The worst app ever. Credit card scanning doesnt work. When I started the order, the app said 40 minutes. Submitted my order then the app says updating delivery tme and never refreshes. Even when I stop and restart the app. After 40 minutes I call the only number they give, 643-1111, to check on my order and the girl says it should be there in 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later, no pizza. I call back several times only to get transferred to a mainland call center that was closed. I finally gave up and ordered Papa John's, and they delivered it before Pizza Hut got here. When the pizza hut driver finally showed up 1 hour and 17 minutes after we ordered, I told him too late we ordered papa johns, take it back. read more

Definitely is the best pizza around. I'm so glad that it's in a very convenient location. They have great deals and a lot of promotional offers. The quality of pizza from Pizza Hut has never changed. Delivery driver must have lost his mind..... instead of opening the glass door and knocking on the door or simply ringing the door bell like a civilized person this kid banged on the glass door scared th out of me. Then proceeded to jump over the bushes and walk down the grass instead of using the walk way and pavement. Who raises these kids these days. No common courtesy or respect. read more

Ordered a large pizza online and paid in advance for two hungry grandchildren and when I picked it up literally 1/3 of each piece was crust - so little cheese and toppings that the actual eatable portion was very small. When I asked the cashier why her laughed and said I don't know. I stood there for a moment and then she rolled her eyes and said do you want me to get the manager and I declined and told her I'd just not come back. Later at home I called the manager who offered to replace the pizza at a later date and I accepted that offer. It was Sunday night. We decided to get the pizza deal with chicken wings and breadsticks. I didnt want pizza. I am a chicken wings kind of girl. This is the reason we decided on pizza hut instead of dominoes. Pizza hut we havent had in a long time. So we ordered online. They ended up coming with two pizzas. We brought in and opened and seen there was no wings or breadsticks. So we ran out the door. He said we didnt order it. I showed the confirmation and he said well, call them. He got in his car. I went to him and as I was walking toward him cause i didnt want the pizza and i wanted my money back he took off. I started screaming. I called the place right away. A man anwsered. As i was explaining the situation he told me to hold on. I assumed he was getting a manager. I heard him when he said, you deal with this because i dont want too. So when she got on the phone. I told her the story and she said she wasnt a manager. I said ok, thought you were since he handed you the phone. She made up a lie to protect him. I was upset. She was raising her voice at me and being very rude telling me how i didnt order it when i am sitting here looking at my confirmation. I told her dont worry we will eat this and that be it and we want ever be back. She said ok, then. Hung up on me...All i wanted was my chicken wings and breadsticks. My children loves breadsticks. So I was upset. My husband called back and the manager he talked to was very nice and understanding. Our deal was with the delivery driver and the woman I talked to. I was very unhappy. The manager to us felt like she was protecting him and everyone around. She put us on hold for ten minutes and came back. She said actions would be taken on him and others and what she could do to make us happy. He told her that would make him happy. We didnt call to get nothing for free. We just wanted out order. After he hung up, my huband made a comment of, they are probably laughing and talking crap about us now. We will never eat at this one again. I will continue to drive to hillsborough even though its 20min away. Its worth it. Everyone there is nicer and food is better. read more
