Horrible Horrible Horrible. 1st trip was inside the place during lunch for the buffet. 1. One of the delivery driver's kids were sitting near the buffet and grabbing pizza off of it with their bare hands. 2. There were 2 pizzas on the buffet at any given time...pepperoni and hamburger and those went quick. Second experience...delivery. I waited over an hour for one large pizza to be delivered to my hotel...and a 2 liter bottle of Dr. Pepper. After waiting for an hour the deliver driver knocked on my hotel door. I said I've been waiting for an hour...no apology, only sign here please then handed me a greasy bottle of Dr. Pepper and a cold pizza. read more

Pizza Hut delivery is fine...but the restaurant is another story. All Pizza Hut's are notoriously dark and dreary I feel. We went because our daughter got a "free personal pan pizza" coupon from her school. We ordered the free pizza for her, and another for her sister, and a small pizza for my husband and I. We each had drink and a one-trip salad bar. Our bill totaled $48.00 before the tip! The salad bar was lacking at best. The salad greens were not fresh and the variety of toppings and dressing was minimal. I think I'll just stick to delivery from this place when we are in a crunch for dinner or maybe their Tuesday night buffet when I wouldn't expect as much. This is typical Pizza Hut. Nothing out of the ordinary. My kids love the Sunday lunch buffet. We never order off the menu - too pricey. The building needs work. There are ceiling leaks. Interior needs a facelift. Besides that, though ... like every other Pizza Hut on the planet. read more

Well where to start. My wife and I went to Pizza Hut for an early dinner and relaxation. What we got was blaring music and horrible customer service. Our waitress was sweet enough and attentive to our needs. We asked her to see if the music could be turned down as we had to shout to hear ourselves talk. We ordered salads and drinks which came quick enough but while waiting for our pizza that we ordered, the music came back on louder than before. People behind the counter didn't think anything of it. We stood up and said that it was rude to turn the music up like that and just asked that they make our order to go. We were told by a very uncaring assist manager named Lisa that one of the cooks who prepares the pizza had just come on duty and wanted to hear the music so she turned it up and on top of all that our original pizza order was never even started and they said it was cancelled by one of the cooks . Our waitress said the order was placed but that one of the cooks cancelled it without her or us knowing a reason not given. We left with no dinner and no charge and no apology. If you want rock concert volume and long waits and crap service from an uncaring staff then have at it but as for us we will never return. We are calling corporate office and let them know too. This Pizza hut is beyond gross. It took an hour to just get Garlic Knots replaced. The manager is very unprofessional. The cook is obviously in the wrong profession. Trashy just trashy. I order twice a week for the kids I sit for. They are always making mistakes. Enough is enough. Just close that dump down. read more

We were looking for an affordable lunch and free wifi. Got both here. It's a rather small town so I think they did alright by us. First of all, the place looked dark and we could see chairs on a table so we assumed they were closed. We called their number which was a switchboard for all Pizza Huts. That was maddening since you have to give them your phone number and location before they will talk to you. They confirmed that they were open and had the lunchtime Buffet so we went in. There was a damaged ceiling due to a recent storm so they had stacked the chairs on the tables in that area. There is no salad bar but after I asked about salad, they brought me a large fresh salad. They wait until people start showing up before putting Pizza out but they promptly did along with a dish of pasta to scoop from. For the amount of traffic they get (not much) I think they did an adequate job. Nothing special, just a small version of the usual Pizza Hut Buffet. I do want to add that the man that waited on us was awesome. read more
