Welcome back food believers, today's show takes us back to a place that has been a good year since we have been to, that place is none other than Happy Pizza in Plymouth. Walking in I just missed the rush, from what my awesome server told me. She was very nice, and you felt welcomed into this pizzeria. Now the last time I was here as for an appetizer I had their wings; this time it's the mini tacos with sour cream. Pre frozen item but for a change they were good, nice and hot, crispy in taste, and very delicious. You have a hot mini taco with cold sour cream and it's a winning combination. Now some of you might say "ewe" or "pineapple does not belong on pizza". Well, my response to that is, yes it does along with ham and bacon, honestly, I can't remember if this had bacon on it. Anyway, as a regular pie they always had a good tasting pizza, add this combination of toppings and you got a mega pizza that was exploding with all kinds of taste and flavor. With each bite you tasted cheese, sauce, ham and pineapple. You know me I am and never will be a crust person. Ill link the video I did previous which was a cheesesteak pie I believe. I placed an order for pick up and when I arrived they had no onion petals that I ordered so I had to settle for onion rings. I also ordered extra blue cheese and celery. When I got home to Scranton there was no blue cheese and celery at all let alone extra. She told me to come and pick it up problem is I live 30 minutes away. I also ordered a dozen wings with hot Cajun and the sauce was so salty I had to throw them out. Pizza was average at best. Thought I would try something different but never again. read more

Since I return to the Valley in the late eighties I get the urge for a Happy pie once in awhile I concur with the "inconsistency" description. I orderd a ham, cheese,onion and pepper stromboli and the bottom crust was soggy and the oily water poured out of it. I will not be returning. read more

My first memory of pizza is Happy Pizza. Back in the very early 1980's, Happy Pizza sat on the corner of Vine & Main. We lived in an apartment adjacent to the notorious "Pink House" just steps away from Happy Pizza, which made it very accessible for us to walk over and get some pizza to-go. It's now located, and has been for 30+ years, on Main St near the old Breslau Bridge. If you visited this location 30 years ago and stepped inside today, the place hasn't changed all that much with the exception of adding a credit/debit card reader. I don't mind that it's not the cleanest looking establishment in the area because I always order takeout. I still love their pizza, but it's been very inconsistent over the years. Sometimes it's under-cooked, sometimes it's a bit overdone. Sometimes there's way too much extra-sauce on the pie, sometimes there's not enough cheese. But, despite the inconsistencies, it's rarely ever bad. And sure, the people on the phone aren't the nicest when you call to place an order, nor are they the friendliest when you go to pick it up. But, it is what it is. It's a nostalgic place for me, and when I visit PA, there's a good chance I'll be ordering a large with light extra-sauce. read more

New to the area in 2019! I really like this place! Good menu (could be slightly expanded/slightly healthier), great friendly service and the food comes to you very well. It tastes great and portions are fair, even generous! I recommend this place for anyone who needs good quality/value priced food. read more

The chicken wings gave me the runs for an entire day and a half. Not sure if it was the sauce or the wings themselves. They seemed and tasted ok but in about an hour and a half later I started to 'feel funny.' Please note, however, I am writing this review during the coronavirus pandemic during possible supply disruptions. Either way I wont be back. read more

Expensive, way less cheese than normal. The pizzas feel lighter. All you hear is the kid of the owner making pizza how he needs a break and works a full time job fixing everything there. If you hate the family business leave like the other employee that did years ago. 11.00 for a small one topping pizza is outrageous. Keep screwing customers we can go other places and when enough of us are gone have fun. The place is dirty, flour, dust, and spider webs all over. The place needs to be cleaned. Why are you pouring butter blend in a soda bottle someone drunk out of with a brush cap for Paugash? Is that sanitary? People with dirty hands carrying chopped onions, the guy makes pizza takes money, then touches dough and makes pizza with money hands?? read more

Well we were in the mood for pizza and wings today. I have to say I love the pizza here probably one of my favorites! the wings were good too and real cheap. Fried perfectly. Everything was great and the member of the staff that took our order was top notch very friendly without being creepy lol and even interacted with my kids which is big to me. And took my whole order which wasnt small without even writing it down and nailed everything exactly how I ordered it! I will definitely be back again! Only 4 stars cause they dont deliver to me in wilkes-barre lol read more

The employee that took the order was rude and gave me no estimated delivery time, an hour an fifteen minutes later I call to find out the status of the order and was placed on hold for about 5 minutes, and had to hang up and call back to get someone. The food arrived an hour and twenty five minutes later. The veggie basket was soggy, they forgot the extra blue cheese that I was charged for and the dough was tough and hard to chew on the pizza.Terrible food, terrible service, and not at all worth the price. I would not recommend going here ever. read more
