Today I am trying their Rib Combo which came with a small side of smoked ribs, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork with a side of their signature sauce. You also got two sides of choice, mine was the fire roasted corn and Cole slaw. For an appetizer I ordered their stuffed mushrooms. The mushrooms had crab meat, drizzled butter with mozzarella cheese. These were fantastic, have not had these in years, very delicious. Now to some up my meats, very tender, the pulled pork was not dry, it was very tender and juicy, that's without the sauce. The brisket was cut nice and thin, again very tender along with the chicken and ribs. Overall, I was very pleased with how everything tasted, along with the service, very professional and will be back.
