Order food from this location many times. Generally you'd today the all meet pizza was burnt. Tried calling it's a corporate number the gentleman told me he wasn't cust svc. He only took orders. Not sure what everyone's problem is... Every time I go I've had good customer service (even what felt like it was a little above by having them tell me it's coming out next/in 2 min after I arrive). Don't mind Pizza Hut but this location has poor service and practice. Ordered some pizza online, pretty typical, and was given a 15 minute wait. Arrived about 20 minutes after placing the order and saw four others inside. Asked for my order and was told "15 minutes." Okay fine. After that time period, asked again and was told "15 more minutes." This is after waiting 30 minutes already. The others also experienced this 15 permanent minute loop. Well finally, another employee walks in and helps out the cashier and this takes care of everything. Don't know what's up but they need to train better or simply care more. Anyways, the Detroit style isn't bad. They use a "premium" (different) sauce. On the bright side of this review, pan pizzas still aren't what they were over 10 years ago but better than the recent few years and the hand tossed for sure. read more

I want to thank all of the staff at this Pizza Hut for the great service I recieved today. I do not usually review a typical pizza order. Today is the hottest day in Seattle history and they were slammed and able to stay open. You worked on a day that I did not want to. Thank you. I ordered curbside pickup and was very happy with my order. Pizza Hut does not deliver to my neighborhood so I drove out there to get it with my dog in the car. Without curbside pickup, that would not be possible because I can't leave my dog in the car during a 107 degree day to go get the food. Even for a minute. I am going to give them the highest rating they can get for today. But as a person driving to pick up my order, I just want to warn you the parking is far from great in this U-shaped strip mall complex. It is not easy to turn around in or find a space. This is the closest to mi casa and I'm actually a regular. I always order via phone and they deliver. They are honest about their timing of delivering the goods especially on the weekends. Pay your employees more so they care. I wouldn't give af either if I was making $15 an hour to get yelled at for being understaffed. 2 employees there, had to wait 2.5 hours for 2 pizzas. I ordered online for delivery and had to drive to the store an hour and a half after ordering to check because no one would answer the phone. When we got there they told us they hadn't even started yet... and even asked the aggravated crowd of people waiting for their pizzas(all dealing with similar problems as me) if they knew anyone in need of a job. Today, I placed an online order and got there by their suggested time and my pizzas were ready for me. I was greeted by the friendly smile of Denise. Paid and walked out and was a total klutz as I was opening my car door to put the pizzas in and the top pizza box slid off and fell to the ground. I was so angry at myself for the klutzy move. Went back in to buy myself a new pizza, but sweet Denise understood my pain and kindly made me a new pizza on the house, even though I was ready to pay for the new order. As I was waiting, she checked in with me and let me know how much longer the pizza would be ready. I appreciated her kindness and thoughtfulness. I always get delivery from here. They are fast at making the pizzas and have a very speedy delivery, which I like. Every time I order the food is nice and hot when they arrive and the delivery people are very friendly. I am always satisfied with this Pizza Hut. Recently during the last snow storm this Pizza Hut location was one of the only delivery businesses open. So I ordered one of the supreme combination pizzas with breadsticks. I was told that it would be about a half hour wait. So when a half hour went by, then an hour went by I called to see what had happened. The guy I talked to said his delivery guy got his car stuck in the snow on his way to deliver my food and they had remade my pizza and breadsticks and sent out a new delivery guy. I felt really bad for the guy who got his car stuck in the snow. When the new delivery guy arrived he was very friendly and the food was nice and hot. I was very impressed with this Pizza Hut and how they remade my food so I didn't get somehting that was cold. read more

Last week my boyfriend and I were in the mood for some greasy fast food pizza, and I remembered that I had seen the commercials for their $10 Any Pizza special. I called them up and asked about it, and was informed by a rude girl working that that special was not offered in the State of Washington, but I could order my pizzas for $12. I asked about the commercial, and that I had seen it on a LOCAL TV station, and she said that they did not honor those quoted prices. Went in for a quick easy dinner after a long, rainy day. I ordered on the Android app and chose carry out so I got the pleasure of waiting in front of the counter for nine minutes, dripping wet, waiting for the manager to acknowledge my existence. She seemed more concerned with whatever she thought was funny then wandered off. I had to forcefully get her attention to pay for my order and the cook (who was actually busy) was the one to be courteous and helpful. Never, ever going to Pizza Hut again. Not only did the driver never show up - the staff said they called me (no voicemail, no record of any call on my cellphone records, nothing) and I never answered. They said they showed up.
