point, with how their operation was run, I wasn't going to hand a valuable object to someone who had been rude to me and might run off with it). Eventually we got our pizza, but they used the $20.00 credit we allegedly were being given to pay for it. It was a customer service fail. I wrote to Pizza Hut, explaining, and never heard a peep back. Then, several years later, we just tried ordering again (that's how long it took us to "try" them out again). First we talked to a girl, who then didn't even tell us she was putting us on hold or anything and cut us off rudely mid sentence without saying so much as hold on (very odd socialization skills there apparently) and then a guy picked up. The guy we now were speaking with took our order, but told us the coupon in the mail we'd just gotten didn't exist. He also got our order wrong 4 times, with me carefully repeating it back, being very nice and not snappish to him, before he got it correct. As for the coupon, I told him I could give it to them upon arrival, so he was going to honor that. No big deal - however, over an hour later we still didn't have our pizza, and suddenly in a 2 minute time span had 3 missed calls from Pizza Hut asking why we weren't answering our phone b/c they'd been trying to call us. We called them back, got put on hold for awhile, disconnected, called back, and then finally were able to find out that the guy who we placed the order with was so busy being confused he didn't even put our address into the system other than a partial number and street name, so Pizza Hut was rather accusatory with me about "why" I'd failed to provide my apartment number and building number (which I had...multiple times...in anticipation of this given how poorly the guy was taking our order). The food they provide is A+ but wow is the service bad. It makes me wonder about food safety standards if they are all this disorganized and now I'm almost afraid to eat what we just had delivered due to this. Never again. read more
