I have finally find the worst pizza in all of NE PA. There must not be one ounce of Italian blood in anyone associated with this Pizza Hut. After spending an obscene about of money for 2 pies and driving them home I found a premade pie crust with 5" diameter of lousy toppings. No sauce and little cheese. The manager was not the least bit surprised nor embarrassed when I walked this crappy pie back into the "restaurant". After having to browbeat the manager in front of the entire establishment he finally agreed to refund me. I'm waiting to see if he was telling me the truth. After losing our local chain of Pizza Huts in Buffalo, NY recently that were around for 50 years; decided the next time I came across a Pizza Hut had to order for nostalgic sake. My mom and I recently drove down to Erie, PA and decided to order some pizza with breadsticks. First of I ended up going to the location on Peach St, not realizing that there was another location as well on Pennisula Ave. Even though there was a little mix up on location, food overall was fresh, warm, ingriedents were well porportion on the pizza. Ended up ordering at first the thin crust pizza with half mushroom, and half pinapple and a double order of breadsticks. My mom and I enjoyed the pizza and reasonable value for the money we ordered a medium of the hand toss mushroom to go. Overall, Pizza Hut we visited was clean, pleasent modern enviroment, even though the dinning area was closed that was ok, we were able to wait inside and had a pleasent conversation with Diana who took care of our orders. I saw a sign on there window adversting lunch for $ 5 with a drink, which is an exceptional value. Overall, pizza and breadsticks were as delicious as I remembered them in the past. read more

Prices vary at different locations but this one is still at old price of $5.99 and it's newly built unit with really pleasant environment not normal Pizza hit units. This time I stopped in and had time to write a review. Being vegetarian I love to be at lunch time buffet, it's worth it. Service by desk clerk acting as Also table server for drinks!! The Pizza Hut on Peach gets five stars hands down. We order from here several times a month for two reasons. A large pizza is only $8 and the best part is there is a DRIVE THRU. It's easy to get in and out in no time. The staff are so friendly and the pizza is always super fresh and warm. read more

Oh man I had a horrible waitress, I've never no left a tip until I came here. My waitress never refilled my drink and never gave us the ticket. After we ordered we never saw her again, the cook brought out the pizza and refilled my drink. Then we waited an HOUR and no ticket. My boyfriend walked up to the counter, asked for the receipt and then she was just going to walk away until he asked for a box for our pizza and she gave him one of those small cookie cake boxes. He asked for a large box and she said "that's our large box" he then asked her for a 'delivery box' and she looked confused. My boyfriend pointed out the boxes in the back and she didn't want to give it to him. I dong understand what was going on that day but we won't be coming back. Terrible service. Food was normal. Sure, it's been awhile since I visited Pizza Hut for a sit-down meal, and I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked in the door. The problem was I didn't know the correct menu item that matched what I was mentally picturing. The assistant manager, Lydia, overheard me quizzing my server, Marione, on which sort of pizza I was trying to find. She visited my table and patiently explained the three types of crust options, and by listening to her, I was able to pinpoint exactly which one I wanted. I walked out of there completely pleased that I had enjoyed the PAN pizza with the nice thicker crust as I had wished. It was also really nice that I walked in alone, and left feeling as though I had shared the wonderful company of two very kind employees during my satisfying pizza dinner. read more

Placed a pickup order in June for a pizza with half pepperoni and half mushrooms. There were hardly any mushrooms on the pizza. Called and complained to the manager and was told I would be given a credit. Never happened...called and ordered another pizza on July 7th, 1) there was no credit from previous June order, 2) when I arrived to pick up my pizza, found that the order had never been placed. Is there a minus stars? Went to the buffet last night and the tables looked like they had been wiped with toilet paper pulled right from used toilets. I sat my phone down and it literally stuck to the table! There were only 3 selections of pizza and 2 slices of each to chose from. Pepperoni, cheese or sausage. They never brought out fresh pizza the whole time we were there. No stuffed crust, no dessert pizza, no wings, just pizza that had been sitting there for over an hour and pasta so dried out, it crunched when you bit into it. We dinned off the salad bar!! Which had rancid tomatoes that burst in your mouth like little pockets of waste. The vanilla pudding had a film on it but we thought if we dug down to the bottom it would be ok. Thank God I tasted it before my grandson ate it because it was spoiled! I informed the young man at the register and he said he would immediately take it off and than didn't!! It was still there when we left. I usually order pizza once a week from this Pizza Hut but now that I have seen first hand how filthy it is, I will not be ordering here ever again! Where is the health inspector!!?? I went to pay and they had charged me for my 2 and 4 yr old grandsons. With all the things going on in the world you would think people would lose their attitudes and remember to be kind. My family and I always order from this pizza hut, even tho they always forget to send the whole order and most of the people have an attitude on the phone. It's the only one that delivers to my house. It's so frustrating to pay for the food and tip the driver to later find out they forgot stuff. I am from the service industry so I didnt start to get upset til it happened after 3 or 4 times. But even with all that we ordered from them today, and got the same mean attitude over the phone because I asked how many he would think pasta from there would serve(we wanted to try something different). I never got an answer, I just got that "it's a pan". When my husband went to pick up the food he forgot to ask for ranch, but got a nasty attitude once again, after spending 30 dollars with them. So if you are looking for good, friendly customer service this is not the place, if you are looking for all the stuff you ordered from delivery, this is not the place. They clearly dont care about regulars, or the people they serve. Just a bunch of kids with nasty attitudes. I couldn't imagine treating a guest like they do. read more

