I went through the drive-thru and ordered a spicy sandwich meal along with an Angus cheeseburger. I was asked to park because my order wasn't ready, which ended up taking nearly 30 minutes. When a staff member finally brought my food out, he only brought the sandwiches. I told him I had ordered a meal and was missing my fries and drink. He pointed to the circled sandwiches on the receipt and said it was only sandwiches. I explained again that I ordered the meal. He then went back inside, and it took another 5 minutes to get the rest of my order. This was the worst experience I've had here. Quick service, convenient location at a shopping center in the area. The chicken was crispy & tender & there was gravy on the side which I ended up adding to my mashed potatoes on the side. These potatoes were the standard as compared to the SA location which has red potatoes. My friend had the Palabok with 2 fried chicken pieces & loved it. She was the one who was hungry for Jollibee. She had a soft drink & mango pie. She scarfed that down as she hadn't eaten all day & had been traveling since early morning. So did I but had eaten on the plane. If you want iced water just ask for a cup & the self-serve drink dispenser w/water & ice is around the corner. Parking is right off the road & next to Foodland Farms so it can be tricky but they also have a drive-thru. I finally tried not their chicken but Yes their Yumburger. I remember there was a customer that I had long time ago and she mentioned that Jollibee has the best hamburger? . I thought what ? a chicken place sells good hamburger I cannot believe. Today I tried myself and I was surprised Yes pretty good better than McDonald but not better than other burger places. The hamburger bun was very soft and grilled to have a little crisp to it. Their sauce is not ketchup and mustard like most places they have a special sauce it taste like thousand island . It's been awhile since we ate here, but besides the regular menus, it looks like they had diversified and now selling burgers. Angus Cheese burgers, Angus deluxe burger, which comes with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and pickles and the best one, Angus aloha burgers, which comes with pineapple and lettuce. Of course, I had my usual, two pieces fried chicken and adobo fried rice, with gravy separated , and biscuit. I went through the drive thru to order a quick meal but i was missing an item so i called the store and talk to the supervisor he was nice and all but when i went back to get the rest of my food which supposed to be in my bag in the first place that lady in the drive thru was not pleased at all and feels like she wanted me to get out of the drive thru i ask for the supervisor multiple times but she ignored me i felt disrespected the way she talked and the way she ignored my request. The problem is she doesn't speak good English so it's very difficult ordering from her and her understanding what you want. The kapolei location is the closest to me so I've been at this location a numerous amount of times; both in store and through the drive thru. I always get the same thing: a 2 piece chickenjoy with spaghetti and a drink. It's my go to! The food is good. The sweet spaghetti tastes amazing, and the chicken as well. If you order spicy, it comes out hella spicy. Be weary! The gravy is a great add and the chicken has such tasty breading. Inside the restaurant, you can expect a clean, cool atmosphere. It seems that there is always at least one worker cleaning the restaurant as others work behind the counter. Ordering in-store is very slow and the drive thru is even slower. It has a slight sweetness to their breading but not too noticeable (in my opinion) I always ask for extra gravy because I drench it in my chicken and rice. We like their chicken and their food is great for fast food, but the person taking orders is wearing a mask and I can't hear a thing she is saying. If someone there is so terrified of germs they have to wear an ineffective cloth mask, fine, just don't let them work the window. There is nothing worse when ordering food than having to ask someone to repeat themselves multiple times and then they hand you the bag saying what sounds like "have a joyful day" meaning everything is there your order is complete.
