Horrible customer service. Called in an order and was put on hold for 10 mins. I understand it's busy so that was not a problem at all. I was quoted a 50min delivery time again understandable. After waiting we'll past 50 min I call back to find out order was never put in! The girl on the phone gave me attitude accusing me of not calling in the first order.... We waited another 30 mins for our pizza. No discount. Needless to say we'll be ordering Papa John's instead from now on. read more

This goes not to the store location but to the call center. Every time I call seems like I have a CSR who has an attitude problem. I only order Pizza Hut when I get it from the Ewa Beach store because I know that the people there make it so good. But tonight was the last straw asked to be charged for extra ingredients in the pasta as they are so plain they way they originally come. And all I get told is that they have a new system that doesn't allow them to upcharge. So wait your telling me they don't want to take the opportunity to up sale their items?? I like this place because it's close to where I live and they serve good pizza. I ordered carryout recently. When I arrived to pick up my food, they told me I had to wait because the food got burnt. Even though it would've been better if they hadn't burned it in the first place, they were kind enough to let me know why there's a delay and that they're making a new pizza and cheese breadsticks for me. The place has adequate parking and the dining area looks clean/well-kept. The food turned out good. They gave me the slightly burned cheese breadsticks with the new batch for free, but I actually like the burnt one better hahaha! read more

I walked-in to order a large super supreme pan pizza with garlic flavor on the crust, ordered the new s'mores brownie and chicken too. Okay so no. 1 bad service, they had a promo but the gal in the registrar did not tell me. Only saw the $13something deal for the large specialty pizza while I was waiting. I figured that's why she was called by another staff after she ring me up. I just heard "Next time say..." while I was signing the tab. So that's what it is. After noticing the promo I asked her if I can get that price and she said sorry I can not reverse the transaction. PHEW! And then there's more, after an hour of wait they told me they made a wrong pizza and will just give me the wrong one with my correct order so I was like ok what else to do right. DOUBLE THE LONG WAIT. And when the second one was done, IT WAS STILL WRONG! No flavor on the crust when I made additional pay for that. Geez! The pizza here is my favorite. I love how their crust is like garlic bread. My only complaint is that the bread sticks become close to inedible after like half an hour. They become very very chewy and unbearable to eat. The only thing that comes close to saving it is the marinara sauce. But unfortunately the sauce doesnt do the job when the breadsticks are like chewing on an eraser. read more

Deliveries are always 50+ mins even tho we only live 3 mins away. For some reason, pizza is not as good because it ain't as greasy as the other Pizza Hut. Taco Bell pizza personal pan meals are way better. They are more crispier and greaser. I know it's unhealthy but it seems as tho pizzas hut pan pizzas are dry. Not as flavorful. I also think they need to not be so stingy on their toppings as well. Overall, 3 stars just to be generous read more

Pizza Hut offers kids a free personal pan size pizza when they read so many books as an incentive. That is a great program. So my grand baby received one of these certificate in the end of October. When she handed it to me (all proud) I looked at the certificate and noted it said "final certificate expires May 1, 2015". So I put it away in my purse. As we were passing the Ewa Beach Pizza Hut today I thought maybe we should get her little pizza. So I take out her certificate when I noticed the date on the back was circled October 2014 . So I unfolded the certificate and I noticed it said it was only good for 30 days. I called ewa beach Pizza Hut to explain what had happened and they said that they could not honor the certificate. So I said she is a five year old kid that worked really hard to get it but she said she still could not do anything. She then put her manager on who insist that if I wanted the child to have a personal pan pizza that I would have to come in and purchase it because they would not be honoring the certificate. They are perfectly within their rights however you'd think they would have a little more compassion when it comes to little kids. read more

Food is good, but the service sucks really bad. I ordered carry out and tried to time it perfect where by the time I get there it should be ready. Got there but no one was at the cash registers to greet or help. Took a few mins for them to realize that someone had came in regardless of the bell ringing right when you open the door. Someone finally helped me and told me my food wasn't ready yet (which is fine, I don't mind waiting a few mins) and I paid for it and sat on the side to wait. More people came in before me and I started to notice that the people who ordered after me were getting their food first. Overall, I sat there for almost 30 mins waiting and the lady that helped me didn't bother to check to see if my food or other people's food was ready. Once there wasn't any customers at the front she basically just went to the back and completely forgot about all the customers waiting for their food at the front. I could also tell that the other workers weren't going in order of when the customers bought the food as well. This place seems to be very unorganized and the workers lack quality customer service. You're better off ordering for delivery... This place will just waste your time. read more

I have been ordering Pizza in Ewa Beach since Bostons pizza was still around and I have always chosen Pizza Hut until of late. Recently I have become disabled and still Pizza huts pizza was a staple in my household. I called in on Valentine's Day for 2.5 hours to be met with connectivity issues. When the managers contacted me they noted I had credits due to these issues. I was like Ok Cool, now.... I call in to redeem these credits and it's nowhere to be found. After 15 mins on hold I'm told " too bad and would you like to reorder your same combo you alway do?". This is so unsavory and unprofessional I am apologizing to all future customers. I have been a faithful customer that has been thrown away to ignorant management and poor customer service. I have a pretty good idea of where I should have ordered pizza from and they will receive my 30-50 dollar weekly... Due to it unless corporate gets involved... Dominoes or Little Caesars! i would like to rate this Pizza Hut, but I can't because of not receiving good value. Although the pizza tastes good, I have an issue when ordering the pepperoni/black olives pizza. Each slice has about two slices of pepperoni. I called the main number and asked how many slices are supposed to be on the large and was told there should be fifty-three slices of pepperoni. Now, eight slices of pizza times two is only sixteen. Seriously? They save thirty-five slices of pepperoni! You can't taste any pepperoni. Either the workers are too lazy to cover the pizza or the owner is really cutting corners to make a profit. Had this happened once I'd say someone was not paying attention, but I've been there four times and always had about two slices of pepperoni on each pizza slice. Too bad-driving all the way to Target in Kapolei where I can taste the pepperoni. read more

Ordered pizza for my sons baseball team this past weekend and asked for a timed order. There game finished 10 mins earlier then the time I asked. I called to see if they could send the pizza and they told me no because it was a timed order. Okay fine it's only 10'mins. Well I was wrong! 10 mins passes AFTER the timed order and kids are leaving. I call to see what's going on and spoke to Yvonne she told me she called the store and the driver had left 5 mins ago. Which is a lie because we could see Pizza Hut from the field so they should have been here already! I ask her to have the manager call me! He calls and is so rude didn't care that they were late and told me the driver DID NOT leave the store yet! And did I just want to cancel my order. Um.. NO people are waiting but now I'm not paying!
