Ordered online, it was cheaper than little C and you get more food. For 25.00 we received 2 medium pizzas, cheese bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. It was delicious but before I get to that, when I placed the order and paid, it sent and email of when it would be ready. About 5 minutes later I received a phone call. I answer and it was a young man from the Pizza Hut advising they didn't have the specific dough we wanted and offered us the other options. I really appreciated his call and him letting me know. To be honest I don't know the difference in the types of doughy crusts so he could have just given me anything and I would have never known. It was just the fact he went the extra mile and reached out. When we got to the window to pick up the lady was nice and when we were handed our order, it was in a Christmas present box. Sooooo beautiful. Got the food home 10 miles away and the food was still hot and the cheese was still stringy and buttery. Everything was great. Thank you young man for reaching out. Ordered a meal deal on the app to be delivered. I checked the order history right after I sent it in and it showed it was ordered. ( Must've had an issue before, huh?!) It indicated it would be delivered in approx 30 minutes. I waited 40 then looked up their number. It took my husband and me another 12 minutes to get anyone there to answer the phone. We were both calling... When she finally answered she said they didn't have an order for me. I don't know what happened but it is frustrating to think you are something then not be able to actually speak to someone there because they won't answer the phone!! It seems that most times over tried to order from there SOMETHING goes wrong. I think I'll bypass pizza hut from now on and drive to Lytle. So I placed an order on the app, to be delivered, and waited.... and waited, and waited. I had checked the "order" section in the " my account" tab and the order showed that it went through right after I placed it. After 40 minutes without hearing anything I finally looked up the number for the Devine location ( where I ordered from) and my husband and I both spent the next 12 minutes trying to get someone there to answer the phone. The lady I spoke to said they never got an order from me. I went back to the my account tab and checked... there was no order. it seems every time I try too order from PH SOMETHING goes wrong. I guess there is a reason they only have a 2 star rating! I think I'll make the trip to Lytle to get pizza from now on. read more

This location has a habit of undercooking their pizza. When you pick up a pizza and the cheese is barely melted and the veggies are 90% raw and crust is barely brown. The pan pizza dough is so undercooked it tastes like raw dough. They need to either retrain or train their employee, and have someone recalibrate their ovens. As expensive pizza is, no one wants to come home and have to recook it, that's the whole purpose of take-out. Little Caesar's is a step up!! For 1/2 the cost!! Do better or have the franchise owner close the location. read more

Oh my. If I could give this location negative a billion stars I would!! Had delivery to my home and they sent me the wrong order and told me if I would keep it they would give me $10 off my next order. No bueno!! Then decide to give them a chance for dine in since my son in law looooooves Pizza. Yeah. That was a majorly bad decision. Ordered wings, Alfredo with chicken, a personal supreme, and a large pepperoni. Wings were cold-ish, Alfredo was good, personal was good, but the pepperoni was burnt and all the cheese had cooked off of it so it was paste and crust. Black crust. Dry crust. No big deal. Can be fixed. Tried getting the servers attention and nothing. Went to counter and advised the pizza was burnt. By this time we had already about 20 minutes to speak to someone, anyone. Just didn't want the pizza At this point. Sat back down and waited another 10 minutes and no one brought check so we could pay for the other items. Went back to counter and lady gave me the check... with a $10 discount!!!!! I asked why and she said that was standard. So you're telling me they are so hard up for money that when you do not get what you wanted and do not eat ANY of the pizza and do not take any of it with you that all you get is a $10 discount??!! So I had the entire pizza taken off the ticket and still paid $34. And that is fine because we ate the rest. But believe me when I say, I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever step foot in that place again. They are the epitome of mistakes. And they do not take responsibility for said mistakes. And they are not by any means good stewards of the public's money. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Avoid this place like the plague!!! read more

I always have trouble with pizza hut app. Called store directly to let them know my card wasn't being accepted. Girl said change form of payment then she would manually enter my card. Said it would be ready for pickup. Explained this was to be delivered that's why I'm using app. She then stated we don't deliver to my address. Funny, they deliver around 2 weeks ago. Put me me on hold, came back saying they don't deliver to private Road addresses, not true. I love their pizza and wings but app and customer service suck. read more

I usually deal with rude employees here, but I'm fed up today. I ordered food at 6:45 and was given a time of 7:00 to pick it up. My husband got to the restaurant at 7:30 and they told him it would be 30 more minutes. All the employees (teenagers) were just standing around. I would've been okay with being quoted a longer wait time, so we don't have to stand around waiting while the employees just do nothing and ignore orders. read more

I order pizza from this location at least 1-2 a month usually just carry out or delivery and I've never had a problem. We usually just use the app and the estimated delivery is usually spot on. There has only been a few times where the drivers have gotten lost to my home but the pizza is always hot, my orders are correct, and the person who delivers is super nice. read more

The worst Pizza Hut, as a resident of Devine Tx I'm addressing anyone who see this to avoid this Pizza Hut, it's worth the drive to little Cesar's or San Antonio for food, or cook your own. Great deals but you won't get what you ordered and have everything discounted. My 2 year old makes better pizza at home and can tell me what each piece of the pizza is called. So how hard is it for a 16-40 year old to make a pizza the put it on a conveyor belt/oven. Not like it changes when it comes out the other side! Then get a discount as well as 2 carry out one ahead of me and one after get there pizza and extras before mine and guess what they were wrong or they did not get the other half of the order!! Crazy bad service, super unprofessional, the food was cold and the wings where raw and bloody. I was waiting patiently and waited for an hour to get my food. "give them a brake it's a Friday night right!" Well I went to get my money back and the manager look like she didn't know what she was doing as did the employees. I gave them way to many chances thinking it's cool they are having an off day but every time I go there is always something wrong. This place was horrible do not go eat there if I were you get out while you can order wings they comeback 20 minutes later and tell me they are out of wings. Then ask for crispy chicken Cesar salad then brought grilled after she asked me which one grilled or crispy to verify the order. I've given this restaurant about 5 tries now and each time I've had a bad experience. The first time our food was "ready" and when we went to pick up we had to wait 40 minutes to actually get the food. The next time the food wasn't even luke warm, which happens but next 3 times it was the SAME exact issue. The pizza was fine, but the side orders like chicken and fries and even breadsticks weren't even warm. I'm getting tired of this. The food is delicious, it just needs to be HOT when I receive it. read more