Placed an order at 6:45. Called at 8:30, as I still hadn't received my order. Lady reads back to me my address and says, "Yes, your order is finished and on its way. It should be there any minute." Called again at 9:15, as I still hadn't received my order. After bouncing around on hold for 10 minutes, they inform me that they had canceled my order because "the website had changed my delivery address to Pizza Hut's own address of 1404 Peninsula Drive." I asked them why the lady (at 8:30) said the pizza was on the way, and they replied they didn't know. I then asked why nobody called me, and they said they didn't have my phone number's area code (as it isn't local), regardless of the fact that it is clearly on the order. By this time it is 9:30, and they offered to redo my order within 45 minutes to an hour - no "We're sorry," or anything along those lines - so I canceled my order. I will not be ordering from here again, and would recommend others to use caution with this place. read more

This was a beyond sub-par experience. I ordered a simple order, boneless wings, pizza, and their giant cookie. The wings are for me, half the pizza for my fiancée, the rest for leftovers, and the cookie to share. Let me start by saying my order was delivered late. Okay, it happens. I used to delivery drive so I wasn't upset. I get my table ready, lay out drinks, silver ware, get ranch for the future mrs., and then I notice my wings are incorrect. Again, annoyed, but it happens. I call the location and after a 2 minute hold explain that my order is wrong. He then asks to place me back on hold and obviously I obliged. So there I wait. and wait. and wait. 20 minutes go by on hold before I get to the point of frustration that I decide to go down to the location and get my wings exchanged myself. Should be a simple process right? WRONG. The incompetent and clearly underqualified staff (which is saying a lot as it's a friggin chain pizza joint, it doesn't get any easier than this) brushes off the fact that they had me on hold for so long, ask what name the order was under and began to make the wings. (or so I thought) So again, there I wait. and wait. and wait. 45 minutes I sit waiting for them to make boneless wings. are you kidding me? Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention there was another family there who had ordered food, and waited an hour and a half before they finally got it! AT LEAST THEY WERE COMPED. I get screwed by a terrible and unacceptable staff that cause an hour and a half of my night to be ruined by their crappy service and I don't even get refunded the delivery charge? I HAD TO PICK IT UP. I'm never coming here again. and hopefully some people can see this before they order and can avoid having their night ruined too. read more

This should be dated 10/20/17. Wish I could give ZERO stars. We got there and there was one other family in there. The waitress immediately rolled her eyes at us and started to complain how busy she had been and how tired she was. She sat us at a table that the light was burned out. We could hardly see the menu. She said all the other tables were dirty and that we were lucky we weren't there an hour earlier because we would have walked out. She continued to complain how tired she was. She wouldn't let my daughter order milk because it was only for kids. She never brought us plates or silverware, I had to get those from the buffet. Order was wrong. Probably the worst service I have ever had in my whole life. Her and another employee were arguing about who was going to answer the phone, nobody did and eventually it stopped. itFor $55 we could have had a much much better meal somewhere else. No refills, never checked on us to see how we were doing. Not that she could see us there sitting in the dark. I answered the Pizza Hut review from their receipt and heard nothing. Absolutely a horrible place to eat. Not only is it not clean, the staff and managers are very rude and not helpful. My family went to eat after a day at Waldameer and the waitress served my kids carbonated water instead of Sierra Mist, sat in the back booth on her phone for 15 minutes before we loudly said something, and she came over in a huff. Messed up our whole food order and I was too mad at this point to have them fix it. The lazy Susan with the cheese and spices on it was dusty and dirty, there was old food on the windowsill. We complained to corporate, and they had the manager call my husband, picked a date for us to come back and eat for free to make it up to us. We called to tell her we were coming in today, but she was "too busy" to answer our phone call. Needless to say, we will NEVER come back, and we WILL tell everyone we know to never come to this establishment. I hope they go out of business. I wish they had negative stars to give, because I don't want to give this one star at all! read more
