The first time I came here was 9pm on a Tuesday. I was craving some cheesecake and the staff was very pleasant in accommodating me. The cheesecake is very good especially for the price. That can be said for all of the food I've had thus far. Today I got the All stops sandwich (and a slice of cheesecake), which was impeccable. The sandwich was so filling I ended up saving half for later! I'm a pretty large guy so that's unusual but a great surprise for me! The service is fast, place is clean enough to eat off the floor. I was surprised it wasn't busier to be frank. The bathrooms were clean, and there was a newspaper above the toilet from a couple days ago. How cool! I remember when this famously California burger chain opened locations in Texas. This was back…read morearound 2011 and it was a big deal. It's still a big deal to find modestly priced high-quality burgers served super fast. This isn't your Mickey D's or those five dudes or even that burger royalty. In-N-Out is simply awesome and they now have some 40 locations across Texas. Mrs. K. and I stopped in because I saw the big neon sign tower from the highway and could not resist. After parking (because the Sprinter won't fit in their drive through), I ordered at the counter. it was busy at 6:30pm on a weekday so it did take about ten minutes before my number was called. That gave Mrs. K. enough time to drain a first cup of sweet tea and send me for a refill. I picked up my burger and brought it back to the table. A "double double" which comes with two burger patties and two slices of cheese plus the other great stuff, along with a small basket of fries. Mrs. K. isn't eating meat these days so while I enjoyed the heck out of this hot and delicious burger, she consumed about half of the fries. A couple of things to keep in mind, that I had forgotten. In-N-Out has a great secret menu. You can order our burger "animal style" which adds mustard grilled beef, extra pickles, extra grilled onions and extra sauce (it's like Thousand-Island dressing).
