Terrible experience! Ordered a pizza & wings. Received the wrong pizza and some sort of nasty cheese bread. Store would not accept return. Would not refund or adjust pricing (what I had ordered was more expensive than what I received). I complained to corporate and never even received a response. OK, first the good - their wings are pretty good, as is their cheese bread. The pizza is heads and tails above Dominos, so all and all the chow in this place is pretty good. Now for the bad - the service is awful! They are so slow and they just excuse a 45 min. late order by saying "well we're busy now" Which they say every time. I've actually taken to arriving at least 30 mins after the pickup time that they quoted.....and I still end up waiting at least another 15 mins. on average. I just stand there waiting, wondering how they actually stay open. When they shut down I'll be a little sad, but not surprised. read more

Well, where do I start? Will start with the good, Ashley our waitress. She was friendly and attentive. Appetizer, wings barely ok. The sauce was buffalo. It was very grease instead of saucey. I went to look at the salad bar, obviously not much use. Everything looked dried out like it was there for hours. So no I did not try. Pizza was ok, I am not expecting a gourmet pizza here. Where to begin.. Well I go here for carryout when I want cheap pizza. This time I went, they didnt have dollar bills for change in the drawer... at 5:13 pm.. No black olives either.. The previous time I went for carryout, they had moved. I actually called in my order. No mention that they had just moved locations..I called in for a carryout keep in mind. I used the address on the door. Google couldnt find. I figured it was in a strip mall. But no pizza hut signs. During my searching i saw a pizza hut driver pull in to strip mall. I was 30 min late picking up my pizza. No call or anything. When i went in, I told him how disappointed i was that he hadnt mentioned they moved or that he didnt mention that there are no signs yet. I said i was concerned my pizza wasnt fesh becuz i was 30 min. late. He just said sorry.. no offer for coupon or anything.. Numerous times I went to order a large pan pizza and they are out of crusts for that size. To sum it up, I think the manager is overwhelmed between going to high school and managing this pizza hut location.. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. 24 wings, 1 large pizza n 3 sodas comes out to $43 dollars. Cold pizza and cold wings on top of it. Wow

Pizza hut needs to go back to there regular pizza crust and SAUCE. I have tried too eat it 4 times now and it tastes terrible. They changed and there going to go out of business if they don't wake up. read more

Ordered carry-out and it was great and on time. The cashier was a little impersonal but besides that everything was clean and professional. The dude making the pizzas was fast and did an amazing job. He was really sweating the details trying to get the toppings evenly spaced. read more

Won't be going to Pizza Hut any more! Made my first pick up order and not only did they screw up my order but the place is a mess! Guy wearing a filthy t-shirt and the kitchen looked just as bad! When I placed the order he forgot to ask for my phone number and said it was my fault cause I interrupted him and asked a question! So when I got there it wasn't ready and I had to wait for it! A manager then checked me out and she defended her employee and the weak apology was more sarcastic than sincere! I read more

One star at best, our waitress was friendly, other than that the place was a disaster and the food was poor. Restaurant was dirty, the tables were sticky, I cringed at the filthy baby highchair we were provided. Employees stood around talking about inappropriate things and throwing food at eachother. One female employee was sitting at a table drinking a beer, she then went back into the kitchen and later proceeded to lock her keys in her car and come back in in a panic and made a scene. Cheese breadsticks were good, served warm and not too greasy. Our pizza was overcooked, dry, no sauce, the sausages were rocks. Definitely not worth the money! read more

Let me first say this: I've worked in food service from Taco-Bell all the way to 4 Star Sous Chef, I've been around to say the least. I also worked for Pizza Hut for a year when i was younger. Their food can be amazing. This location is nothing short of an embarrassment to the quality product Pizza Hut has provided for years. The food quality is below average on a good day. Chicken is routinely luke warm to cold, pizza crust underdone and floppy. The location is vastly understaffed. The other reviewer mentioning the lack of friendly greeting or personalized attention for your visit is absolutely on point. Cleanliness of the store is amazingly bad. The place needs a truck load of TLC. Pizza Hut is not what this location is portraying as a whole, and the franchisee needs to step it up big time. read more

I would like to let everyone know about the sloppy and disgusting practices at the Fond du Lac Pizza Hut. On a recent trip to pick-up my pizza I notice the following things that may make you sick from eating at this location: 1. The manager on duty (Mike) after taking my money when back to making pizzas without washing his hands. 2. I notice the prep table being left open and the temperature of the prep table was at 54 degrees. The state recommend temperature for cold items is 41 or lower. This mad me so upset that I called the Wisconsin Hospitality Group in Milwaukee to complain, I never heard back from them. I did receive a call from the district manager Kim, she left a message and I called her back and never heard back from her. I see that Wisconsin Hospitality Group and the District manager don't care about following the rules and regulation set by the state of Wisconsin. Terrible service. We are here for 1.5 hours - just to have a pizza! Didn't take order for 15 mins then messed it up, re did the pizza. Pizza was good though. Then ordered the brownie and that took another 30 mins! Don't come here. read more

I'll start off with how much we love pizza hut. It's our go to fast food restaurant. We eat there way more than we should lol but it's our favorite. However, I can only give 3 out of 5 stars because the customer service isn't very good. The cashiers are always on the phone when we get a carry-out. I get it, people call to make an order and someone needs to answer the phone. But phone calls also need to be prioritized with customers walking in. And I never get warmly greeted or thanked. "Name? Total is $xx.xx, Sign here." And then walks away or answers another call. And the food is kind of all over the place in regards to quality. Sometimes it's great. And sometimes it looks sloppy and can be very cold. We have the best luck with delivery honestly. The delivery person is usually very friendly, food is warm and well worth the few extra bucks to get it delivered. It sucks that it's always a hit or miss. read more
