We ordered 3 different pizzas, wings, & cheesy bread. Food was delicious. my main reason for leaving a review is to compliment the young man, Zachary, working the register! He is a great employee & was very delightful to all customers in person & taking orders on the phone. If there wasn't anything to do he was cleaning or helping the kitchen out. He never stopped smiling and you could tell he liked his job. He was also coaching other employees on the menu. I was very impressed- as I have worked in the food industry for a while & it's hard to find good workers. ******SIDE NOTE- Adam, (I read his name on his shirt) was not very pleasant with employees or his partners. Called in to place an order. I have a coupon that states. "Free medium 1 topping pizza with an order of equal or greater value". Called in for a pizza bowl and then the free medium pizza. Spoke to Caleb who tells me that I have to order a pizza to get a free pizza. I told him it does not state that on the coupon. He argues with me and said. "Well when I put the code in, that's what it tells me" I then said. "Well your coupon clearly states free medium with order of equal or greater value". I then asked for a manager and he tells me he is the manager. Then tries to back out of legal responsibility when said employee smashes into the back of another car by stating the employee isn't on the clock though has Marco's signage on his vehicle while wearing Marco's uniform. Employee was arrested for failure to appear though was in possession of large amount of marijuana at the scene. My vehicle a total loss but had to eat the cost of the damages due to Marco's refusing to accept responsibility for accident their employee caused. read more

I'm sad to say that today I was very disappointed and I did not plan on this review, but after the manager's response it was necessary. When I ordered a Pizza . specifically said pepperoni with extra cheese and a Caesar salad no chicken. I went to pick it up, the only wrong I did was not to physically open the pizza and check it. When I got to work I open it and it's cheese. a pizza no extra cheese no pepperoni. looks like it had been sitting for a long time. And to top it off I call speak with the guy who took the order( He at least apologized) , but when I spoke to Caleb( the manager) I was told that the lady that went in? that would be me. said the order was correct. well I asked if I could pay for them to deliver a correct one , and he said we can't do that. then I find out they also gave me the wrong dressing on my salad. I stopped by Marco's for the first time ever last night. Anyone who has read my past reviews knows I'm a stickler for customer service. Customer service can make or break a place for me, and let me tell you, Marco's Pizza has some amazing customer service and some damn fine pizza. We ordered online using their app with minimal issues. Upon arriving to Marco's my app notified me that our pizza is ready for pick up. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by several employees in the back. The employees working the register were all helping customers with smiles on their faces. Another employee came out and asked if she could help me and I told her I was there for my pizza, unfortunately the app pulled my chain and my pizza wasn't quite ready. While standing there watching I noticed after an order was complete another team member would walk over and double check the order. Then when they handed out the order they made sure the customer was 100% satisfied with the order. My pizza was no exception. I ordered a thin crust and the employee walked up to me and apologized because they cut the pizza in triangles instead of squares like they are supposed to do. I chuckled and told her that's most ok, but she offered to remake it anyways. Just because the cuts were wrong! Now that's a pizza company that really cares about how their pizza is before you walk out the door. They clearly want the customers to be 100% satisfied. I still insisted my pizza was fine in triangles and departed. Upon arriving home I was excited to try this pizza. No surprise to me after seeing how they treated their pizza, it was AMAZING. I got a pepperoni and sausage original crust pie, and a ham and pineapple thin crust. I'm not playing when I say it's seriously one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Very filling as well. I have ordered for a long time at this location and for the most part is was always fantastic. The last 3 orders have progressively gotten worse every time. This last time I ordered two 1 topping pizzas and ordered a scheduled time. Not only did they not honor my order but the mgr called to tell me they would refund my order and replace the pizzas with smaller ones. However no pizzas ever showed up and they never even called me to tell me they were not coming. This is the absolutely the WORST place to order pizza. They will screw you over and not even apologize. I will never order from them again and that is all thanks to the terrible manager that works there. You all should be ashamed of yourselves if you work there. The place was very busy but I got my pizzas and a fair amount of time as busy as they were and the pizza was not sloppy or lacking in flavor for lack of sauce or toppings . Today they get two stars because I called to let them know I was placing a door dash order and I wanted extra ranch for my salad. They said no problem at all and I got the ranch but NO SALAD!!!! I would norm not write this for one occurrence, but I am a dasher my and I cannot count on one hand the number of times this store has forgotten the salad. One time I had to return and go get it on my dime. They have forgotten my salad twice and I have dashed at least 8-9 orders that they forgot or had to be reminded about the salad. Honestly ive have good Marcos pizza from San Antonio. However today.. "national pizza day".. My family and I decided we would order some Marcos for pick up. We picked up our order two of the only staff members we saw when going in were on their phones. Which wouldn't be an issue.. but wait. Our order was missing our jalapeños. Which upset my husband.. obviously. I called and was told they were "so busy". They I could come back in to town or they could deliver jalapeños in an hour.. which confused me since when we went in everyone was on their phone. Not to mention my kids pizza was BURT.
