I had the worst experience ever this evening at 514pm on July 5th. I have been a customer for 14yrs and they absolutely have rocked it every time before today. I was greeted by C**** who seemed a bit upset but looked past that. After starting my order I messed up and referred to Swiss cheese as ham and he absolutely lost it on me and said things to me that I cannot repeat or will be blocked by yelp. When I asked for his manager he threw my food and then stormed away throwing things and kicking doors and ultimately slamming the back door. I felt unsafe at this point and was concerned for his coworkers safety. Thankfully a sheriff just happened to come in at the end of it and I then got my order and left. I do want to say the kind manager was beside herself and couldn't believe what she just saw from her employee. I really hope that this employee is no longer there and will be filing a complaint with the corporate office as at no time when in customer service do you belittle a customer and verbally assault them. The customer service was great! I've been to several sandwich places and the employees are usually very grumpy and act like they hate their job. There was a training session going on and listening to the supervisor and the employees they sounded like they were having lots of fun. The sandwiches were very cheesy. Had a great experience. Short line with advertisements to use their mobile app for quicker pickup. Very kind employees. I will say one lady seemed confused and tried to have me pay twice .. the guy who was taking orders quickly corrected her and brought me my items when they were ready. He was SO kind! Never had high expectations of this place but also never went. Finally did with some research in my pocket and got the #13 mikes way + add mayo + pickles and BOYYYY. This is it. I make a similar sandwich at home and it's truly the way to go, and mike's does it damn well. They also don't skimp as they cut all the meat by hand in front of you which is impressive. I will say though while you can notice the many different meats in the #13 somewhat, getting the same sandwich with any 1 single meat is just as good really, like turkey. But italian subs with a bunch of meats is a classic known sandwich that people love, so they gotta do it. If you're doing mobile/online/phone order and you have a common name like me, just put a fake name that's unique so you don't accidentally have other people with your name take your order like I've had many times in the past at many spots :) read more

Love the hot subs, mostly versions of cheese steaks. I like using the mobile app to rack up points and get free subs. The only thing is it seems like it takes longer getting the sandwich after ordered off the mobile and it just walk in the counter and order it. This is a convenient location near Costco. This location used to be the best spot for a sub in shoreline but it has really gone down hill over the last year or two. This last experience ruined it for me. I placed a pickup order using the Jersey mikes app. My son's sub was customized because he doesn't like onions and oil and vinegar. I removed those from his sub and added bacon and mayonnaise. I arrived about 5 minutes before the order was expected to be ready. I then proceeded to wait 50 minutes for my subs. The order was placed at 7 pm and we walked out of there a little past 8 pm. Keep in mind, there were 4 employees working at the time. I was already annoyed by the long wait and when my son and I opened our sandwiches the disappointment only continued. My son's sub was done mikes way with bacon and there was so much oil and vinegar on my sub that the bottom of the bread was soggy. At this point I'm done. I don't even care about all the points on the app anymore. If anyone sees them get their act together, post a comment on this review and I'll try it again. read more

