Great pizza as it was our 1st time there... Great variety of pizza it will be our go to pizza place

Done with Marcos unfortunately. We order all the time. Pizza is good and they were always really quick with delivery. Last time I ordered though they took about an hour and a half to get our order to us. They were extremely apologetic and stated they were backed up and only had one driver and I understood cause like I said, they were always great. This time I ordered and they made the pizza and called to inform us that they can't deliver it as they have no drivers. They offered to switch it to carry out and I had to go pick it up after my 14 hour shift. We asked them to remake it so it would be fresh. They informed me they would but they obviously didn't. Pizza was barely warm. To top it all off, when I pulled up, 4 employees were outside watching videos on their phones laughing and cussing obnoxiously. If I have to be honest Henry who was at the front taking my order has to be one of the best workers I've seen in a good while... great attitude to the situation. We need more people like him in customer service! I never leave reviews but I wanted to give back to him hopefully Marcos pizza see this and acknowledge him. It was 3 of us who went to order food and we all left talking about how great Henry was and how we haven't encountered this type of attitude before!! Henry if u see this bro! Keep up that attitude! I ordered a pizza and wings through my FAVOR APP and the total due was $36.45. This did not include my $5 tip so in total I authorized $41.45 to be debited. Some would argue that this is overpriced but I wanted to try something different so didn't mind splurging a little bit. The next morning I reviewed my bank account and noticed a charge from FAVOR- MARCOS PIZZA in the amount of $50. 22. I was confused because prior to submitting my order I reviewed the total and everything was correct. I went to my FAVOR APP to review my order and to my surprise MARCOS PIZZA updated the amounts on my order, increasing the total amount by $ 8.77! This receipt is not generated until AFTER the order is delivered so this increase in price was done without my knowledge or consent. I do not have the time or energy to dispute the difference I was charged so felt compelled to post my experience here in order to caution others of this shady practice. I will never do business with MARCOS PIZZA again. read more

Ordered this for the first time. We visited the store. The young people working there were all very friendly and helpful. It was a bit disappointing not to be able to just get a glass of water while waiting but at least the wait was less than the quoted 20 minutes. The pizza smelled really good the whole way back home. I will say I was sad not to have been told about crust options as that would have made the crust taste better. I didn't find that out until after I got home. Otherwise though the pizza was tasty and the slices cut in the same sizes, not like some other pizza places. It was not overly impressive but good tasty pizza. read more

I gotta give Marco's credit. It takes a lot of guts to open up shop just a few steps away from another pizza chain restaurant that's very popular with the locals here, Peter Piper Pizza. While the competition is good and offers a dining area with a huge game room, not everyone has kids nor can afford the prices of Peter Piper. This is where Marco's comes in. It's not cheap like Little Caesar's cheap but it is a huge step up. I like the wings from Marco's. The wings are big, meaty and very saucy unlike the wings from Peter Piper. Marco's is also the only pizza chain place besides Papa John's that serves classic, old world cuppy pepperonis. First time I ordered from here, I got the Pepperoni Classico. I wasn't impressed since the crust was covered in grease because of the excessive amounts of pepperoni and cheese. I haven't tried the subs yet but I'll order from Marco's some time again in the future. The Hawaiian pizza is good. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to come here for valentine's and it was the best decision we made! Our food was served hot and fresh, the staff were very kind. The cheese was melted and crisp perfectly and the stretch was phenomenal! Definitely coming here again to try their subs. 10/10!! read more

I ordered carry out on Friday night 6/30/23. The manager on duty was inattentive, disrespectful, and had no sense of customer service. I'm not upset about them having to redo my order because they messed up. That I can understand. But what irritates me is how the manager was treating his employees. A young girl employee asked him for help to cut my pizza and he yelled her and then disgracefully and with attitude he cut the pizza quickly. I have never seen such awful customer service and poor leadership. If I could leave no stars I would! read more

I wish I can leave no stars, customer service is horrible. Promise times are inaccurate online add like 1 hour on top when you arrive to the restaurant. Employees have no respect and need to be retrained or fired. I did ask for a refund after waiting an hour at the restaurant, and they didn't want to refund me. So don't pay before you get your food, it'll turn into a hassle. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Ill leave this review on top of all the other bad reviews. read more

I was excited to see Marco's make their way onto the Southside! I've always had a love/hate relationship with Marco's. They definitely have the better-tasting product, but the price is also up there and coupons and deals are hard to come by. Nonetheless, placed and order for pickup, made it up the street and realized they forgot my sauces. Double-checked my receipt to make sure I wasn't crazy and sure enough they were on there. Turn around and head back and you have two girls making pizzas and one person (presumably a manager or shift lead) just making boxes. No one acknowledges me, etc. The phone rings so one girl stops making pizzas and answers the phone (completely ignoring me), the other continues and afterwards she makes her way over and finally asks how she can help me. Not the best customer service experience and that whole situation could've been avoided if we just read tickets and double-checked orders. Also the box for the bread products are terrible. read more