I use to work here less than a year ago so I know how things work, I ordered online for 2 sandwiches, a number 7 with no cheese, no juice, and light onion on rosemary bread with bacon. and a 13 with no onion and no juice. I had come to pick it up and it was fairly empty maybe 2 people ordering, so I waited. (no big deal). We've been getting them at least once a month through Uber eats for over a year. Always marked what's what, always made perfectly. Our son with autism is pretty particular about no cheese and they were always awesome with that. I say were because the past two times we've ordered they've been less than awesome. First time there was barely any meat and tons of lettuce on the sub, no extra cheese like I had asked for and paid for. The Mayo tasted off too. Nothing was marked either. Second time in 1 month, still just as happy as before. I ordered a hot Chipotle Steak sandwich, and it was better than expected. We received another free sandwich coupon in the mail and decided to go hot instead of cold. I was surprised when I wasn't asked what toppings I wanted on the sandwich, but maybe that's just how it's done for the hot ones. When I got home I added some spinach & lettuce to make up for it. This location is nearly back to 100% after an earlier mishap was trying to establish a 'drive-through'. Revisited it with the kiddo after a Costco gas fill-up today 3/14/15 ~5:14pm. We ordered a #13 Italian and seasoned Mike's Way and a #17 Philly Steak (hold all, except beef and cheese), both with soda and chips. Total with tax and tip came to under $27...a bargain with leftovers to take home! Again, consistently fresh generous ingredients, however, this visit earns the fifth Yelp star due to the trio of staff manning the counter. Genuine enthusiasm, smiles, friendly and efficient customer service, and enjoying the background music. I've been to places where the people behind the counter usually are dour, moody, or look so put upon. These three gentlemen really look happy to be there during their shift. I've been going to this Jersey Mike's location for many years. Have always had pretty good sandwiches and service. Went in on 5/15/2020 around 5 pm. Stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I ordered 2 sandwiches to go. Later that evening, was at home eating my Italian sandwich with shredded lettuce, and felt something hard and pointy in my mouth. What should I pull out of my mouth.... a big piece of human fingernail!!!! Like, a thumb sized crescent. Completely disgusted and nauseated, I called them. The person I spoke with (I think it was the manager) just said "interesting", and asked me for my name and number, saying the owner might call me back. I am updating my review to 4 stars. The owner offered to make good on the no bread issue. I won't take him up on the offer but appreciate the response I've enjoyed sandwiches from this location several times with zero issues. My partner stopped by about 5pm on Sat, Oct 15 and was told they were out of bread. It would have sat better if he was told why but no reason was given given. Maybe it was due to high volumes from the Ms playoff game? The game was a few hours earlier to I would think the shop would have time to restock. My friend decided to treat us with Jersey Mike's and went to pick up some sandwiches. When she got home and took a bite of her sandwich, there was a long black strand of hair in it...for reference, she is blonde. Workers of Jersey Mike's, please wear your hairnets. I called them because I was angry for my friend and the person apologized but explained they wear caps. Simply wearing caps is not going to prevent your hair from falling into our food. Just fyi, my friend said there was a woman worker but she left, so only guys were making our sandwiches and one of them had medium length hair and it was not pulled back despite them wearing a cap-- this was not a woman's fault. It's a double standard to expect woman to wear hairnets or pull their hair back but not men. I have had a few experiences where my delivery orders have been messed up and couldn't do much about it because I didn't pick it up from the store to notice it, but I left feedback and the owner was really great and made it up to us. First, let me say we have loved Jersey Mike's for a long time. Tonight though, not so much. Family dinner. We ordered three sandwiches. One was to have extra meat. The extra meat ended up on the wrong sandwich. The bread was a little stale and it lacked the "Mikes Way" taste. We added more vinegar and oil. The staff working here are always super peppy and cheerful. I don't know what it is about this place, but we absolutely love it. It's our Costco ritual to stop here for lunch then go shopping. My girlfriend always gets the turkey provolone mike's way (which means with all the fix'ns). I get the roast beef turkey bacon jewel and it is delicious. As soon as you walk in your greeted by the friendly staff and the wonderful smell of delicious sub sandwiches. When you order you get to pick from the fresh bread, veggies and meat. They don't skimp on the veggies or meat either. My favorite sandwich is the regular size chipotle cheese steak made with steak, grilled onions, peppers and a spicy chipotle mayo. The regular sub is about 9 inches long and it costs $8 or if you want you can get the giant size which I'm sure is double the regular for $12. The chipotle cheese steak has great flavor that attack the taste buds like a ninja. It's one of those sandwiches that is very hard to put down. Just talking about it makes me want another one. Another really good mouth watering sub is the pastrami Reuben. This sandwich has pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss (I get provolone instead since I don't care for Swiss) and thousand island dressing. The pastrami is cooked perfectly and is very flavorful. Your stomach will be very happy after chowing down on this sub. Awesome sandwiches and by far better than subway. read more

The little guy making sandwiches at the front was extremely rude, cutting me off when I started to ask a question: "I'll check that WHEN IM DONE," quite dominating and assertive- like bro, you work at a sandwich shop don't take yourself so seriously. I waited and waited, then when the other gal got off the phone from taking an order I kindly asked her if she could check on a Togo order for me. I was in this afternoon and watched whoever (I think it was a manager) was behind the counter yell at an Uber Eats driver and tell her to never come back. She also threatened to report the driver. Why, because the driver pointed out that she had been waiting over 30 minutes for her pickup. To see people being treated that way is awful. I received a coupon for a free sub sandwich in the mail so I came by to check this place out. The employee was very helpful in suggesting which sandwich I should try and what items should go on top. The fact that they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you is very cool. The sandwiches seem a little more pricey than a place like Subway but when you see the quality and quantity of meat and toppings I think it's definitely worth it.
